Premise

The Avengers are Earth's Mightiest Heroes, a group of incredible individuals with unique powers and gifts that allow them to fight the battles ordinary humans cannot. They protect the Earth from threats both internal and external, acting as our first and often final line of defense. But Avengers are not forever - they grow old, they die, they fall in love, they retire, they disappear. To secure the future of the world, we need to train the next generation of heroes - the new Avengers.

To this end, the Avengers have founded the Margaret Carter Institute, known to the public as Avengers Academy. There, students with special gifts are trained to become the next generation of superheroes, learning how to function together as a team to accomplish what no one person can do alone. But Avengers Academy isn't the only school for super heroics, competing for students with the Jean Grey School, Strange Academy, and Braddock Academy among others. Each year, schools from across the globe send their best and brightest students to participate in the Contest of Champions. The first prize is one million dollars and the top superhero teams tend to recruit from the contest winners. For the last two years, the Young Avengers of Avengers Academy have won the tournament, donating the majority of their winnings to charity.

But this year, things may be different. Excelsior, another Avengers Academy team, have assembled with the goal of winning the tournament. All they need to do is pass the qualifying round and then they'll be entered into the tournament, held at the Future Foundation Arena, where they will fight the best young superhero teams from across the world.

When Excelsior is approached by a young inventor who promises to help train them in the weaknesses of their opponents, is it too good to be true? Can they trust Edward Acra? They're just students - what could possibly go wrong, right?

Our World

In this RP, we consider the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies up to and including the first Avengers film to be cannon. There are roleplays that have happened in this timeline as well, forming our own Roleplay Universe (please click here to see the full in depth lore guide for our multiverse).

As this is a school setting, you will have classes that your characters attend. The school works on an alternating day schedule, where half of the week students focus on superheroics (i.e., classes on how to use their powers, strategy, teamwork, alien languages, how to triage survivors, and so forth), and the other half of the week students focus on traditional education (i.e., math, science, literature, theater, and so forth).

There are no general education requirements at the Margaret Carter Institute beginning at the high school level. The high school entrance exam assesses students in a variety of subjects, ensuring that the basics are mastered, before students go onto specialty education. The Academy operates on a quarter system, and some classes do have pre-reqs, which can be met by either taking further placement exams or taking classes at the Academy.

In your CS submission, put down your thoughts/ideas for a suggested course load. The GM will then contact you with your official classes shortly before the start of the game, so that way people will have classes in common.

Lastly, by popular demand, we will have uniforms at the academy! The uniforms are basically a rip-off of the Umbrella Academy uniform, only with a stylized Avengers A rather than the umbrella on the crest. The color of the uniform's trim will match what dorm your character has been assigned to (each dorm will have a faculty member in charge, who acts as your guardian while at school). Students are required to wear their uniforms Monday through Thursday, with Fridays being free dress days.

Rules

*Rules are enforced and you will be removed if you break them.

