⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Please remember to update your locations in your header with roads and such. (I will update general maps when you all are done and off your current one. Let me know when you are at the edge!)

Eden

Location: Eden: 22, Tank on Right Fork Of Road Between 21 and Main Eden Building, Behind the Tank
Skills: Survival, Tank Operations, Land Navigation, Hunting, Rifle, Sniper Rifle

Thana took a deep breath, watching as more and more Edenites made their way from the main building and towards where the sounds of the tank were coming from. She didn't know these people and yet she had this intense desire to put a bullet in each and everyone of their backs. Sure her sister may have been a monster to her but she was her sister and if anyone was going to put the woman in her place it was supposed to be her, or her father. Her father would have been a better bet but then again he hadn't done much more than neutralize the situations when they were growing up. He was so concerned with placating their mother to keep the situation from ever really going away. Yet she didn't hold it against him, she held it against her mother and her sister. They could have stopped it at anytime. Now it was her turn to stop things.

Gavin popped off a few more rounds. Taking out a couple more. It wasn't as easy as all that. He had to stay ducked and covered behind the large tank and several rounds clipped off near his head. It was only fueling the darkness in him though. He was finding himself enjoying this more and more with each one he took out. Sweet baby Jesus help him come back from this once it was done other wise heaven help those around him. Things could get much more complicated than the appeared to be if he couldn't find a light again. yet he wasn't worried. There was Thana, he had that. Sure it seemed like she and the Captain had something going on but that didn't mean that he couldn't try. Regrets came from what you didn't go for in life. He already had one of those regrets when it came to Thana he wasn't about to chalk up another one.

Lola on the other hand didn't give two shits in the wind about coming back from a dark place. Her place was as light as air. She was happy, not mad. There was a difference, a difference people could easily see by the smile that spread across her face and cracked it open from ear to ear as she drove the tank further down the street. She was taking the round about way instead of cutting straight through the trees but it seemed to be working. Those fuckers weren't cutting through the thick steel of her tank and if she could come around it hopefully open up a door for another way in for the others. One where you know, Beatrice wasn't blowing a hole into the side of a building.

Thana was about to head off to help Gavin since there were a bit too many heading in the tanks direction than she liked and plenty more around Eden for her to take out alone. Then she heard a twig snap and her head jerked around. Her gun raising only to stop and lower it slowly as spotted Thalia and a rather winded looking Alexander coming up behind her. Seemed the two had caught up with her. Thalia seemed to be keeping herself together far better than Alexander was. Seems the plan to help Gavin and the tank could change. There was three of them now and they were supposed to be the front line while the tank was the distraction. Time to stick to that.

""We'll head that way. Towards the tennis courts and come around to the front. Their attention is on the tank right now. Let's keep it that way as long as we can," she said. It seemed like as good a plan as any. She did wish her father was there right then. The man was a jarhead. He had seen plenty of combat, he knew this shit like the back of his hand. Yet there was no dad in sight, so it was time to step up. She stayed ducked down and turned slightly. Staying crouched as she moved to the other side of the wooded area they were hiding in. She could see one Edenite within view. That was far better than ten.

"So after this, I was thinking we could see about hitting a few holes. Set up the tee on top of my baby here and go for distance. They have to have some clubs lying around." Lola actually liked the idea of being able to sit out on the green and knocking off a few balls. Maybe be able to knock a few heads off some deadies from a distance. Now that would be some right aces of a good time.

Gavin slipped behind the tank and started to reload the riffle. More seemed to be coming. The fact that there were so many worried him. Either this place had a ton of people and half were dealing with Thana and the others or Thana and the others could be dead and there was nothing but the Edenites to do but come right at them. Then again, they could be fine and the Edenites just hadn't noticed them yet. That had to be it. That was the job of this tank, to keep the focus off the others. Buttered biscuits he hoped that was the case.

