You're ok with me as well. Just wait for the shark now.

Archer
Tristan -- The Knight of Lamentation
Current Location: Business District -- Close to River Seine
"It seems that we have already found our first opponents," Tristan said as he came to a halt over a building, placing Yazhu back on the floor before standing up, his eyes sharp and focused at the distant gloom.

"I can sense a Servant nearby, 300-- maybe, 500 meters away at most. I’m not sure if they are with their Master or just by themselves. Stay beside me, if you judge you can make any move, I shall create an opening for you," Tristan said in a serious voice as a cold wind blew by them. A portent of the sadness that comes with the beginning of any battle no doubt.

"Now then, let us hear what melody you have to sing," Tristan said to himself as he paced around the edges of the roof, trying to single out their target’s location with Failnaught ready to spring into action at a moment’s notice. If he could get a shot before they noticed him and Yazhu, maybe he could end this fight before it even began. The absolute best case scenario.

Madhisi
Current Location: Entering the Western side of the Canal District
"This isn’t right…” Madhisi thought as she continued to follow her way. She was now walking in a more steady manner after the link between her and Berserker began to stabilize. It was still unbearably painful to have such a load applied on her body, but she had to endure it if she wanted to change anything.

“Why can I feel anyone around here? Di-- Did they choose to have their war in the city?” her thoughts were still foggy, however, even the limited cognitive capacity she had at the moment was enough to infer this.

Were the mages taking part in this war even more degenerate than she imagined? Could they willingly risk the lives of innocents -- or even more, their so beloved masquerade -- by having their war in the city’s center, instead of the outskirts like this district which Madhisi chose to prowl?

Perhaps, if she spread some rumors, or set up a trap to make herself look careless and weak, she could get the attention of someone without having to take Berserker into the more inhabited areas.

“Very well, then. You, move. Find anyone nearby, stalk them for long enough to make them run away and leave this area alone and then come back to me. You are forbidden from harming anyone even if they attack you,” she said, ordering her golem to go around the parks and most desert areas in their vicinity and spook people enough to both have them leave the nearby area as well as spread rumors about a monster running amok around Parc de la Villette.

Maybe this would get some attention.

Tristan -- The Knight of Lamentation
Current Location: Business District -- Sacred Couer Basilica
“Let me tell you the story of a man
A man whose life was plagued with sadness ever since his birth
Yet, a man whose love was greater than anyone else’s
And by love found his undoing
However, more than anything else, a man whose greatest regret
Is ever having spoken ill of a King who he didn’t understand…”

Tristan’s words came out in a gentle and yet unbearably sad voice, melancholy carrying on the same wind that took out the notes from Failnaught’s strings as he listened to his Master’s thoughts. He didn’t play or recite this story for his own good. The sadness and melancholy in his heart could never be soothed no matter how many ballads he sang, but the unrest that plagued his Master’s mind could and Tristan’s song was certain to bring at least a sliver of reprieve for her.

Furthermore, his song was also an elegy. A Requiem for those who forsake the tranquility of the modern world to join this war. To kill or be killed; and to the Heroic Spirits who gathered here, answering the call of the Grail, beyond the veil of time and space.

“May the most valorous be the only one to achieve the treasure my King longed for…”

After his Master said all she had to, Tristan’s song came to its end. It was time for them to depart but first, he had a question to answer. “I do not claim to know the weight of the burden you carry. However, as one who knows the pain of not being able to see a Loved One as the breath of life left me, I make a pledge under my honor of a Knight of the Round Table,” Tristan said as he knelt by his Master and lowered his head in the same way he would do before his King. “I swear I’ll not fail you. I shall be your sword and your shield, as well as the arrow who fells your foes and carry you through this war, even if I have to forsake the chance to seek atonement by fulfilling my King’s wish,” he said as the wind blew by them.