• Applications:
  • Post the CS in the OOC for review.
  • Change the color code to a unique one (i.e. not in use by a current character). Please try to avoid colors that are very similar to the eye as well.
  • Choose a faceclaim for your character that is not currently in use - if you're not sure if someone is using that FC, ask the GM.
  • The GM can refuse a concept for any reason, yet will generally work with you to fix up the character until they can be accepted.
  • Talk to the GM if you want your character to have established connections (i.e. if this were a Percy Jackson RP and you wanted to be Percy's goddaughter, talk to the GM in advance for approval).
  • GM approved character sheets should be posted in a hider in the Char tab.
  • The GM will check posting history / previous RPs - you've been warned.
  • Once CS's are approved, relation sheet will go up and must be completed and added to CS
  • Under Extras in your CS please post a link to a post you have done in the past to show you have read the rules. If You submit a CS without this it may be declined.
  • Special - To New Comers To The Guild - Pm The Gm for a tid bit to add under extras instead
• Post Content
  • No use of racial slurs in posts. Sure, you may be playing a racist white guy from the 1950s, so just use asterisks - you'll convey the same idea.
  • Nudity needs to be run by the GM before posting. In general, this is PG-13 when it comes to romance, sexual interactions, exposure, and so forth... Violence wise, anything goes. This can get gross.
  • Fade to black for things that verge into the area of smut/other taboo subjects. Seriously. Your post will be deleted otherwise.
  • The world and NPCs and events are controlled by the GM. If the GM says it's raining, then it's raining. Results will be randomized per dice mechanics.
• Posting & General Behavior
  • Follow all of the rules of the forum - they're the law of the land.
  • If you need an extension or you're struggling - or even if you just aren't certain what to do - please reach out to the GM! Communication is key.
  • All posts are backed up on the back up forum after they have been posted - the GM will provide the link for this forum. It only takes a few seconds and it ensures all your hard work is preserved!
  • You must post once every 7 days - once your last post on RPG reads as 8 days ago you will be removed from the RP.
  • If you need an extension, ask!! If an emergency comes up on day 7, of course come and talk to us - we'll be more than happy to work something out. It's very rare that an extension request is denied.
  • You may NOT copy and paste something from someone else's post and add it to your own. This includes dialogue.
  • Minimal 2 posts between your last
  • No editing posts without GM approval.
  • Each post should include two well developed paragraphs (please don't make me define how many sentences are in a paragraph. If they're long sentences, then sure 5 is fine - if they're shorter, maybe 15 is best).
  • Read all posts! Seriously, people are reading yours so spread the love and read theirs!
  • No tagging for interactions in your post - people use this as a crutch usually to get away with not reading everything.
• Other:
  • Character deaths will happen, no one is safe - it will be randomized and you will be notified when your death approaches. (This does not mean you are out of the RP, it will mean however you need to make a new character should you wish to continue.)
  • The GM reserves the right to make decisions as to how much additional time, if any, will be granted to post if the forum is glitching. A week to post is plenty of time even if the forum glitches a day or two. But usually, I do tend to be pretty generous about it...
  • Rules and character sheet will be added to and changed as need be depending on problems or points that come up.
  • Under Extras in the CS also mention your favorite Marvel TEEN character so I know you at least skimmed this...

Power Discovery

April was young when they discovered their powers, only eight years old. At the time, they were living with their grandmother in an old rundown apartment in Southern California. The two of them were on the couch, watching reruns of Family Feud when it happened - when the quake hit. The apartment shook and swayed, their grandmother acting quickly to get them both under cover, as the world seemed to begin to crumble. It wasn't the direct impact of the quake that killed their grandmother, however. A fire broke out, caused by a downed power line. Their building was set ablaze. The smoke infiltrated their top floor apartment, and the fire escape had been rendered inaccessible in the earthquake. The building hadn't been up to code. It was only the activation of their mutant powers, the ability to shape and control water, that prevented April from perishing too. An instinctive thin bubble of protection had formed around them, allowing them to hold on until rescuers came - a pair of mutants, just like themself.

They still can't remember the fire, nearly a decade later. Their memory goes dark after the quake hits.

General History

Initially, April was raised by their grandmother. Their parents had died when they were just a baby in an accident, and they had no other surviving family members. Still, their early childhood was good. Their grandmother didn't have a ton of money, having barely saved enough for herself for retirement, but April had rarely gone without. They learned to mend clothing, to spend time exploring the outdoors rather than going to fancy restaurants or amusement parks, and to embrace the more simple joys of life. They went to school, made friends, and learned whatever skills their grandmother decided to impart - namely, her love of fiber works.

That all changed, however, when the quake hit. Their grandmother perished, leaving April an orphan once more. They were adopted by a pair of mutants from New Orleans, James Kingston and Max Gray - the same mutants who had rescued April from the fire that had ravaged the apartment in the aftermath, healing in seconds damage that would have taken months to recover from. The trauma took longer to recover from, even after being brought into a joyous and loving home - one with four new dads and two new brothers. Their new dads placed them in therapy almost immediately, and while it took a few times to find a therapist they were comfortable with, they eventually started to make progress - slowly but surely. They were very quiet for those first few years, skittish and uncertain, and plagued with nightmares of what had happened. They looked at the ground as if it would open up at any moment and destroy their world again.

The first person that they opened up to was their new brother, Danni. Their other brother, Dorian, wasn't around as much. He was at Xavier's school, a place for mutants. When they realized that was what Xavier's was for, they ended up regressing, hiding away in new spots in the house and refusing to talk until their parents figured out that April was terrified they'd be sent away, too. By age nine, they were regularly crawling into Danni's bed whenever they had a nightmare. By age ten, it had become habit. Age eleven is when things finally started to come together for them, when they started to feel secure with their family and their new life - no longer becoming mute whenever Dorian would come to visit home from school. When he moved back home at thirteen, they were excited to have their brother - a bond that quickly strengthened and grew, until they were as attached to Dorian as they were to Danni.

