@Solaris - Okay, read it over again... for one, the personality section sounds more like a brief, brief history of the character. It doesn't describe his personality at all. And like I said in Discord, I don't like the idea of mental instability (besides depression or bipolar). This is mostly because the summoner (the one who summons everyone) would never want someone who's unstable for the current quest.
As for the abilities... I don't know. I still get a strong feeling you're trying to make him powered for the sake of being powerful vs having anything interesting. Maybe this is because I haven't seen his personality or history, but it's making me hesitant. Not to mention I do not like Relapse, for the same reason the summoner wouldn't summon him. I'd suggest you taking a look at @Lucian's Valter. I was very hesitate about allowing a vampire as well, but he was so well written and balanced that I only had one minor issue with the whole character which was easily fixed.
I'm going to be out this afternoon, but please ask the other players what they think and what they have to offer. A lot of players here have a lot of experience in writing nice, balanced, but still legendary heroes for this setting.

@Onarax I wasn't aware you were making a CS. :| Goddness we have a lot of people. I can't think of any other magic users specifically.
@HylianRose@TheWindel I did send a post out. No one really replied besides Phoenix and Rose (and Fab in PM). Chances are if we continue this, it'll be via a reboot. Enough people aren't involved anymore.
@Lucian I was referring to his physical strength. =3 And arcane is fine but just outline its limit. =)
@Lucian - If you can reduce his strength, I'd accept him. That's really the only hang up I have at all, otherwise I love him. I was afraid of a vampire, but you did well. Though just make sure to keep his spells in check (no firestorms for example? :p).

Okay! So this is how it's going to go and I'll update the rules when I have the chance to reflect this. I am going to change the required posting to every five days, but if you manage to miss this time period, your turn will be skipped - even if you're in an important part of the scene. This is to let the role-play move forward in case someone disappears (which I hope desperately no one does). If you miss two posting periods, I'll consider the character inactive and we'll move on without you.
Ten days should be enough however if life gets in the way and you let me know within this ten day period, I'll work with you to come up with a way for character to exit the scene and enter at a later time. Beyond these rules, for the time being - at least for the prologue - everyone can only post once for every post I make. It can be in whatever order, just so long as you don't post twice before I post.
Other than that, if anyone has questions, comments, or concerns, now is the time to voice them. Nearly everyone is done with their sheets and if it's done in time, I'll probably post the first IC Tuesday or Wednesday (but if people aren't done, I will of course wait still).
