Hello! I'm Jones! and if you stumbled upon my page, I must have struck your interest!
I like to think that I'm a storyteller. I joined this site to create characters, and worlds I can put myself in. Every post I make will be to the best of my ability, and I hope anyone who stumbles upon my name can see that :D
-I LOVE anything Captain America or Marvel related
-I have been RP'ing for over ten years now so I got some experience
- I do my best to try and have a wide range of RP genres
-I'm mostly do 1X1's and Casual/advanced RP's
-I'm a 20 something year old male high school teacher living in the Pacific North West of the US!

Like i said previously, I’m a high school teacher, so there are specific times of the year where I get bombarded with things so I might not be on for a couple days, and if that's the case I'm trying to let anyone know so they aren't left wondering.
But like I said I love it when people contact me and ask if I want to RP with them, or have an idea and want my skills, and odds are I love the same thing, so If anyone wants to collab just shoot me a PM!

It's funny isn't it? All of humanity claims that you are all just myths and legends, and yet you are very real, and their last hope of survival. They have no idea that those myths were not made up, but in fact the things that truly shaped the way the world was... But nothing lasts forever, does it? When one civilization falls, so does their deities. But with them being immortal and all, they don't die. they simply... burn out. Into a limbo state... And you have been here for quite some time. But now you must wake up.
The world has come to an end. A dark, ancient evil that was been sleeping since the beginning of time has finally awoken. It destroyed modern civilizations, left countries and empires leaderless. A new era began, one full of darkness. Dark creatures from every civilization were brought back. People started to rob and rape and kill for no reason. Those who were lucky, or dangerous, survived to create towns in once amazing places of the world.. But they won't last long. The longer they do nothing, the longer It, gets stronger. Oh I know you would want to know the name of "It", but all in due time, Champion. As for right now, I was chosen to pick the mightiest gods for their chance of redemption.
You will have a second chance. A chance to mold the world yet again, but be warned; it will not be an easy task, it never is. You will return to the earth as a mortal, and for your sake, your memory will be gone, but I will fill your mind with the knowledge of how the world is. Don't worry, it will come back to you, and some things even I cannot take from your memory. As well your abilities. To hide yourself you must start off unnoticeable, because when you gain full power, it will be far too late for "It" to attack. Many trials are ahead of you. You will feel love, pain, victory and defeat, and so much death... But you will prevail. You gods always seem to.
You must find the other Gods chosen. Your paths' are all intertwined, so it will not be too difficult. Be wary though, your presence is strong even at this state, and people are more than willing to kill and loot you, as well as the evil creatures. Good luck, Hero!

All ANCIENT gods/goddesses are fair game, but to avoid any possible conflicts please do not choose deities that are being worshiped in the modern day! There will be romance, action, a TON of adventure, and a story driven plot that I hope we can all help create! without further ado, here's the Rules!
1) Please keep the number of characters you have to 2 for now! I have no idea how many people are planning to join!
2) Please be respectable to others! If there's a conflict IC, you won't always win it, but you won't always lose. The gods are on the same side, but they will probably bash heads haha, if there's any problems please notify me or the Co-GM's!
3) This will be a detailed world, with it probably having a lot of blood, gore, and language, so be warned! (the gods' stories were messed up anyway)
4) Everyone will start off waking up without their personal memory, but they know what happened, what the state of the world is now, and they have some of their isntincts and abilities. As the RP continues, the gods will become more powerful, and learn more about themselves!
5)The more popular/powerful the god, the faster they learn. Keep that in mind! Your character will also wake up with their signature item or weapon
6) If you have any ideas, or have a question, please send me a PM! I will also have two other Co-GM's that I'll announce soon, so you can ask them as well!
7) I would like to prefer that everyone posts at least one paragraph. "He walked up to the group" is not a good way to progress the story, so please add some detail! Quality over Quantity!
8) We are going with a 2-Post rule! Once you post a reply, you must wait until two different people posted before you post again! This way everyone has a way of keeping up with the story!
9)(this will be cliche but) Have fun! I want this to be OUR story, and adventure!

But they also aren't going to be infants and frail haha, they'll take form of the body they want to appear as, and as I've said before they'll know what's happened, but they just don't know specifics or much about their own selves.
But I was thinking, and maybe your character can look like an old CEO that died, which has a lot of people questioning you, even though you don't own any of their stuff and stuff like that haha, Idk just an idea.

The setting will take place a few years after the "end of the world" So things will start popping up like certain gangs or towns, but yeah absolutely not any CEO's and stuff. Plus with the way I'm probably going to do it, our characters are just gonna kinda "wake up" and really have no idea what's happening. They'll know the bare basics of the world, and things will be instinctive to them, but they won't be something too powerful immediately

Alright, I have a little bit more of free time, hopefully I can get the OOC up in a bit!
As for my characters, I'm still torn between doing Atlas and Poseidon
Atlas would be really fun to do. The Titan God of Astronomy and Navigation, a leader in the Titan army during the God and Titan war, and the dude who literally had the weight of the world on his shoulders. With that said his story would be one of redemption, and i would love to keep the "weight of the world on your shoulders" theme to him. There will be times where he's forced to do or see things that would normally destroy a man, but he still bears it. His past will also catch up with him for being on the losing side, but he'll want to try and save the world, no matter what people think of him.
And then Poseidon is my alltime favorite god haha, It would really be fun to see Hades and have this weird sympathy for him but a brotherly rivalry with him as well without knowing. I also like to play with his temper and sheer power. His personality was always changing like the ocean, where he could be gentle and calm and level headed, but if something upset him he will wreck shit up hahaha
Either one would be fun to play and to interact with you guys, hopefully I'll figure something out when the OOC is out haha

Awesome that everyone's taking so much interest in this!!! I'll try to get as much people as I can in this, too many people can be dangerous for the pace of things haha