While their new siblings had always dreamed of being a superhero, April hadn't shared that ambition - at least, not at first. Their powers were linked to their emotions, and for the first few years, the pipes in the Kingston-Gray house were perpetually at risk of freezing. Their parents tried to teach them to use them, but so much of the challenge was how linked gaining their powers was to the loss of their grandmother. Their brother was more interested in how they could play with their powers - a combined approach that somehow ended up working. Small training sessions with the parents, extra trips to the therapist, and then playing with Danni were how April learned to accept their powers as part of themself.

So when Danni and Dorian both developed powers, and started asking after attending Avengers Academy, April wasn't interested in going to learn to be a hero, not entirely at least. They were scared of being left behind. So at fourteen, they left their home - again - and started new. They didn't room with Danni and Dorian their freshmen year. They didn't see their old therapist anymore. And it was hard. It was incredibly hard. But they didn't want to let people down - didn't want to disappoint their family - so they kept it all in. Bottled it up. Lied and convinced themself that everything was fine - that they weren't terrified of being alone, that they didn't have a crush on their roommate Katya, that the nightmares hadn't gotten bad again, that they hadn't cried when they started noticing their body change in puberty.

But even given that, they did come to love the school. They loved being able to learn new things, they loved getting to be in California again - and they found themself more and more inspired by the day, thinking about the things that they could do, the sort of person they could be. They loved the ocean. Maybe they could help save it. They loved their home, loved New Orleans. Maybe they could help fight the next hurricane. These ideas started to swirl in their head, culminating in a genuine desire to not just do well at AA, but to excel.

Personality: April's personality is a study in duality, and she takes after her parents a great deal. They are very positive, upbeat, and lively - which often translates to them going on and on without any end in sight, which can tend to grow old quickly for certain people. She's very passionate about the things she cares in and hyper fixates on them, learning all of the information there is to know - for example, she's very interested in the environmental, particularly the ocean, and has often talked at her mother for hours at a time about it. This drive has caused them to pretty much go through school effortlessly, as they're the sort of person who reads textbooks and Wikipedia pages in their spare time (at the beach though, of course).

But at the same time, they are incredibly competitive, always needing to come out on top and have the last word. They are very judgmental of other people, often making snap decisions about them and going to any lengths she has to in order to persuade other people to hold the same viewpoint that she does. How did you discover your powers: April was about eleven years old when her X-gene activated and she gained her mutant powers. Their school had done a science field trip to the zoo. April had been admiring the hippos when the class bully had come on over and shoved April backwards. The bully's goons were jeering and laughing at them, and April saw red. The next thing she knew, the bullies had been doused with the water from the hippo tank and flung about twenty feet backwards. Needless to say, the school called her parents to come and get them.

General History: April was born to Agent Bonnie Chase and Agent Freddie Flynn in spring 2022 at a SHIELD medical facility. Her mother had retired from active duty, transitioning into a lab based role at SHIELD. Their father was an active duty Operations agent, as well as a long lost son of the mutant terrorist, Magneto. By the time April was about five years old, her mother had been promoted to Director of Medical Sciences at SHIELD, so the family moved to Washington D.C. Their childhood growing up in the DC area was fairly normal, with occasional trips to Canada to visit her grandparents.

April really liked being an only child - or at least, from what she remembers they did. When she was very little, her mother gave birth to her younger sister and only sibling, Zelda. April didn't like Zelda at first, finding her loud and stinky - but once Zelda wasn't a baby anymore, April actually liked having someone around her own age to play with. Unfortunately, the sisters never became particularly close, as they had the opposite personality types and interests. April was very extroverted, whereas Zelda was very introverted.

Given that her parents were both working for SHIELD, April always wanted to save the world. She wasn't interested in wearing a costume though and fighting villains - they more wanted to save the Great Barrier Reef and stop corporations from polluting the waters. Her favorite comic book character naturally was Poison Ivy. She finished middle school and her mother recommended her for the Margaret Carter Academy, and April started taking as many courses in environmental science as she could. She really loves their school and dreams of saving the ocean and the planet.

And of course, April has a burning ambition to unseat the Young Avengers in the Contest of Champions before they graduate - and be elected Prom Queen and Class President and make Valedictorian too.