Millicent Wyndham

Location: Library, Heaton Hall, Heaton Park, Manchester, England
Skills: Class Knowledge (Peer), Court Etiquette, House

Millicent wasn't sure what to say at that point. The entire situation was making her rather uncomfortable as she stood there. Her fiance was there, being just as charming as he ever had been and in fact more so than he had been recently at Almacks, but underneath she knew or at least thought she knew what was going on through that mind of his and it wasn't anything she wanted to think about or focus on.

Yet as much as the situation was bothering her she knew it was something that she would have to grow accustomed to in the future. She would soon be a bride. She would have to host many events, put on a smiling face as they entertained hoards of the ton. It was never anything she wanted for her life. To be that person. She wanted to read, she wanted to paint. It was almost funny to think on it now. That she had ever held hopes that her father would return and this nightmare would come to an end. To think that she ever would have had the life she dreamed of. This time period did not pay well to dreamers.

Rutherford looked over towards Colette and gave her a charming smile as he stood there. "A woman need only hold her tongue when it is to her benefit. Many would be surprised just how much further their own desires could carry them if they held until just the right time. Yet that can be said for men as well," he said answering Colettes question. Glancing he looked over towards Millicent for a moment before turning his attention back to the French woman. "I was just coming to inform my fiance that they were beginning to seat for dinner, would you care to join us?" he asked as he offered his arm out to his fiance.

Millicent wasn't sure what to think of what Rutherford was saying but something was off to her. "Oh yes, please do join us. Your company would be most welcome," she said as Rutherford offered his other arm to Colette. If anything perhaps she could keep Colette close and give her warning to not let her guard down around Rutherford. If anything perhaps he would keep acting like a human being with Colette in their presence. Either way, it was the best she had right then.

Elizaveta Romanova

Location: Main Tent -> Her Private Tent, Russian Tent City, Regent Park, London, England
Skills: English, Diplomacy

The Grand Duchess nodded towards Vlad. She knew exactly what she was doing. "Yes ve vill form our ovn council. Germany vill be joining us as vell as others I hope in the future. Master Ludvig has spoken in moments of clarity of others. Ve shall seek them out and bring them into the fold. It is time that all those vho have been outcasts to have their time at the table," she said as she stood there.

Then came the news that a Talnik was at the gate. Elizaveta who rarely showed much emotion wise suddenly had a grin on her lips as devious as any gypsy while she stood there. Her brow arcing slightly. "That is very interesting. Please, bring him into the main tent." It was odd that she would suggest such a thing, even now with the council on their way to making an exit. Yet why she wanted the man in the main tent soon became clear enough.

"Master Zimmer remains in the main tent at this time. Do make sure to introduce the tvo," she suggested before she continued. "Nov if you vill excuse me. I have a meeting with Sister Mary and Lady Crypt in my tent. James is vith Adam in the main tent, do ensure there is plenty of security for our nevest family," she added before turning and promptly leaving the staging area.

The smile remained on her lips for a moment as she made her way towards her own tent. It slowly faded away as she spotted Mary and Virginia making their way to her tent. Her feet sped up but not enough to appear hurried until she caught up with them. "Talnik is here, Circus is dealing vith him. He is to be taken to master Zimmer to speak vith currently. Nov is the time to make haste," she said before her fingers began to snap in an odd melody. It wasn't long after she reached her tent and held back the flap that Myska came bounding towards them and slipped into the tent as well.

Ludwig Zimmer

Location: Food Table, Main Tent, Russian Tent City, Regent Park, London, England, Europe, Northern Hemisphere, Planet Earth
Skills: English, Observation, Mental Stamina, Unacknowledged Soulless/Countries

A council, a table. So round. Round and round it goes, where it stops no one knows. All around the mulberry bush the monkey chases the weasel. Such a silly thing. Why chase the weasel when ferrets were so much better to handle. Especially Dieter, the ferret not his brother. Still his brother would have been more fun to chase around the mulberry bush than a weasel. Hrm, did hid father smell of mulberries. Or perhaps it wasn't mulberries, perhaps it was elderberries. Silly elders, thinking he was mad. He wasn't mad, he was happy, nearly joyful. Well at least one elder wasn't silly. He was joyous. He understood Ludwig. Others would in time. It seemed some did, that was good. Good not bad, no mad. He wasn't mad. They were all mad here but he wasn't. He was glad, glad, glad, glad, glad.

