Weber watched as the young perfect soldier come forth, obeying the command of Weber. Nicholas looked down at his "creator" and spoke
Reporting for duty....mission objective... The boy said standing there disciplined and awaiting orders. The very words Weber wanting to hear, made his spine tingle before he issued an order.
Search and destroy. We have intruders here. They are a danger to you....to us. If they are not part of the children here nor that of your superiors, destroy them. Hmm...actually....come with me. the scientist said walking towards where he remember hearing fighting between the toy soldiers and the intruders.
Hearing the others on the comm about someone taking Bob down and then NERON joining the fray along with R0se defeating Ginger and then WIllard and the other children being safe thanks to the defeat of the one that took down Bob, Blaque spoke. He looked at Jinx for a moment after her comment to him, not really answering his question.
Good job on your ends. Priest, if you can and if he's still in one piece, try and get Bob out of there. if there's anyone else available to help you, I'll have them meet with you. Willard, R0se, NERON, I expect you three to get those kids out as fast as possible. I have someone else here with me and they're coming along. I'll meet with you all shortly. I'll check with Delta and Jonathan as well. getting off the comms.
"So, got quite the prison break going down, Mr. Blaque?" Jinx snickered, tugging at the ends of her hospital gown. The air was cold in the bunker, and the little cover she had on her made Jinx shiver. It was too bad she didn't know what had become of her clothes, and the thought that that creep scientist had probably been the one to put her in her current apparel made her shake again.
Staring at the shivering girl, Blaque removed his trench coat to reveal his matching color pants and vest with the shirt and tie. He held out his coat to her to take it.
Yes you can say that. I'd call it more of a liberation. My team are handling different objectives to get you and the other children out of the place and so far, some of your superiors have been defeated. I just need to capture Weber to turn him in for his actions and destroy this place. he informed.
"Well gosh, you're such a gentleman," Jinx smiled at the rather morbidly-themed man, taking the trench coat and putting it over her lab gown.
"I've always wondered how I'd look in one of these!" Jinx laughed, rolling back the sleeves so she could see her hands. Her joy was cut short, however, as the mad scientist appeared, Nicholas alongside him, noticing the pair right away.
The looked on Weber's face was that of disappointment that she was not only loose but seemed to be assisting the enemy.
Well now. It's not enough that you infiltrate my home, have people causing problems, stealing my children but now you freed one of my more precious kids and have them sided with you? Jinx...What are you doing? Get back into your pod this instant so we can deal with this nuisance...I'll deal with you later, girl.Jinx's smile was still fixed upon her lips, though her worst nightmare stood before her. Slowly, the blood from her face started to drain, paling her snow-white skin even further, making her look like a ghost. Stepping backward, Jinx started to shiver again, though she had Blaque's coat.
"Y-- you piece of shit!!" Jinx let out a cry before charging forward, fists bared, her left arm swung back to land a blow to the doctor's head.
Weber was definitely confident with Nicholas around but was slightly annoyed by the resistance Jinx displayed. With his hands casually placed behind his back, he watched as the girl call him out his name
Oh? If you think that's bad, wait until I turn you into nothing more than a breeding bitch. he said as the girl advanced towards him and making him back step in surprise that she'd raise her fist to him only for Nicholas to step in and go for the side kick to her ribs to knock her back and keep her from touching his "father" and master.
With the kick from the "perfect child", Jinx fell to the ground, causing her to roll back to her feet, enabling her to jump back up. Scoffing, Jinx eyed the doctor, then his bodyguard beside him. Nicholas looked to be about the same age as her, maybe a bit younger, though who knew how long he had been in stasis. She shot a glance to Blaque, an itch of distrust glazing her eyes, though she felt sure he would help her.
Weber chuckled
Well my oh my. I see that you're willing to bite the hand that feeds you huh? Well I have no use for a broken toy. Let's see how you fair without an arms and legs to attack me with. Nicholas, take off her limbs. He said while Blaque looked on kind of wanting to study just what this perfect child could do. The moment the orders were given, Nicholas caused a yellow constructed blade to form in his hand, rushing towards Jinx, going for a swift swing of his mentally created sword only to be blocked by Blaque's blade.
For a moment, holding on, Blaque spoke to Jinx
Is there anything in particular you know about this kid? He asjed when Nicholas started his assault on Blaque. The kid was quite fast but Blaque was able to keep up with him but trying to fight and defend and capture someone all at the same time was going to be extremely difficult. Especially while dealing with a boy who packed a bit of a punch with his attacks.
Jinx blinked as the blade stopped its approach on her, as Blaque had seemed to appear between the two of them. She snapped out of her confusion as the man spoke to her.