Proposed Arcs:

• April is very ambitious when it comes to things she wants to achieve, but they don't have a real sense of herself quite yet. They haven't really figured out who April is yet. What makes her happy? Does she actually want all the things she thinks she does? I'd love for her to explore their own identity - she isn't quite out yet as a lesbian, only having just started to really comes to term with that. They also have yet to really explore their gender identity, and I would like her to get to a place - preferably within the first arc or so - where she realizes she's a demigirl. I especially think it would be neat to see how they handle the intersections of her identities - what does it mean to be a mutant and queer?
• Less serious, but I would love for her to get turned into a mermaid somehow. It would be very funny.

A lot of people often tell her that she looks like the spitting image of her mother, which April doesn't quite see - she thinks she looks more like her dad.

• April loves her father and sees the good in him, even with his checkered past. However, she doesn't like what he does for a living. Having come more into her own politics, April doesn't really like organizations like SHIELD, seeing them as instruments of state power. She wishes her dad would quit and join the Avengers, but at the same time, she doesn't want him out in the field - she's scared to lose him.

For the past two years, the contest has been dominated by another Margaret Carter Team, the Young Avengers - Eli Bradley (Patriot), Teddy Altman (Hulkling), Tommy Maximoff (Speed), Billy Maximoff (Wiccan), America Chavez (Miss America), Kate Bishop (Hawkeye II), and Cassie Lang (Stature). And while our heroes qualified for the Contest of Champions under the aid of coaches Lady Nimue, Usagi, and Ser Nemo, their odds of defeating the reigning champions were slim at best. And so they took matters into their own hands, sneaking out after hours to use the Framework, an advanced virtual reality training simulator. Unfortunately, their ally Arcade soon betrayed them, loading them into various video games and forcing them to fend for their lives, as a death in the game would happen in reality. It was only by banding together - and a fair bit of luck and time travel - that they managed to escape the simulation and defeat Arcade. Having put away their first villain, the team then set out for the Contest of Champions, where they defeated the cheating Hex Girls of Strange Academy. Nancy wasn't concerned about Joanie playing too rough with the DemiCat, but if Demetri did anything to hurt Joanie, she'd skin him alive - no matter what form he was shifted into. Nancy didn't pay much attention to the strange looks they were being given either, figuring that the Mist would take care of things. What she did listen to was her brother's words, as he explained what had happened. As much as the Romans tended to look down on the Greeks, Camp Jupiter had been no stranger to drama either.

"Mm, the reason that this group cannot communicate is that you're fractured and undisciplined - and I don't mean you specifically," Nancy told Zeke. "Having both of those things be true is the nightmare scenario. Having only one be true, you can work with that." But she knew that wasn't really what Zeke wanted to talk about - it was more the second thing, his feelings of regret, shame, and anger - an Apollo classic.

Demetri already gave the standard, mushy advice. Maybe Nancy would've told Zeke something more warm and feely, had Demetri not been present. Instead, she said: "Have you ever heard the idea that there are no good people or bad people, and that each moment, you have to choose to do good or do bad? I think that's true for lots of things. You haven't turned yourself into anything. You did things. And you can pick to do other things," Nancy paused. "You and I, we can be reborn each day - just like the sun."

Leda smiled at Hercules - she was glad that he was happy. Kristin, Zeke, and her had accidentally disrupted his life pretty majorly on their quest. She didn't consider herself a huge fan of monsters, but not all cyclopses were bad (some of them were in the X-Men comics, after all). "Ya make anything cool? Like a tricked out trident or something? Or a brand new Alexa?" Leda asked him. She shrugged, smiling slightly coyly as Hercules returned the question to her. "Oh, I've been gran'. Got a new girl, as you can see. Been eating out plenty," she finished with a wink, "camp food never quite does it for me."

Her attention though was rapidly pulled over towards Sera, as Sera innocently and sweetly asked if there was a siren near them. She didn't know how she hadn't seen it sooner, but there it was - an absolutely gorgeous woman, singing an intoxicating song at the bottom of the sea. Leda hooked her feet into the sides of the hippocampus in order to hold on, and she plugged her ears with her fingers. "Plug your ears, or you'll be her lunch!" she warned the others.