Looking at the table he smiled, for he was glad. He had not only food before him, and a ferret with him. Not a hamster. Not his mother. Ni! He also found one to mentor. Didn't he? Where was that little scamp. Glancing around, he spun as he knees buckles, his shoulders dropping. Worried, not mad, but worried. Then no more worry. There he was. Listening, listening well. Stories being spun as he heard James telling of the Bermuda Triangle.

"Blow me back to Bermuda! To the shores where they cast anchor. Black flags waving in the air. Skulls on the weavings and poop on the decks. Cawk! Polly want a cracker! One more moldy cracker and pow! I'll swab the deck with him I will. Dive, down deep to Davy Jones locker, straps to boots. They call the merfolk ad the kraken, slithering around the ships and crushing them. All for the gold, glorious gold. Black hair and eye patches, wooden legs and salt. Oh what fun they have," he said as his voiced went this way and that. Oh it was a day to speak like a pirate it was.

Alicia Gonzalez

Location: Ville au Camp - Kitchen House
Skills: Empathy

"That's James." Looking over the situation and the way people were firing off questions in her direction Alicia put two and two together. Yes she knew it was James when she arrived by looking at him and feeling the emotions coming off the animal because of her empathy. Yet even if she didn't have that skill, she could have figured it out by now.

"Fuck no. Leave him be. Imagine if that was your ass that just shifted into a new animals body? You want to be pinned down? Hell no. He is still James in there from what I am getting from his emotions." Her voice was firm and she snapped a bit. The fact she didn't want to see a friend of hers pinned to the ground like some wild animal, even if that was what he was right then, didn't sit well with her. On top of that she could feel everything he was feeling right then, so it made the feelings coursing through her veins that much more intense.

"Fucking sweet ass ability, just give him a minute." Taking a deep breath she started to walk forward carefully. It was cool to her. Being able to turn into a wild beast like that? Imagine being surrounded by a munch of fuckers trying to capture you, shifting, throwing them off just by seeing it and then being able to barrel through them like a steam engine or a train and gorge out their guts at the same time? Boars were no laughing matter. James had hunted them in another life, she had seen him do it. Those fuckers were mean, strong, and now had the smarts of a human. That wasn't anything to fuck with.

"Gilbert has more important things to tend to right now," Alicia added in passing as she knelt down and got on eye level with her boarish friend. "Chocolate thunder, calm yer tits bitch before they tranq your ass," she said as she locked eyes with him.

Evelina Lucas

Location: Ville au Camp - Walking Towards Main House -> Main House
Skills: Administration, Diplomacy, Memory Training, History

Evelina took a small breath as she reached into her pocket and pulled out her pipe. Lighting it and puffing on it slowly as they continued to make their way towards the main house. She pondered the question that Gilbert had asked her. Could these new Paradoxes handle what this life would throw at them. She was not sure. Yes she had picked each of them for a reason but that was a reason she never divulged to anyone. So few things in this life or another were truly ones own and ones thoughts and reasons were one of those few things. She held that close to her heart.

Ας ελπίσουμε ότι θα εκπαιδεύσουν σκληρά και θα είναι περισσότερο σε αυτή τη ζωή από μια ασπίδα κρέατος μεταξύ αυτού του κόσμου και του επόμενου," she said as she puffed on her pipe that she held in one hand as she slipped her free hand into her tailored jacket pocket.

George looked over towards Nancy and slowly pulled from his pocket a small package wrapped in plain brown paper and tied shut with butchers twine. "Brought something back, mmm," he said quietly as he stood there and lowered his head. He had promised to return with something before he left. It was something he had done on nearly every mission he had gone on. Picking up some small trinket when he was out.