As soon as Tristan finished his pledge he got back to his feet, once again towering over his Master. “Now it’s time for us to depart. Let us find out what manner of songs will our opponents have for us…” Tristan said. The knight excused himself before picking his Master in his arms, like one would carry his bride, before leaping away from the Basilica with all the inhuman speed and grace expected of a Servant of his caliber.

With his Master in his arms, the Archer Servant began to their search for an opponent, leaping and bounding across the streets of the Business District, always trying to take hold of the highest vantage points possible among the roofs of the many buildings that dotted the area. Their search carrying them in a zig-zag as they made their way to the Champs-Élysées, halting only if Yazhu or Tristan noticed the presence of an enemy nearby.

Madhisi
Current Location: Montmartre -- at some back streets close to the Moulin Rouge
"Tsc! It's time for us to get going, Berserk--" Madhisi said as she came out of her hideout -- or should she call it home now that she lost everything else? The slightly dark-skinned woman came to a halt, propping herself as she felt a sharp pain running up her arm. The after effects of summoning were still fresh and her connection to this "Servant" was way more excruciating than she imagined it would be.

Was this the stake of which a mage of this "Association", was willing to go in order to participate in this conflict? Even thinking about this made her stomach turn. Such a thing has to be stopped before anyone else loses everything they find dear to themselves. That's the only thing that mattered.

"Let's get going, Berserker. You have plenty of fighting to do before the day breaks," Madhisi said as she steadied herself and began to walk away amidst the looming dark and decadent streets, pulling the hood of a jacket she got from one of the other homeless people that lived in the same building as she over her head and clutching her arm.

This had to end and she was sure to make it to, even if it was the last thing she'd do in her life. Mahisi thought so as she went towards the Canal District, one of the parts of the city that were isolated enough that other Master would think of going there to fight away from prying eyes. Behind her were only her Servant, one of the golems she managed to finish already, and the weight of everything she lost.

@Zaphander
And now he's fine on my end as well.
@Zaphander

PS: Actually, I realized something else while looking over your CS again. You can't use your quirk with normal items/clothing. No one in the entire MHA universe can, that's why Hero/Villain gear exists. I'll have to ask that you take that part out of his Quirk's description since it's not consistent with the rest of the whole series.

Along with choosing what other kind of limit you would like to put on your character's quirk to limit it's duration. Either a stamina one (so that he can do it only for a maximum amount of time before getting exhausted, which will vary depending on the circumstances so it's better to already mention how much he can endure under maximum exertion), or a limit based on how much he can hold his breath since he won't be able to breath while being rock. Or any other kind of limit you can think of, as long as he can't "sit on the bottom of the ocean forever with transformed".

He needs a limit, is what I'm saying.
@Ruler Inc

Well, that's ok with me. I think you can move to the CS tab already.
@Zaphander

His resistance and the second option for his phone (a hero agency, or the school) are ok. However, I'm sorry, but I can't accept your quirk if he doesn't have at least a time limit for how long he can keep it active. Everything is mostly alright, but a transformation quirk should always have a maximum time limit that is usually based on either a character's stamina, like Eijiro and Tetsutetsu, or by how long they can use it without gimping themselves because of the inherent disadvantages their quirks bring about (like becoming unable to breath among other things, like Mirio).

Learning to expand the limits of a transformation is usually the biggest improvement a character that has one of them can achieve. By having no time limit/disadvantages for the transformation at all, you are negating any chances of this happening.

@Ruler Inc

Your character is basically ok with me. Just like let me one thing. How much can she use her quirk at once? Like everyone else, she needs some kind of limit for how long/how many times she can do it. I'm just asking for comparison's sake anyway, since this will set up a point from which to work your character's training.

@Eviledd1984
Apologies, but I'm going to have to reject you. Your CS shows so little lack of care that I can't even consider accepting an application from you even if you redo it from zero.

If you still want to try again, you can do so and appeal to @TheWindel and @SimpleWriter. My opinion likely won't change.
Ok, since I've changed my idea into something more mundane, I don't think that there's any need to let her final revision be in PMs. So, here's she:
