If only Warfathers were good in combat without minions present...

@KoL Have the low tier minions been instantly summoned or are fleshy growths happening at the moment?

Given that the powers work like normal, they are still being summoned/growing.

Hohenheim, The Alchemist of Genesis
Current Location: Hohenheim's Castle

"So, I can see that someone else thought about not squandering their fist round roll. Well, let us see what fate has in store for the Infernal Bootlickers, shall we?" Despite her lack of even the least speck of respect for anyone other than herself, Hohenheim was amused that someone finally had decided to break the boredom established by almost everyone else. One could very well infer the smirk on her face by the tone of her voice as she announced the card that had been drawn for the Demons, under Sliske's request. "Number eighteen, The Moon! That'll be a fun one, hahaha!."

With a snap of the Alchemist's fingers, the world around the Demon's seemed to shift and weave. A strong nausea would take them, forcing the Demons to their knees, puking. However, instead of whatever contents their stomachs may have, what came out of their mouths was a black, oily ichor, a living shadow, if you will call it so. Soon enough, it began to form and take shape as Hohenheim explained what had just happened. "I hope you appreciate a bit of your own looks at the mirror. Before each of you is a doppelganger, a being that represents all the repressed feelings, the fear, lust and darkness on your hearts. As well as having absolutely the same powers and appearance as you all. They are going to try to kill you naturally, as soon as I finish this speech. I hope your narcissistic lot like fighting yourselves. Hahahaha!" And, just as Hohenheim finished her speech, the Nausea would pass, but not before the doppelgangers made their first move.

Fran's clone rushing at her, trying to bind her with a copy of her own lasso, before axing the original up the face.

Henry's clone opening his own gates trowing a pair of grenades at his counterpart, before drawing a pair of sub machine guns the greedy demon knew too well and opening fire with a fit of insane laughter.

Balrog's clone didn't lost a moment in planting his feet on the ground and unleashing all his dakka at his original... and whatever else was on the way.

Gelgath's clone summoned a wave of ice soldiers to fight his own original, before rushing to meet him with a copy of his own axe.

Suparna's clone attempted to consume her original, in a gruesome battle that's better left on the fringe of imagination.

And, finally, Sliske's clone summoned one of his War Father's, commanding it to begin spawning minions, before trying to take advantage of Sliske's recovering state to blast him with two fireballs.

Your sickness sustains me.
@KoL
Wait wait wait, hold up. Is a question asking for the full name of Michael Jackson really listed as 'Medium Pop Culture?' That should be listed as easy! What has my generation come to..?

Consider that there's some indeterminate years in the way between now and DGO. Things like that kinda get forgotten by people pretty fast, y'know? Actually, I bet that most people even today wouldn't know the answer to that one right away.
@Mega Birb

You forgot to name who Sliske wanted as a target. The Demons, the Angels, or the Machina.

I'll reply to your post ASAP, but if it remains like that, the Demons will be the target. I'm just reminding you that you can edit your post, I'd you forgot about that part.
@Lonewolf685 Won't they slam into Titiana's Force Barrier first? She laid one down. How strong is that?

It was Shizuka who set the shield, not Tatiana. It was pushed along with everything else, by the way, since it's being held by Shizuka, who's not glued to the ground.

@KoL@Banana

Actually, it might work. Juno used gravity. Gravity's power is based on how much mass it's affecting. Bones don't have that much mass compared to a full body. Compared to any other fighter on the battlefield, the Bonesword likely has one of if not the highest strength/mass ratio of anyone other than Juno, so if anyone could be able to resist the attack, it would be him.

Unless Juno is so strong that she could just pick up all the fighters, lift then off the bridge, and dunk them in the pit, and she isn't, because....?

Juno didn't used subjective gravity here. There's a point when you should make a distinction between effects. It was just a plain old force push, instead of redirecting gravity. Even if she did, use normal gravity, if one of the bodies has enough mass, the other's doesn't matter at all, you know that, don't you? Remember, the castle is much more massive than anyone there and, the Serpent slithering outside of the Nexus even more so. Any push Juno does is likely impossible to resist, if you use normal physics, which is why I'm going by comic book/manga laws the whole time.

@KoL
I was referring to the storm caused by Dorafraki and the air current associated with it... I wasn't even concerned with Juno. Thanks for mentioning that though

Edit:
@The 42nd Gecko
Good shit on you mate, didn't even consider that. If you really think about it more, Bonesword has to have a really strong... something... to carry and swing these swords with literally no muscle on him, of course it's demon magic holding him together, but regardless of that it's very likely that he could resist the gravity change enough to stay together. Movement would be a no-go for sure, but staying stationary is very probable.

No problem.

Like I aid before, he can stay, but in doing so he can't attack the lamias. They were thrown inside the room, remember. The choices you have are still the ones I gave above.
@KoL
Would anything bad happen if I stabbed a sword in the ground to keep from flying-the-hell-away and slashing at any approaching lamias with another sword (the demonly potent one)? I feel like there isn't but I wanna make sure before I go and post.

Sincerely, it wouldn't work. Juno used enough power to launch Balrog forward like a paper in the wind, you'd need to be strong than the force she used to resist it, even if you stabbed a sword on the ground, Boneword's hand would (likely) give in either way, but this certainly can be ignored for the sake of entertainment. Plus, the lamias were thrown away as well, even if we say he can stay stuck, he can't hit them if they flew away.

I'll leave the ultimate choice for you. Either fly and be able to stab them, or stay grounded and miss the attack. Do whatever you think is best.

The excessive cursing does add a little edge, doesn't it?

Yeah, her sharp sense of humor is very interesting.

Unless we end up bringing some extreme cyberpunk themes into the real world, personal experience tells me that hackers are extremely boring. They're the kind of people that only care about getting from A to B as fast as possible.

Oh, cyberpunk, I like that idea~ Not that I'm saying we'd do it, but I like it nonetheless. Other than that, yeah, hackers can be quite boring, if that's all that they are identified by. At least CC is a bit more interesting than that.
@KoL
I intend to make the Angel and Demon call in ze next post.

Maybe you should choose only one or the other and let some other people try the last call of the first round? It would feel better this way, I think.
