Jasmine froze at the mention of the words 'sparring' and 'magic' in such an enclosed space. Cody, almost as if sensing Jasmine's discomfort, threw the pillow she had thrown at him earlier back at her.
"You continue to rest. If you need anything just call out, although I will need to ask you some questions later. Jayce let's head to the courtyard." Cody said in a reassuring tone. Jasmine simply nodded while hiding behind the pillow.
He lead Jayce to the courtyard he and James had spared in earlier, leaning against a nearby wall with his eyes shut.
"Absolute Shield: Activate. Absolute Defence: Activate." Cody took a deep breath before opening his eyes. As he chanted his spells a strange crystal-like semi-liquid substance snaked around his left arm almost as if it was alive.
He also drew his sword before taking a fighting stance against Jayce, going off of memory as to how James stood and tried to do something similar.
"Come."

Taken by surprise by the answer he received from Jayce....suffice to say he hadn't expected that.
"Why'd I join? Personal reason." Cody replied bluntly before glancing up to Jasmine.
"Oh her? Strange story actually. Was walking down the street with James, another member Phoenix Wing, and another guy....Levi I think his name was." Cody paused slightly as he went to remember Levi's name before continuing "When some strange creatures...Celestial Beasts I think they're called? Whatever, anyway they walked up with a sword and were bickering about something before asking mine and James' opinions on the sword. I was holding the sword and suddenly it transformed into well....Jasmine here. A brief fight ensued in which we wrecked the creatures, and since I had no idea what to do with Jasmine I just brought her here and then I joined the guild this morning." Cody explained with a shrug of his shoulders.

Cody nodded before accepting the handshake offered by Jayce before looking up towards Jasmine for his answer.
"....Jasmine....I think." She muttered into the pillow she now hugged tightly to her chest. She couldn't remember much, but her name and a few other memories were beginning to surface but the rest was still a little hazy.
"I see....that spell might've messed with your memories." Cody thought aloud as he stroked his chin in thought before turning back to Jayce.
"So why did you join anyway? Not to be rude or anything, just curious." Cody was pretty curious as to why Jayce would join a wizards guild, after all wizards weren't particularly well liked so it would be interesting to see his response.

Auril nodded her thanks towards Flamuja and Blaze as she now grabbed Crystal by the back of her shirt and pulled her up to eye level with the glaceon gijinka, who now narrowed her eyes at Crystal.
"And where did you wander off to?" Auril asked with her usual icey cold voice devoid of emotion.
"Umm....I...got lost?" Crystal's eyes looked downwards as she couldn't look Auril in the eye. Auril sighed before letting the younger girl down lightly.
"Tell someone next time, now you've bothered these two." Auril now looked around before looking back towards Flamuja and Blaze.
"....I'm lost as well." She admitted as she hung her head in shame.

"Surly?" Rowan asked with a sigh before delivering a swift backhand to the back of Melody's head
He turned to Cliff before offering a handshake to the slightly older boy.

Rowan continued walking, ignoring the newcomer as he had never heard of 'New Leaf' and thus didn't realise he was talking to him and the others. He stopped after a bit realising that the others weren't still following him so he twirled on his heel and came back.

Rowan looked from Neisha to Melody and back again before smiling slightly to himself.
"Yeah we can always use another shorty around." Rowan chuckled before sticking his hands in his pockets and continuing on to Sandgem town.

"Nah I am sure I would just get in the way." Adoni scratched the back of his head before grinning nervously towards the direction he thought Abigale was in. He did appreciate the thought, but he doubted he could be of much help to anyone. Most of the people in the village thought he was a burden.
Hearing the deep voice of Duraba he turned and waved towards where he suspected the big man was. He never forgot a voice, ever and this deep voice was one that Adoni could never forget anyway.
"Morning, day hasn't been going for long but it's decent so far." Adoni replied with a shrug before turning to where he believed Kwenda was with interest.
"Can I see it?" Adoni said with a slight chuckle at his own joke, but he at least wanted to be able to feel whatever it is they were talking about. He went to walk over to where he thought Kwenda was, but tripped and fell face first in the dirt. He had no idea what he just tripped over, but he believed that it was probably something very obvious so he now sighed in annoyance.

"Sorry...." Angela pouted slightly.
Arthur sighed as he now realised they probably wouldn't be able to get rid of Janna without Angela having some sort of fit, so they would still have to tread carefully. He smiled at Anya now, trying to not let his relief be shown too much.
"Thank you for understanding....Where did the other two go?" Arthur started rubbing his temples again as James and Jessica were no longer behind them, and their tickets were gone from his hands. Damn those two.
"We should hurry to make sure we can get a seat then....maybe they're turn up later." Arthur sighed again before wondering towards the stadium, making sure the other three were following him.

Cody twitched angrily at the young man's nonchalant response but his hand now moved away from his sword, as he now realised that this strange person was a member of Phoenix Wing as well.
"Cody Bloodstein. Also new." Cody said with a sigh before wandering over to Jasmine, who was now freaking out with the two young mens sudden appearances.
"Ah good to see you're finally awa-" The pillow which cut Cody off mid-sentence bounced off his face and onto the ground, causing him to groan in annoyance.
".....I save you, and this is how you treat me?" Cody asked with a sigh before taking a seat on the ground near the bed.
"May I ask for your name as well? Also Jayce why are YOU in my room anyway?" Cody looked from Jasmine then to Jayce, sounding a little irritated when he asked the question.
