Oh god i missed a lot in the like, few days I was gone. Could someone give me like, a super quick recap of what's happened of the past few days?

Well no one has pursued your Machina, so they escaped cleanly. Suparna retreated from the battle, so Silana, Victoire, and Fran are approaching the Cargo Hold where Aqua Regia, Gwynn, the Sisters, and a punch of cannon fodder are preparing to defend the Objective. The Elicitor has burrowed underground, leading to the Angels that aren't aboard to retreat and bombard the demon army left behind.
I vote for Dark Wraith. She is the change we can all believe in.
@Ryonara
I imagine we might have some time.
@Ryonara

I'm waiting on the Sisters to respond to the goings on around them, otherwise I'll post tonight or tomorrow.
So it occured to me that, because people don't die when they are killed inside the Nexus, a lot of shit I wrote makes zero fucking sense. Like taking a hostage and telling them their life is assured. Not to mention, the way Pilot Guy works would have been he would have shot himself so he doesn't end up as some demonified slave rather than wasting his last bullet for nothing >_>. Idk what to do about that now.

Assume the pilot new to the warfront, a green horn who lost their head in the face of imminent demise. While death isn't the definitive ending to life inside the Nexus, mankind doesn't not live in the Nexus and can still die outside of it, so mankind has not lost the innate fear of death unless they go full cyborg and stuff.

Also he is a dumb red shirt who was panicking. Panicked humans do things that are not rationale, which is why they have the Machina doing the brunt of the work as they are almost always rationale until they get corrupted.

So really you can leave him as is, because you can't expect everyone to keep their head together when under heavy bombardment, fighting their own turncoats, and being infiltrated by scary ladies of a demonic nature :3

@Unlucky0013

Such a short CS there. But then again, you're late to the party anyway ಠ_ಠ

Looks fine to me.

Same. Move her along, though sit tight since it is a bit late for a new character to show up in the battle.
@Lonewolf685

Ah but just think of the fear factor! Getting killed is bad enough, but getting enslaved for the rest of your unlife until the sweet merciful release of death? Horrorshow.

Everyone should be a zombie. Even the robots. Especially the robots. Robot zombie.

you can thank me later.

The greater issue was clarifying so that, say, Silana couldn't turn Fran into her undead thrall so that even if Fran were killed, she'd respawn still as Silana's undead thrall.
@KoL
"I don't have time to create slaves now so, I'll be merciful to you and not turn you into an undead, as long as you allow me to use your radio, to send a message through this ship's intercom."

The officer didn't had much choice on it, really. Being killed is something one can come out of, but being turned into an undead is a sentence that last for eternity here on the Nexus, anything was better than that.
KoL

We do hope you realize that killing and turning a Player Character will not make them your slave forever, right? And permanent undeath should really only work on humans as they are squishy, while lesser demons can be made undead until destroyed.
@Skyswimsky
Windel may be available, he just had IRL stuff all yesterday and most of today, so I can't be certain.

@Rune_Alchemist

If Gwynn survives, she'll be spared the BDSM and receive the classic "Healing the Wounded Hero" scene that always leads to an amorous interaction of some kind.
