Basically, the moment Perfectus makes contact with Galbar, a huge portal will open and The Gap will be revealed. Just as one ginormous tentacled arm extends out, Perfectus passes into the portal and the portal closes behind it - but not before the tentacle seizes Vestec and sucks him into The Gap.

So...Vestec is away from Galbar for a moment, and the moon is gone. Sounds like a win-win to me.

On another note, Reathos still has 1 free point left. And he would definitly be willing to use it to stop the moon. Maybe if we pool the points then we can do enough damage and shatter the moon so the shards can burn up in the atmospher?

PS: What exactly IS the gap again?

Logos's actions are not harmonic at all. Though in other interpretations of the word Logos is bringing harmony.

Going a bit off topic, this conversation reminded me of an anime I just finished, the whole thing was based on Hope/Dreams x Despair. However in the end the main girl and the main villain just came to an understanding that Hope would always generate Despair, the two were linked and no side would ever win. It was cool.

I know Vowzra would disagree greatly with Reathos' outlook purely because Reathos cannot see the greater picture - he is too fixated on his own perception of 'order' and what is correct, and too rigid and unchanging for Vowra's tastes in that regard.
I was just interested because Vowzra is apparently the Vicegerent of Fate and aims to carry out (a certain version of) Fate's will - and since Reathos can only be swayed by Fate, I was wondering to what extent Vowzra could sway him if it came down to it.

Obviously if Vowzra just barges in and says he speaks for Fate Reathos will probably get angry with him. But if Vowzra manages to proof he speaks with the authority of Fate then Reathos will follow his orders. Not unquestioningly though and he might even try to discuss certain orders (No doubt when the matter concerns immortal heroes/demi-gods or the returning of someone's soul). However, would Vowzra demand too much from Reathos, he will grow weary.

On the idea of being too rigid, Reathos will probably say that dead is supposed to remain unchanged. It is final, the Omega of life. He will disagree with Vowzra on this I guess. But the god of time (and timelines) will still be respected greatly by Reathos.

From what I read so far, Reathos and Vowzra believe almost the exact same. Though Reathos might not be looking at the grand scheme of things. But do seem to find importance that was is Fated must happen. While Vowzra mostly makes sure everyone stays on the right path, Reathos seems to make sure that every mortal's path is ended correctly. However, Reathos has almost no knowledge of Vowzra's existence. But if the 2 would ended up chatting I'm pretty sure they would at least tolerate or even appreciate each other. But it's obviously not in each other’s nature to 'befriend' each other.

@Legion02That's true. There's still an incentive to just make their own city (with blackjack &c.), but @poog the pig could have a business going providing worshippers to the less building-inclined gods in return for their protection (seeing as they don't want to lose their own worshippers).

Reathos sadly doesn't care about worshippers. He cares about servants and such. But the only way to receive full protection from Reathos is to make Fate stop him. Reathos worships Fate's word above all other gods (Yes even Logos, in fact Reathos won't even listen to Logos very much). That or you strike a deal as said before. As an emperor it's probably not that hard to make sure that those on deadrow actually get the axe.

So, how many gods are going to have it out against Lifprasil's Empire? Just curious for negotiation reasons - because Lifprasil does want to create a capital city representative of the entire divinity; which I'm sure will rope in plenty of might for the lot of ya. As a plus, Lifprasil is willing to permit the Demigods/Heroes of every Empire rule over their own stead.

Basically, Lifprasil will not only create a vast site of worship that also doubles up as a constantly expandign living space - but he'll give the Demigods more power as well. Provided they bend the knee to the child of Chaos/Thought, which essentially smacks him in the middle of the Divinity scale of good-evil. He can remain a king neutral to the ways of the gods, provided they don't antagonize him and his Pantheonic Empire - where anyone is allowed to worship whoever they want. Lifprasil wants to be Logos, only he wants to exert balance over absolute light.

That, and if you feel like being really generous you can have Lifprasil 'marry' your god's child for more power. That's how he'll roll - if everything works out.

While Reathos will not inherently dislike this idea. He will eventually go after Lifprasil. Unless Lif manages to strike a deal to kill those who should have died so in return Reathos spares his. Bloody business but it has to be done.

@poog the pigGods don't gain power from worshippers, so unless they really like waving their dick around [Logos] that won't be a major draw.

The Adversary will definitely present some form of opposition to Lifprasil, because that's what he does. But he won't be any more opposed to it than anything else.

Kho did say that he wanted to explore other ways to generate Might than holy sites. A massive amount of worshipppers performing service or rituals might do the trick.

Hey-Hey, this looks neat. Any chance I could play just a hero that's unaffiliated for a while instead of a demigod? I wouldn't expect to get any actual benefits until I got a god to pump them up.

The problem with that is that we sometimes do timeskips of, what is it? A few hundred years? You need the immortality from being a hero to survive those turn timeskips. Beside as far as I know it, the only way of becoming a hero is through a God (or demi-god?).
