Before anyone questions it, I spoke to Tony earlier and I allowed him to try at making a character after hearing his concept. I'll decide on if it's possible as soon as I can.

like having your characters travel together? If you consent to that, you are accepted. Your characters are good, they're somewhat similar in certain aspects and I'd be able to handle them without having to make 8 different posts for people. Also please fill out gold and language slots.

@Valor I hate to say it, but your character is not accepted. Not because he's poor quality, but after us speaking and after reviewing some of your ideas I think we don't see eye to eye on what the RP is about. You can always try again, however. But he will be on the backburner.

Ok! So That is 9 applicants. I had 12 interested, so I will give them one more day to post and show their interest, as these are all of the character sheets I have spoken to people about or seen. In 24 hours, the sheets will be closed and I will judge. Then hopefully by Tuesday night (or early Wednesday morning) we will begin in earnest.

Eight characters so far! I'm waiting on 1-3 more, potentially. After that I will begin judging.

Remember, while there's quite a bit of info, I know much of it is vague. It needs to be. Those accepted and those on the backburner will find out about the world through the NPCs, discoveries, and knowledge rolls (if you filled in your initial intelligence slot). You will also be assigned classes based on you performing feats and interacting with the world or various peoples through the addition of points. I'm loving these sheets so far!

Cinnabar Forever! (RCN)

Kaiden was more than mildly uncomfortable in the small confines of the vehicle shoulder to shoulder with his ex-lover and his perhaps-new-lover who didn't like each other, and he wasn't entirely certain if he had something to do with it or not. Luckily he could distract himself with the situation at hand, as grim as the situation was. He knew Sabatine was smart but the alcohol likely got to her senses on the 'why' of the situation. It was actually refreshing to see; loyalty over baseless calculations. So many nobles lacked any moral qualities.

"It's entirely possible I'm their target, and they kidnapped Otis because they knew you would come to fetch me so as to inadvertently lure me there." He reasoned aloud, simply stating a likely fact. He could see Sabatine was a bit embarrassed and he shook his head, firmly still in the belief she did the right thing. "Not that it'll stop me, but if they have any intelligence over hating the RCN, it seems possible. Of course, a lot of our enemies don't have any ambitions above that."

The transport clunked along past the few statehouses and nondescript buildings that sat between them and the slope they were fast approaching. Tilda grabbed Kaiden's attention with a squeeze on his leg, breaking him out of his thought process. "I did hear a few things when I was gone," She informed him. "Apparently a large reason the colony settle on the planet when it did was the large pockets of Biohexrazine Gas below the surface of the planet. Maybe there's-"

Kaiden pointed at her in approval, grinning. "Smart." He noted. She made a good aide, all things considered. He pulled himself up off his butt to speak to the Bosun. "Higgs, go up the mountain road. Tell me if you spot a place without trees. There's liable to be a utility entrance. Got it?"

"Aye Lieutenant." He grinned, and Kaiden patted the fellow's shoulder. Most settlements or large storehouses were placed strategically on the planet to help collect the gas, which meant there were many underground routes through the strange terrain. If they were lucky, there would be a like-as-not abandoned entrance to an underground passage. As long as they were careful not to go down any areas thick with Biohexrazine, they could sneak in unnoticed.

"So boss, what do you think they grabbed old Otis for?" Higgs asked.

"The RCN steps on a lot of toes and make people pissed. They probably just had the stupidity to act on that impulse. We'll get him back."

"Your word isn't nearly enough, particularly when the safety of my humble town is at stake. However, the guards will have to suffice. You've done nothing wrong so far, and it would not do to have people arrested who might be telling a form of truth." Vandershute remarked, looking as if he was about to case them out of the town with but a wave of his hand, despite the words. "Do get good rest tonight. In the morning we will take a long walk, and guilt of lying will only lead to a day of imprisonment...as long as you tell us the truth once caught. Chaos lovers will find no sanctuary here, mark my words."

With that he snapped thrice, his fingers like whips. Amal wasn't one to be intimidated, and as the fellow dismissed them, he blinked. "You're going to let us go back to our rooms?" He laughed just as Adolf Vandershute turned. "Then why even bother to pull us out? You could have come there yourself rather than interrupt our meal." He was about to say 'interrupt our love making' but he knew northerners were slightly more prudish than the people of his country.

The guards looked bewildered anyone would dare speak like that to the mayor, and Vandershute had a similar reaction. He turned and glared at Amal, who stood there smug, arms crossed and an easy smile on his face.

"Don't test me, heathen. One more word and you will find what I am like when I am truly unamused." The man clipped in warning. Amal didn't answer back. Not because he was scared, but because he wanted to have another night of comfort with Emmaline. If they were jailed tonight, they couldn't exactly share a bed or make love again, knowing they'd be in separate cells likely. That, and he knew the people of the town would 'confiscate' their riches.

As guards were assigned to follow them back, Amal scooped up Emmaline right on the front step of the mayor's office. "I think that went rather well," He said in his most posh reikspeil. "Now, what's say we go back and have a nice rest."