It was best to avoid the scene over at the kitchen house right now or why Alicia ran off. Emendators, if they focused could figure it out. She knew it was James and his ability. "Focus my friends and you will have your answers," she said as she made it to the main house and stopped. Glancing towards the Kitchen house she eyed the direction for a moment before looking back at Gilbert. "If you would please lay him out in his room. I will be there shortly. I believe I can handle the preparation of the body for burial," she said before turning her attention to Andromeda. "And I am most confidant that you will be able to help as well. Let us be quick shall we?" she added.

Museum: Akhmed wrapped his arms around Josephine and pulled her close to him, resting his palm on the back of her head and stroking gently, making sure not to mess the starlets hairdo up. "That sound just terrifying, a gem such as yourself shouldn't be exposed to such things in this world. Is there anything I can fetch for you or would you prefer that I remain here with you?"

Vera looked around, slowly moving over to the table where she had left the tiles. Her eyes narrowing slightly. Why had she not locked them up? Then again, why would she have thought about locking them up? This was the museum, this was supposed to be a safe haven for artifacts. At least she wished it was that way but it obviously was not.

"This is a travesty," she said as she slowly sat down on the edge of the chair and pushed her curls out of her face. Between the news that the tiles were gone and that Haakon was killed she wasn't sure what to think on the matter. Was this expedition really a good idea or was this all just happenstance. The prospect of murder struck her as odd. Why would anyone want to kill Haakon. Maybe his death was just an accident, maybe he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Hell, maybe he was killed because of an article he had written. She wasn't counting anything out at this point.

Looking over at the Lord Major she quirked a brow. "I am not sure. He and George left us at the permit office so we could tend to the business at hand and shuffled off to places unknown. It seemed as if he was trying to get George out of the public eye. We were not able to locate them on our return yet Lady Kingston did propose that they could have taken the road less traveled on their return for Georges sake. I do believe that they should return in short time."

Queensguard Research: Zoie pushed her brother through the crowd toward the hallway to where the bathrooms were. Thankfully in a place such as this the bathrooms were easily located and accessible. Mens, womens, and hell yeah, a family one. That would work. "Get in there," she said quietly.

"Let's get you cleaned up," she said in a normal tone as she opened the door and glanced around, waiting for Relic to enter. A few seconds later they were both in the bathroom and the door was locked behind them. The mens and womens bathrooms might
have allowed for more than one at a time but the family allowed to be locked for privacy of a single stall.

Wentworth watched as they were around the corner and then his eyes shifted elsewhere for a minute before turning his attention back to Mali. It wasn't like he wanted to speak to her but she had mentioned MSS. "Yes, something like that. I take it you have had a personal run in with them yourself, at least from the way you speak. Have you?" he asked as he looked her over.

Inside the Heads Of The Insane: Marc took down notes as he could and then looked over at the front door of the Queensguard facility before turning his attention back to his phone call. "I can't get there, at least not for a couple of hours. I am held up right now. Let the police come, don't hinder them from their investigation. Perhaps they can help," he said int the phone as he ran over what she had told him again.

"This woman, what did she look like exactly? Any features? Was she with anyone else?" he asked.

"Walsh," Lucas said with a chuckle.

"We'll be there." Risa was just going to let the girls keep talking on the phone but it seemed the woman on the other end wasn't. The phone line went dead and Risa sighed before slipping the phone back into her bag. "Only a little bit longer," she assured Jaina as she pulled out from her bag a crayon box and a Lisa Frank Coloring book. Handing it back to the girl. She figured that maybe it could keep her busy. "Only for coloring right now, no painting until we get ready for the circus. We do want to put on a show don't we?"

A Safehouse in the Deadlight District: Roy looked over towards Riley. "Hey, it's not my fault! You girls were the ones that ordered Ass Blow Out level hot!" he said as he walked back to the table once things were cleaned up as best as they could be and he had nearly given himself third degree burns washing his hands to make sure they were as sterile as possible as this point.