Guin wasn't sure how long she had been unconscious. She didn't really have a great sense of time at the moment - not that she really had for a while, space travel made timezones somewhat of a fiction and incredibly hard to keep track of. There was a weird magicky bubble surrounding her - Ed's shield - and while her body was incredibly sore, she was fairly certain she wasn't dead. Guin shifted ever so slightly and the majority of her pain came from her ribcage - her ribs must've still be cracked. No stand-up specials for a while - laughing would be painful (and risk potentially puncturing something important).

"Urgh... Inside voices, babe, please," Guin murmured. She wasn't making any effort to get up - the shield would've prevented that anyways. And again, broken ribs were no laughing matter. Looks like my ribs are cracked, otherwise somehow the rest of me is more or less okay... What about you? She figured Pietro would've wanted her to give a detailed list of her own injuries before checking in on him - he was a bit overprotective that way.

Haze, meanwhile, stared at Mary for a silent minute. Her eyes flickered around, darting between her companions. And then Haze let the device she had created to track the crystal drop and hit the forest floor. She raised her hands slowly, and put them behind her head. "How could I do anything stupid? You're taking all the stupid with you," Haze said simply, but it was clear that she was surrendering.

God what is with the fucking quips from her... She's psycho.

Runa didn't make any moves to defend herself, as Klara raised (and then dropped) her sword. She stared at her cousin, completely brokenhearted. She hated seeing Klara in so much pain. Growing up, she had always viewed Klara as invincible, as unbeatable - her protector, her knight in shining armor. To see Klara be brought this low... Runa bit her lip, before renewing her magical efforts, trying to restore her cousin's mind. She would do whatever it took, no matter the price. Runa would gladly trade places with her.

Her conclusions were much the same - that Klara's mind was besieged by different forces, different than what had happened to poor Lance. Runa's heart ached for him as well. If she couldn't help Klara, could she help her love? And even if she could, was it right to force these memories back upon them? But she didn't have time to dwell in self doubt. She continued weaving her spells, focusing on her runes, until she felt that Klara's mind was mostly pieced back together.

"Cousin...?" Runa asked softly.

The days following the fall of Genosha were not easy - but for mutants, they never really ever were.

Thanks to the dedicated work of mutant teleporters, the Genoshans were transported to the empty grounds of the Massachusetts Academy. The school's doors had been closed by its headmistress, Emma Frost, shortly before the Genoshan project began. While not nearly as spacious as the island had been, it provided safety and security - for now. The Quiet Council worked tirelessly to reunite loved ones, to arrange for passage to anywhere in the world for those who wished to leave, and to tend to the sick and honor the dead.

The mutant circuit of James, Casper, and Max worked to resurrect their fallen dead - some who had fallen recently, like Kristina and Waverley, and others who had been dead for longer, such as Sapphire, Cayden, and Jinx. The estimations had been that it would take almost five years for them to resurrect every mutant who had been lost - yet the circuit's work was ended prematurely due to the events of REDACTED that fall. Mutant resurrection would not continue.

Mister Sinister fulfilled his bargain with Esme Frost, giving her the viable cloned bodies of her mother, Emma, and her fallen siblings. She transferred their essences from her mind and into their bodies, restoring Emma Frost and the Stepford Cuckoos to glory. Sinister then vanished shortly thereafter - and unbeknownst to just about anyone else, holding Alex Summers AKA Havok captive... still.

By winter, only twenty percent of Genosha's population remained at the Massachusetts Academy. Magneto had resigned his position with the Quiet Council, going off on his own to begin work on his next great mutant project. The Quiet Council collapsed soon afterwards, due to most of its members leaving, and was replaced with a new leadership structure - three leaders (black, white, and red). Reeva Payge served as the Black Queen, Emma Frost as the White Queen, and Veil as the Red Queen. A black ops team was then formed called X-Force, with the mission to specifically target anti-mutant threats and eliminate them before their people could be slaughtered once more. The Hellfire Club as a whole does not currently recognize the Massachusetts Academy as a legitimate branch, so Emma and Reeva are currently using their own personal fortunes to fund it.

What happened to the heroes of Genosha?

Veil was tapped by Reeva Payge and the recently resurrected Emma Frost to head up a new black ops group called X-Force, as part of her role as the Red Queen of the Inner Circle. X-Force's mission was to take out anti-mutant extremists around the globe and prevent them from expanding their influence. She lives in at the X-Force base in an undisclosed location in New England. Veil still has not made time for romance.

