Again we discussed what happened with the knight in PMs

As for the rest... things happening with Belle's character and mine were discussed in PM.
Timelines are hard to make... borderline irritating. Sometimes parts are not quite as important as other parts.

I would rather move a plot forward then focus so hard on something that doesn't fully effect a lot.

And since the part that affected the knight was discussed in PMs and ironed out there is no need to focus on it.

Was LadyRunic involved in these PMs? Especially considering it involves the creation of a new character the GM should have to sign off on it.

If this was an inane detail that had no bearing on anything I might agree with your assessment of ignoring it to move the plot ahead but whether Arys and Feoras have seen each other since breaking up five hundred years previously has further reaching consequences effecting the politics of the fae kingdoms which actual do need to be addressed.

That timeline of Feoras and Arys relationship (or at least a rough version of it) would be both public knowledge and very very helpful to those of us playing characters who should have this information in IC but are being denied it OOC.

I am too stressed out and too tired for all of this. If changing Arys history will settle this so we can continue then I will do it

My apologies, it was not my intention to stress you out or cause you undo worry as I believe you have some other more important stuff going on right now. I was merely attempting to ascertain a more concrete grasp of this RP and its history.

@BlackPanther I am mistaken evidently however that is one line of text that seems to indicate one conclusion while several pages of IC advocate the opposite.

And as we are playing fae and technicalities are their stock and trade I feel I should point out that that quote does not explicitly state Arys considering this would be her first meeting with Feoras since the break up but simply it would be her first meeting with him since... some incident that to her is memorable. The sentence is unfinished.

No where in the IC posts did either you or Belle specify that the Moot was the first time they saw each other since they parted ways as lovers. It was made clear that Feoras still had feelings for Arys and Arys nothing but cold contempt for him in return but nothing to indicate that they had no met since breaking up. In fact in one of Belle's Arys posts she refers to the Moot as "the yearly meeting to make, peace and trades" which seems to indicate that they must have met at previous Moots.

One would assume that there had to have been at least one Moot after the break up for Arys to cancel any trade pacts with Summer and establish new ones with Fall and Spring to make up the difference.

So the rulers of the four courts have met once in five hundred years. Even by fae standards that's negligent. The four kingdoms are very interdependent on one another for whatever materials cannot be found in their own lands. Even with established trade pacts there has been no changes to be made, no reason to meet in five hundred years? That seems kind of wrong.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to reply. Working a lot of overtime for personal reasons I don't want to get into.

The Moot was the first time Feroas and Arys saw each other since their falling out. I am PMing Panther and Knight about the details regarding the three characters histories together.

I'm also sorry I am not more... like myself. But things are not well in my life right now and I am struggling to make one day at a time.

Wait this Moot? As in the one we just roleplayed? The Moot isn't exactly an uncommon occurrence, or so I've been led to understand. If their falling out happened shortly after she became queen give or take a couple decades there should have been a dozen or more Moots between then and now at the very least.

@LadyRunic The Moots are fairly regular things right? Like every ten years or something barring emergency meetings.

To be totally blunt I wrote you off as having lost interest in this RP. You've posted a grant total of four times with nearly a month between each post. I don't want to be rude but I want this RP to last and quite frankly it won't if I readmit people who show interest, vanish for a long period of time and pop back up again. It's harmful to the narrative and harmful to anyone who has to interact with your character. However since this is your first IC post no damage has yet been done so I am inclined to give you another chance. Just be warned that should you take another month's sabbatical from this thread without notice or warning I will be removing you from the list of active players.

For future reference when you have been gone from an RP this long it is polite to check in the OOC before jumping straight into an IC post.

@Kafka Komedy In Ocarina of Time when you touch a Redead it clings to your back and begins to drain your heart counter. Since as near as I can tell Red just tried to tackle it would you be alright if something similar happened to her? The Redeads can be thrown off pretty easily so it would leave her a bit weakened but no worse for wear.

Images and sounds flashed over Terra's vision. Kefka laughing, the Empiror observing her progress, Biggs and Wedge marching on Narshe with her by their side. "That Slave Crown on her head robs her of all conscious thought. She'll follow orders. Fifty Magitek Elites lined up before her. "Show us your power..." She'd raised her hand and a wave of fire consumed all of them as they screamed. Her flames left nothing of their bodies behind.

A shot rang out like mighty crash as the dirty at her feet flew into the air. Terra in her rational mind knew it was the same type of sound Scout's gun had made but that part of her was far away. The idea that Biggs and Wedge were alive, that the Empire could reach her even here made the Esper girl see red and when the shot went off she lost control of the fire in her hands. She'd had a Firaga spell prepared and as it burst from her the flames expanded. It exploded at Hildibrand's feet with a sound louder than that of Gaige's weapon. It coated the ground for two meters in front and two the left and right of Terra completely engulfing Hildibrand. The horses were afeared of the flames. They rose up on two legs with a great cry before backing away as fast as possible.

Terra looking at what she had caused was frozen for a brief moment before she began to run. This was as bad as when she'd worked for the Empire but at least then she'd had the consolation that it wasn't her fault. That she'd been controlled. What she did here was entirely her own, her own actions, her own choices, her own loss of control.

She teleported from view appearing at the entrance to the Ranch. Without time to think she ran as fast as she could towards the castle gates in the distance hoping beyond hope that they would be open.

As Terra left the area the link between her and her fire was severed as the flames dissipated all but completely leaving Hildibrand standing there looking slightly singed but no less the worse for wear. He turned to look at Gaige and Scout, a slightly confused expression. "Quite an unusual girl, skilled but in great distress. We shall pursue her yes? It is the duty of every gentleman to give aid to a woman in need. For that is the Manderville way!"

I'm not sure if I should keep going with this RP. With school having already started, and with preoccupation of other RPs, I think I'll have to leave this RP. Pretend my characters didn't exist or something. Sorry for the notice :(

Dude don't come into an RP, stay just long enough to establish your characters and make a lasting impact and then drop out. While I'm not ecstatic about it Happy Go Lucky I can understand cause his character has done little more than had a brief conversation and walked through a Ranch. Bayonetta and Doom Marine on the other hand have done a significant amount to embed themselves in the storyline to just be retconned out.

This RP isn't particularly intensive. At its fastest it will be an IC post every two or three days and at slowest once a week. If you're dropping it cause you have other time commitments it is hardly going to free up any time for you at all. So please stay around, your characters are important to the story and fun to be around and we like having you here.

I have two methods by which I can remove Hildibrand from the RP. Both are functional and both will cause drama. The question is should he live or die. Either way he will be written out and either way Happy Go Lucky will have very little chance of reprising the role at any point in the future. Who's for death and who's for life?