Picking up the bag he ripped off the receipt and handed it over to Riley. He wasn't lying. Under the wings, it said - Sauce: Ass Blow Out. Seemed it was a very fitting title. Granted when Roy ordered it, he was pretty damn sure it was just a joke and not to be taken literally. He would for here on out take all plays on words when it came to hot wing sauce with every bit of weight they had.

Picking up his drink he downed it quickly and finally had a seat next to Priya to watch the video. It was an interior recording of the warehouse where Lawson and Clemins had shot each other down just outside. The time stamp was two hours before everything went to hell and there were two dead bodies on the evening news. Everything seemed fine for a while. People just moving in and out but there was no sign of Clemins yet.

It wasn't until they got to the half hour before hell broke out moment did anything really change. A woman with red hair came into the place. From the angel of the camera one couldn't see her face but the way she carried herself seemed familiar. There were some words exchanged between her and Clemins as he sat in his desk. The exchange seems to be getting heated but one can't hear it right now.

Jahosafat Moreau

Location: Lady Luck: Table Main Room
Skills:Carouse, Social Science -> Psychology

Jahosafat grinned sightly as he leaned back his chair. Trading out cards as they went around, taking bets, countering calls and raises. It was what the dealer was supposed to do and while he didn't truly have much skill when it came to dealing for this sort of game, it was a good time to sit back and watch the people play so he didn't mind taking the reigns as it were and being the dealer. This was one of those moments when he got a chance to study people. Get to see how their mind ticked. How they played certain things, how easy it was to read them, how well they were able to cover up being able to be read. If they could deceive people into thinking they were easy to be read or not. It was all very psychological. Dr. Penderslaugh would have enjoyed this moment.

His dark eyes went over to his Faraday friend and his smile broadened. "Oh yes my good man. Some toe tapping, a penchant of flair. We shall show these ruffians what it means to be proficiently practiced in the titillating exhibition stylings of Faraday. Yes, I dare say some education is needed and some right exuberant entertainment as well." Jahosafat did love a good dance.

Looking down at his cards he went over them once again and then back to those sitting at the table. Looking over their facial expressions, over how they were holding their cards, how they were drinking or eating if they were. So many traits to look at. He held for a moment before setting his cards down. "Call," he said as he brought his bet up to the current amount. It was final call, any more raises on the bets would have to come now from his fellow card players.

Eden

Location: Eden: 22, Tank on Right Fork Of Road Between 21 and 22, Behind the Tank
Skills: Survival, Tank Operations, Land Navigation, Hunting, Rifle, Sniper Rifle

Lola was having a Aces of a good time right then. It wasn't every day she got to get her tank all dolled up and take it somewhere fun. Sure, it was on the road every day but today was special. Today they actually got to fire the grand cannon. That made things really damn fun. Hell it was going to be one of the last times someone would probably every hear or see a tank being fired. For some of these fuckers it would be the last thing they ever saw. Shit, it wasn't a bad way to go out.

"Fuck yeah, think Navy will make it. Wouldn't be surprised if Mugs did as well," she commented in passed as they came to a fork in the road. She had no doubt that Thalia was going to make it, but she wasn't going lay odds on it. That was just damn stupid. Like getting a tattoo of your boyfriends name on your ass. You did that shit, you knew sure as fuckers flew that that asshat would do something the next day that would make you dump his sorry bum.

Gavin wasn't going to lay odds either but then again he didn't know that anyone was having a discussion about who would survive and who wouldn't right then. Right then his mind was one two things and two things only. One was taking care of this shit and the other was locating his sweet Strawberry Wine. First thing was first though. He was getting tired of hearing the clink and clank of bullets against the side of the tank he was walking behind. It was time to take some of these fuckers out. Didn't matter if in the grand scheme of things if they were innocent or not. He would adopt the Marine code - kill them all and let Jesus sort them out. He normally wasn't like that but this was a dark moment and he wasn't seeing the light right then.

