Cody is having a rough start XD
Not sure how much of a fight he can put up, he used a lot of energy holding Marlene and now has to defend himself and Levi which halves his remaining energy. He won't last long. His magic is most effective on defending a spot at a time rather than spread out other a large space.
I decided to give him a few spells for his magic; Defense is when he can negate attacks coming his way, Shield is when he can block them and I might give him armour or something later on as he gets more powerful.
Defense is his magic's default state, which means it is less draining. Shield is a bit more draining, but requires less concentration. I would assume armour which be a LOT more draining, but won't have to concentrate. Either way his spells will run out once he is out of magic power to supplement them with.

Cody smirked as the man flew towards him as he clicked his fingers, causing the man to stop mid-air and smacked into the ground, skidding and falling just short of Cody. It hurt the man slightly, but it as the best Cody could do. Negating momentum like that was child's play for Cody so he didn't need his shield to block that.
"An attack like that is nothing before my absolute defence." Cody replied coldly, waving his hand in front of Levi. This motion caused his shield to move from him to Levi, therefore leaving him exposed.
"Run." He told the man as he put his other hand up in case the creature went after the man again. With his shield defending Levi, he would now have to rely on his Defense Spell.

So is there any particular reason why me and Levi are fighting some guys who can turn people into weapons? I mean I can understand the reason BEHIND as fighting, but not as to WHY we are fighting them.
Like who is the girl? Is she important?

First you used the lacrima, the lacrima says f*** you no magic for you and that is how it negates or nullifies magic XD

Cody stood there in shock for a moment, before turning to face the humanoid moth and butterfly with an intense look in his eye.
"Care to explain?" He asked, taking a couple of steps back as they turned an innocent bystander into a weapon and unsheathed another. This wasn't good.
"Levi, I know no attack magic so could you help James keep them off me?" he whispered to Levi before placing the girl down gently and facing the moth and butterfly again.
"Absolute Shield, Activate. Absolute Defense, Activate." Cody whispered underneath his breath, staring down the two humanoids. If it was a fight they wanted, it was a fight they would get.
