Yeah, no. I don't think anyone should be playing a main character from any of the Fallout games, as those characters are VERY hard to pin down any level of power and scale on. I also do NOT like the idea of any character not controlled by the GM of the RP bossing characters around, and frankly, the fact that @Letter Bee didn't immediately reject this character concept worries me about the direction this RP is headed.

You won't have to worry about, tbh. Bee and I discuss the RP plenty. I won't lead you guys to something without a satisfying payoff for all.

In other words you expect us to be OK with someone bringing a blatantly OP level 30+ character into what is essentially a party of level 1s AND be allowed to order us around and hijack the story? Yeah I couldn't possibly see how that would be blatantly unfair. Nope, not at all. -_-

My thoughts on...

I mean if the players don't mind a controlling overpowered person telling them what to do. It will be fine trust me.

But really if they don't want me to play/NPC the Kid then I can try something else.

So it sounds like I missed whatever this character was. Oh well. To be honest, I'd veto it if it is anything I imagine. I mean, it sounded like it didn't even relate to the character sheet that the rest of us used? Yea. Stick with format.

If there is a later submission, I'll check it out. I'm finished with finals tomorrow BUT I'm pretty tired, exhausted, really. So no promises, but I'll be more around tomorrow so who knows.

Hi! I'm Co-GM so I'll try to help you out!

Your hunch was correct and that a lack of backstory and personality did leave your Characters a bit bare. Not a problem, though. There are plenty of places to try and expand. Like for example, in Megan's story it technically wouldn't be possible for her to just leave the NCR after completing boot camp. That's not how a military like the NCR works. However if Megan decided to skip her duty after training, it would brand her a deserter and a criminal, her parents end up dragged through the dirt as an extension and who knows, maybe Megan's parents are executed for their daughter's crimes. Details like that adds a lot of spice to a character which later makes them more fun to interact with. So think about some things like that to add to Megan. Ask the who, what, where, and why questions at every major point in their lives. Who are they with, what are they doing, where at? Why? So on and so forth.

With Darius, same thing. Why does he have nothing? Was he robbed? Decided he wanted a simpler life? Up to you, really. I'm sure you can think of some extra bits for you charas.

Oh and you mistakenly added an extra Tagged skill to both characters, which is a no-no unless under specific circumstances listed in the rules (ie taking the Tag! perk or taking a weakness skill)