Thana knelt down low, she still wasn't seeing Alex or Thalia but they had to be coming up soon. If they weren't she would have to get a move on and quickly but she had a few more moments. At least one more that was since all the people coming out of Eden seemed to be heading Northwest out of the back end of the building. That was were the explosion came from and Thana could only assume that it was Lola and Gavin and Beatrice. Pulling out her pistol she kept it ready though, she could have taken out one or two probably from where she was but she didn't want the entire crowd suddenly coming at her. She did want to survive this.

"Alright girl, hold fire, see a building. That should be it. Let's get closer before we knock," she laughed slightly. She didn't worry about the fuckers wasting bullets on them. And it was a good thing she didn't. It seemed that Gavin that had covered as when she looked through her visor she spotted one drop and then another and then another. Each one about three seconds after the one before it. Seemed the man was sticking with his sniper rifle, which was slower to pop off rounds but damn, the accuracy was sweet in her mind as she watched blood trickling from between the eyes of one of them.

"Speed Bump!" she laughed as she rolled over one.

Thana slowly took a few steps forward and pushed the brush aside to get a better vantage point. She could almost see where the tank was now but as she turned her head she could see the main Eden Building. Taking a deep breath she had to make a choice. Hold, move towards the tank, or go it alone in the Eden building itself. After a moment she made her choice. It was time to move. In three... Two... One...

Millicent Wyndham

Location: Library, Heaton Hall, Heaton Park, Manchester, England
Skills: Class Knowledge (Peer), Court Etiquette, House

Millicent stood in the presence of her newly introduced, for lack of a better term, friend and her, for lack of a better term, fiance. She did her best to keep her chin held in place and a stiff upper lip she was British after all. She watched the two of them. How unaware it seemed that Colette was of how Rutherford could be or even the rumors about him, then again she was French and new to town and this was not London. If Millicent were a lesser woman she would hope that the beauty of the French woman would catch the attention of Rutherford, taking it away from her and her family. Yes, she would still end up a spinster and most likely in ruin but it would spare her what seemed to be a life time of pain. That was if she was a lesser woman.

Yet Millicent was nothing of the sort and she would not save herself pain in hopes of passing that pain on to another. She would even wish a Rutherford on Rutherford himself. It was just as she was. "It is difficult to describe one such as my fiance to anyone that is unfamiliar with him. He is such a unique gentleman," she said, hoping it would detract her fiances attention from Colette.

Rutherford kissed the back of the blonde womans hand before releasing it and eying Millicent for a moment. He seemed to contemplate something and there was a flash in his eyes before it he actually spoke again, a slight smile coming to his lips as he gave a dashing glance. "Only as difficult as it is to describe your wonder my dear. Yet mystery does always lead to wondrous intrigue so it is better to leave some things left unsaid an it is a rare woman who knows when to hold her tongue. I am blessed to have such in you," he said as he turned his attention to his fiance and ran his finger along the line of her jaw. Millicent suddenly felt very sick to her stomach but she held it back and simply smiled at him.

Turning his attention back to Colette he continued. "What brings an angel such as yourself to our dreary shores?"

Elizaveta stood there, perfectly still and listened. This night had taken a much more dramatic turn than she had originally expected or ever desired. So much time and planning had gone into showcasing her countries abilities, their skills, what set them apart from others, and how they could be of use to the council. And yet, now, here she stood, looking at the council she had planned to impress and was denying them the privilege of having the Russians at their side. More than that she had met the most interesting German fellow who stated there were more of them, loners, outside of the council that had given up years ago. This would make for the most interesting of conversations. Just who all was out there and what abilities did they possess?

Yet that was a conversation that would have to wait for there was more business to attend to and the most important of that now was being able to get herself, Virginia, and Mary out of the Circus and on the road without anyone else knowing just what was going on. Adam looked to be tended to, James would be under the protection of the Circus, the show was done, a new council was formed. Oh the Baron would not be happy about this but hopefully she wouldn't be around to face his wrath.

And from the look of things. if she stood around much longer, there were several members of the council that were going to unleash their own personal type of wrath on her. She was not about to waste time listening to then vent on her. If they didn't enjoy having their time wasted, then perhaps they shouldn't have wasted the Russians time for centuries. Looking towards Virginia and Mary she gave the slightest of nods.

