Ah good old Tears to Tiara II. Only took three or four hours to play the first chapter XD Only another billion to go XD Thankfully that was only because most it was story, onto the gameplay! XD

I mean Hades should've curb stomped them into dust (Not a god tier character, but still powerful. The guy pretty much oneshot Makarov. They were also weakened when they fought him. I still call bullshit on eating the lightning)

EDIT: Also comparing them to the likes of Erza, Mira, Mystogan, Laxus and Gildarts is a little unfair.
I mean Mira is super powerful, Mystogan and Laxus are one man army's, Gildarts is Gildarts and Erza has plot armor. Makarov also oneshot a fellow wizard saint in that arc, there was quite a bit wrong

To be fair, that Gray Juvia fight was horrendous and Juvia pretty much gave up. And Natsu was getting the crap kicked out of him till he got a power up.
They're also protagonists in a shounen. They could've been up against god tier characters, they're still gonna win.

Juvia and Gajeel are former S-Class wizards from Phantom Lord....So it's kinda hard why they are as powerful as they are.

Okay, so our great and powerful GM @Caits is not on right now, so I'm going to point out the more obvious problems here, along with a few specific ones.
First, as @Raijinslayer said, It is painfully obvious that you didn't even bother to read the whole first post, where the premise is located.
Second, your character is barely defined. The personality is a single sentence. The History is vague, and the title, Motivation, and strengths seem completely random.
Why is he good at writing?
Why is he called "Overlord?"
Why is his motivation stopping Dark Guilds?
That age. Hoo boy. He is an A-Rank Mage at the tender age of 13? That is extremely unrealistic. A-rank would mean that he could hold his own against the likes of Gajeel, Grey, or Juvia. It takes time for any mage to get stronger through practice, experience and maturity. To be that stong, he would have to be some kind of genius, and if he was, there is no explanation, or reasoning why.
To a more specific thing that you would not know, Maker magics are restricted, unless there is a very good reason for it, or it is very cool or unique. Even then, they will have to pass inspection.
Final Questions: Why does he not know his birthday, and if he doesn't know when he was born, how does he know how old he is?
To be fair, 2/3 of those characters were originally S-Class from Phantom Lord
But Romeo is thirteen and probably a B or C rank mage. Wendy is also 13(14?) and is probably in the lower tiers of A-rank, unless her dragon force is activated.
But yeah the rest looks like some of my lazily done shadow heart guys, when I stopped caring about some of them as they're not that important XD

Manami, power wise, isn't a huge threat to him. However her holy magic is the big thing she has. Maxie will easily go toe to toe, and I think it would be interesting to see who would win.
Georgie will mop the floor with him. And knowing her, quite literally.
EDIT: Also Lillith is probably the strongest outside the S-Class, she would be more than a handful. It was a toss up decision for Georgie to choose her or Manami
