KoL, I just realized how much you're abusing that poor Wobbuffet.

Hoho? Are you calling Juno a bad employer?
@Awesomoman64

Screw you. Having Balrig puke on Juno was not what I was expecting to see.
So, no one's gonna check the sound booth that shit hit the fan in?

:) "Aderyn is toast and you know it, such a shame Masae won that weekend at the hot springs only to lose her love interest in such tragic way... Hehehe~"
@Lucius Cypher @TheWindel @Lonewolf685

So, what happens now? Are we going to consider this one dead, already?
<Snipped quote by Lucius Cypher>

Don't forget Zeruel is attacking her. Also, she rode in on a missile.

@Lucius Cypher

Add a doppelganger seeking Fran's blood to this list.

And Syphax.

@KoL
Sorry, missed that part completely. My bad. I'll go back and edit Syphax's post to react to spears trying to murder him later today. I'd like to know the length of each murder stick, this will determine how injured (or dead) he gets, among other things.

About 2 to 3 meters tall, nothing so out of the ordinary for spears.

@Awesomoman64 Miyu has a pretty consistent history of doing one somewhat useful thing (capping one point, blowing up the demon's grunts) and then falling immediately to the next threat without scratching them (Henry, Juno).

@KoLAnyway, everyone'll be retroactively alright for ignoring the Shrapnel mines/sword barrage, as Miyu will be tanking them all to the face as her useful deed for this battle as soon as I get back from work. Avoiding the hall of spikes will still be on them.

Unless Miyu has a way to turn her shield into something like a very wide area version of Rho Aius, I don't think she can tank the whole of the sword storm, given that Ni-Mu essentially carpet bombed the whole bridge.

@KoL

In the peoples defense, having a character die in the beginning is a little daunting, especially for those who only have one participating. To willingly bench yourself until a Tarot card (if they even can) brings you back or the battle ends is a difficult choice considering how long these can last. Even more so when this is the characters introduction battle as dying right off isn't exactly the first impression you want your character to have. (I know from experience.)

That being said, I am 100% on your side in that I've noticed some characters are practically invincible or live in the Matrix with their timing and precision. I get wanting your character to be a badass or get the "Play of the game" so to speak, but there's only so much room on the pedestal of badassary. If everyone tries to put their character on it at once there's gonna be pushing and shoving until someone is forced to stand down and that's not fun for anyone. Same for if you leave them up there and refuse to take them down. It leaves less space for the rest of us and we stop caring about your character or worse resent them.

My advice to all: Take turns, let others have their moment. Trust me, the longer you step away from the spotlight, the more people will love it when you return.
(except for Miyu. Miyu is just a bitch.)
((jk ily.)

Oh, of course I get your point. We aren't asking people to concede to death right off the bat, just to be a little more fair. The way things are going of this RP, as usual, some characters will only take a hit when we go out of our way to call them for it and that's kinda not fun to do, y'know?
Well, I would post, or something like this. But at this point I'm stuck waiting for is to move as well. Unless others are willing to engage in random chatter/strategy planning as we wait the green light, there's not much to be done.

@PKMNB0Y

Would at least out be ok to set a deadline for moving is forward? Waiting for an indeterminate time is really, really boring, y'know?
@Lmpkio

Don't worry, I wasn't referring to you only. We can take some mistakes every once in a while, actually very often, it's just that we also have to remember people to do right. When lack of care and chaos get institutionalized, RPing starts to feel kinda grating, specially for those GMing, since we put our time and effort into doing something fun only to have it crumble because some people can't be a little more considerate.
@Lmpkio

By the way, I referred to the fact that everyone up to now seems to have means to and the reaction speed to not even be scratched by all the attacks around them, most of all people breaking the lances there are essentially being cannonballed at and walking away, forgeting that Ni-mu covered all of the lobby's walls and floor (including the ceiling) with armor-piercing, semi-solid laser/nano-metal lances ready to skewer all non-Machina players.

Let's not forget the storm of similar shrapnel/sword on the outside too, of course, that was like a light drizzle to everyone up to now. This is the ignoring threats that we GMs are talking about. People A: aren't paying enough attention to each other's posts, B: are exaggerating too much on how much they can avoid by whatever means.
@Lmpkio

You still forgot Zeruel. He was pushed like everyone else. Juno pushed everyone on the bridge.

Also, seriously, is everyone going to break/avoid the lances and all other threats? While thinking that Juno's push was gentle enough to allow such a reaction speed? What's the point here to do all of this if no one ever even gets scratched?
@KoL

Never got an answer for my question about whether Ni-Mu's swords/sharpnel would damage the Daimyo.

It's up to you how long she can take it, Ni-Mu's attacks are intended to disable units with strong defenses. Miyu can tank some of them, but her power is bound to fail at some point.