"I believe this vould be as good a time as any to depart the scene. I must inform my people of the outcome of this evenings display. I shant be but a moment, please take respit in my tent until I can return and we can proceed to more entertaining and fruitful endeavors for the evening." Turning she placed her attention on Ludwig for a moment. "I will ensure that you are welcome among the Circus as long as you desire."

With that she turned and made her way towards the back of the tent to where the majority of her people were still waiting to see what the outcome would be. Glancing around as she pushed the tent flap aside she spotted that there were several that were not there. Vlad and Constantin among those that were not. This would be interesting. "My good people. Tonight you were everything I could have ever prayed for, you were perfection, you were circus. It is only fitting that the Graveolase extended an invitation to us to join the council, at last."

She let the cheers break out for a moment before raising her hand to silence them. "Yet, I have refused it and declined the invitation." The room went so quiet one could hear a pin drop as many stood there looking as if their future Czarina had lost her ruble.

Such excitement. It crawls through the viens and lights them on fire. Not a burning fire that causes one to scream and run and bat and throw themselves in the water. Water, cool, soothing water. Like eyes, glass eyes, deep eyes dark eyes. The abyss. Such wonderment in the abyss. Never ending or is it? To see into the darkness, perhaps it does end we just cannot see if. The end is just out of reach and if we were to reach for it we could touch it.

Touching, smooth, soft, sticky. What is so sticky? Honey is sticky, so are situations. That was it, this situation was sticky. Not for Ludwig though, he stayed clean so he was NOT sticky. Nor was he mad. Seemed at least some were smart enough here to see he wasn't mad. That was good. And they would be friends. He grinned, shyly and nodded before picking up Adam and placing him on his hip. "No darkness when you glow," he said as he kicked the ground and spun with Adam in his arms before turning his attention back to the little one and his friend. Seemed that he could stay. Stay, here, yes right here. For now. Later he would find a tent. Yes a tent, not the big tent, a smaller tend, this one was too busy to sleep in.

Adam had no idea if he could take him and James to this Bermuda triangle, he didn't even know where it was. Or what it was. Maybe others didn't know as well as half the council huffed and made their way out of the side entrance to the tent and towards their carriages.

"How dare she."

"She will pay."

"They all will."

Voices were speaking but one could not see where they were coming from, perhaps lips, perhaps ones own head. Rumble in the tummy. OH yeah he hadn't eaten. Time for food. Everyone was leaving and Bjorn made a quick beeline to Ludwig, hugging him and speaking in his ear before smiling and skipping off with the rest of the council.

"Let's get food!" he exclaimed to Adam and then James before following the smell towards the front left of the tent where there was still plenty laid out for anyone that wanted to partake.

Museum: Akhmed took a deep breath and nodded slightly towards the Lady Munn. "Yes, something has happened. We spotted someone rushing out of the museum," he said as stood there and then glanced over towards Mosi. "Did you see anyone on the street before you came in?" he asked.

"Good heavens, that is something. I do not recall anyone standing out as we returned. Though now that you mention it, have you seen the Lord Keystone?" she asked. Perhaps Peter and George had returned before they had.

"Actually, yes, I believe he is waiting in your office. I will walk you there," he said as he looked back over to her. He didn't exactly want her and the Lady Kingston walking through their own right now. For all he knew there was someone else in the museum right now that shouldn't have been.

Vera gave an affirmative nod and then let out a small breath before Akhmed turned and lead the trio of women back towards Veras office. As they came up to it, Akhmed looked at Josephine and his eyes widened. "Oh my dear starlet, what has occurred to leave you looking so distraught?" he asked as he st down next to her quickly and offered his arms to her.

Vera quirked a brow and then shook her head slightly as she looked around the room. She didn't see Peter but she did see the Lord Major, with his weapon out. "What in the name of the Pharaohs has happened here?"
