If you don't care about The War, that just leaves you open to be smacked around the back of the head when The War starts to care about you.

Aaand that's exactly what I'm trying to address. Since that's the current conflict in the major plot, having a good part, actually most, of the players not care for it (despite I having asked quite clearly how you all wanted to proceed on the RP) makes for a very frustrating experience GM-wise.

Hm, couple of questions for @KoL before muh next paste.
1. Does activating Star's Protection count as one Action?
2. Would Star's Protection negate the effects of Mauve Night's slows? Would the slows still apply to Blue Nova? Or would Star's Protection be 'slowed', in that it's cooldown is increased and there's a delay for activation and deactivation, while Blue Nova himself is uneffected?
1- Based on the Ability's description, I'd say that it takes an action to activate it, indeed.
2 - Also based on the questioning I did when you made your character. I think that the second option is better.

Haruka, or better CiEL. An idol that anyone who doesn't live in a cave should know about. Also, she's quite famous for being the best Ivory Mask player (as befitting her archetype which is the basis for Eos, Ciel, Si and some others).
I just couldn't do the info dump on my posts, that's why there were rumors of an idol coming to school in some of my previous posts.