Sunshine and Marrow signed up for X-Force as well. While neither of them want biological children, they are fostering mutant teen runaways in need. Sunshine has tried out a series of new, more mature codenames - none of them have stuck. Marrow still makes fun of her for briefly going by Plague Queen.

Callie also joined X-Force as part of its inaugural team. The second in command of the team, she also was given a telepathic download by Emma Frost on flying aircraft, allowing Callie to transport the team wherever they need to go. She is incredibly active at the Massachusetts Academy, helping out the mutant refugees whenever she can. After the collapse of the Quiet Council, Callie took the position of Red Knight within the Inner Circle, acting as the second in command to Veil.

Sapphire was one of the lucky mutants resurrected by the power of the mutant circuit of James, Casper, and Max. The circuit was forced to disband because of [REDACTED]. She ended up taking a position with X-Force as well, which ended up basically being a very #GirlBoss team.

Max trained in the use of his powers (finally) under Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme and Master of the Mystic Arts. Pursuing a romantic relationship with the resurrected Ben Hargreeves, Max also ended up adopting a baby boy. After the conclusion of his training, he joined the X-Men to attempt to help his fellow mutants once more.

James, relieved to have not murdered Casper after all, moved to New Orleans to focus on his small family. Although he stepped away from mutant affairs for a while (an omega level baby is a handful, and Casper is more of a handful), James did end up setting up an underground clinic. There, he offers healing to anyone in need - mutant or human, friend or foe.

Jack moved to New Orleans as well, given that pretty much all of his family moved there. He lives apart from them and has reopened his practice as a private investigator. On the side, he's been researching dark magic, with the goal of finding a way to kill his annoyingly immortal father, Nathaniel Essex AKA Mister Sinister. He's a doting uncle to baby Danny.

Casper moved to New Orleans to start a new life with James and their son, Danny. It helped that his mother, Renegade, had also moved back to the area with Casper's niece, Flower Child. The road was not always easy, but Casper has maintained his sobriety. To bring in some money, he has started performing as a drag queen, using the stage name Robyn Caskets.

Echo and his boyfriend Legion decided to go on a bit of a tour / road trip together. They've been traveling the world, seeing the sights and helping out mutants in need wherever they go. Veil enjoys receiving tacky post cards from them and considers Legion to be part of the family now.

Zari returned home to the future and parallel universe of Earth-257, accompanied by her girlfriend, Andy. Her parents then decided to move back to Earth-666 and enroll Zari at the prestigious Avengers Academy, where promising young superheroes could be mentored and trained by legendary heroes. Her time as a Valkyrie-in-training is almost over.

Andy traveled through time and the multiverse with her girlfriend, Zarina - while clutching the acheron containing her evil immortal mother. Like Zari, Andy has enrolled at Avengers Academy - under the name Andy Drummond Lensherr-Gallio. Her adopted father, Magneto, was relieved when Andy contacted him that she was alright - even if over a decade had gone by since he had last heard from her...

Kristina was one of the lucky mutants resurrected by the power of the mutant circuit of James, Casper, and Max. The circuit was forced to disband because of [REDACTED]. She initially joined X-Force under Veil's leadership. However, she plans on leaving the team to begin a family, ideally somewhere where mutants can live without fear. Her sister was overjoyed to see Kristina alive and well.

Miranda rented a house in New Orleans with Renegade, and the two friends are co-parenting Purple Mongoose and Flower Child. She has not spoken to Magneto since the explosive events at the Hellfire Gala - nor has Miranda contacted her other children, SHIELD agent Freddie Flynn and X-Man Guin Stark.

Megan rolled her eyes at her brother. "Perhaps they aren't the only thing that term is fitting for," she said somewhat pointedly. She loved her brother, but like any siblings, they fought and bickered. Besides, she had always wanted to call him a pig - for obvious reasons. Megan then glanced away from her brother, seeing the crocodile was rather excited by the boar. It occurred to her that she didn't really know what the typical diet of a crocodile was - though she assumed he could most likely digest pig meat?

She refocused though as Sierra went over the plan. Megan was, admittedly, a little bit confused by it. "To clarify, then - there will be three groups. Two of these groups set off explosives, one sabotages the docks. One of the explosive groups specifically attacks the docks," Megan said. She assumed the other explosives group was functioning as a distraction, but that hadn't been clear from what Sierra had said.