"N-- not that I can remember, no... I was always being experimented on when I was awake," Jinx felt a tinge of frustration as she spoke, then continued,
"though I'm sure the two of us got this guy, right?" she joked, though her voice shook as she spoke. Glancing about, she looked for an opening to attack. Finally, she ran in a wide arc around Blaque, aiming to land a swift kick to the back of the "perfect child".
Weber at first smirked from the fact that Nicholas was going to off Jinx but the smile faded when Blaque stepped in. This man was more skilled than he though. Blaque looked over to Jinx as she spoke and when she asked that they can take him down together, he agreed
Yeah, we can take him. I still need to get the scientist himself. With both Nicholas and Blaque crossing blades, Blaque noticed Jinx joining the fray, getting around her new ally catching Nicholas in the back as the boy grunted and stumbled. With that, Blaque went for a round house kick himself knocking the boy down as he then turned to Weber. With the smug look on the scientist face, he decided he may need to leave from there. Blaque wasn't going to let that happen as he lifted his gun to shoot the scientist in the legs to prevent him from leaving but the moment he pulled the trigger to let loose 3 shots, Nicholas dashed and dove in the way of the shots getting hit in the chest and midsection.
The shots that Blaque fire were standard bullets but that seemed to be the problem as Nicholas stood allowing the bullets to be pushed out of his skin and his wound closing up, healing completely.
A shiver went down Jinx's spine as she watched the bullets pop out from the boy's chest, leaving nothing but pale rings on his skin where they had made contact. Cursing under her breath, she shot a quick glance to Weber, who was already a good deal down the hall.
"Not to ditch ya or anything, Mr. Blaque, but our main villain is getting away, and I think you can handle this mutant kid a lot better than I can under these circumstances," Jinx straightened the trench coat, looking for a way around Nicholas.
Suddenly, there was an opening. Nicholas had begun to recreate his psychic blade, and there was a wide enough gap beneath his arms for her to slip through. She dashed, and as he swung his arms, Jinx ducked down into a slide, passing under him. She didn't bother with any sort of witty remark, and quickly got her footing and chased after Weber.
WIth Jinx getting pass Nicholas, Blaque was able to concentrate on their fight now without having to worry about defending Jinx. He trusted Jinx to be able to handle Weber as he and Nicholas went at it again with some swordplay. The boy was strong. He was able to push back Blaque but still proving to be able to hold his own.
Throughtout the battle between the two, Blaque managed to impale him a few times, cut his skin and shot him a couple more times to slow him down. Yes, slow him down but not stop him as Blaque realizes this fight could never end until he himself gets tired and Nicholas could capitalize on it. Time for another strategy.
Blaque need to make sure he was put down for good as this boy, even though he was a teen that should get help, he was too dangerous. This boy managed to push Blaque where he'd have no choice but to take him out. Blaque changed his gun's mode to ice where shooting two shots, froze Nicholas' legs. Blaque then switched the mode to bbreaker that was as powerful as a shotgun, shooting Nicholas in the midsection, knocking the boy down. That was until the boy started crawling towards him that Blaque switched his gun's mode to Toxin, unloading to shots to the boy's back as the neurotoxins started to spread in the boy's body, keeping him from moving on. With that, Blaque left him.
Jinx had been able to catch up to Weber just as he turned toward the exit door in the main room, and she lunged out at him, catching him by the legs. The two of them fell forward, rolling about as the doctor kicked his feet at Jinx's head, cursing at her as his right hand fumbled about on his belt. Jinx placed her feet and pushed off, punching her fists into the man's stomach to launch further, landing finally in between the man and the door. Weber, despite the impact of the blow, jumped up to his feet, pulling a syringe from his belt, wielding it like a knife.
"Now then, lass, I suggest you either let me through without any more trouble, or I'll stab ya and drag you along with me," the doctor's face had paled as his eyes filled with rage, lifting the needle up above his head. As he jumped forward, Jinx raised her arms up to catch his and twisted, but Weber shoved his knee into her stomach, doubling her over. Bringing the needle down into the back of Jinx's arm, the yellowish liquid seeped into her veins, sending a chill across her body. Jinx pushed the man away and swung her leg up, kicking her heel into the side of his skull.
"You son of a b-- * " In only a few seconds, Jinx had fallen to the floor, her body going limp as the paralytic made its way through her system. She felt her stomach churn and her vision blurred, then went blank, just as Blaque's dark boots made their way into view.
Blaque walked up to Jinx as she laid there. He looked down at her and the knocked out Weber and called on NERON to con and assist in carrying the bodies of Weber and Jinx. With the bot showing up and scooping the two, NERON left the scene while Blaque started his follow up for the rest of the team.
