Despite its massive flaws, my RP, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, is still one of the longest ongoing RPs in RPGuild - It turns 4 years old in July and the current thread itself is more than a year old.

The two were eating breakfast in a large, brightly lit room within The Gamechanger that looked out over the skies of Kintan. Leonard and Ken were discussing the message sent to the latter some hours ago; the former was strangely excited to meet the Believer agent.
"People who love bringing other people down just like me? Why wouldn't I be pleased to hear from them? After all, we're enemies of the Hutts together; I must have marked myself for death when I took over Kintan," Leonard was saying as he sipped fine wines while eating finely roasted waterfowl. "Ken, I and the Believers are so going to work well with each other, particularly as, again, we like setting things on fire. I mean, Cinder is the name of your leader, right?"
Ken nods. "I see you're not mad at me bringing in the wider Beleivers network without your permission."
"Mad?!" Leonard was incredulous, "Please, I need allies right now, especially as the Nikto are still unsure as to whether we can keep them free. That and rebuilding the Fortress of Kha'ris is taking more time than I thought; my fault for wanting to install a shield generator and an Ion Cannon. There's also the fact that I need more ships; the Dreadnought and Carrier we captured in this expedition wouldn't be enough."
Ken's reply was, "What about repairing the Lancer Frigates? Their anti-starfighter function would be of good use in the future, I think."
Leonard nods. "The Lancers are already being repaired by droid workers from this factory ship; they'll be largely staffed by droids and droid brains. Word has also been sent to Dandoran that any mercenaries who want to join are welcome. So, as you can see, I am preparing a defense..."
