It shocked him that he believed it so easily, but the proof was right in front of him. He allowed the Jester to take him and Rika into an onsen, which, in turn, held a secret facility containing various sets of clothing. This guy must have some resources, were Kira's thoughts before he used some body spray before putting on a set of classy, but casual clothing, the sort that one would wear to a date.

Kira didn't totally trust the Jester, not yet. But with Rika being...inactive, and himself being a stranger without money or connections in his more technologically primitive place, he needed to build a rapport. And so, he would go to the break room, though not after a glance at the strange apparatus in the square room.
