Welp, the time has come and gone. @keksalot, due to failure to post on time after being given a deadline, holding up other players for weeks at a time, constantly needing reprimanding in the Discord chat, and inconsolable creative differences, you are hearby removed from Capes of Denver effective immediately, and blacklisted from every RP of mine from here on out.
@Keksalot After some investigation and communication with everyone involved in the Minutemen/explosion event going on right now, it's been determined that at this point everyone is currently waiting on you to post with Master Blaster. Please note that everyone has been waiting for multiple weeks at this point. As you have been active in the Discord chat, I can only assume that you have had time to post. Ergo, you have just under 3 days (until Monday midday) to get that situation moving, or this, coupled with your various Discord strikes, means you are permanently kicked from the game.
WoD is my favorite tabletop RP setting. So much love. So reading everything it's definitely vampire heavy, which I can understand since Vampire the WoD's flagship, but you're allowing other races from the looks of things. Ok, so my question is thus: Everything I've read is very much the Classic WoD setting, but would you be open to New WoD creatures that didn't exist in the classic, such as Beasts and Sin-Eaters?

"Messiah, the enemy is making a retreat!" called out the lieutenant, stating a rather obvious fact. She began opening fire on the closest of the villains, Thunderbolt. At that range, and considering Thunderbolt's natural brute toughness, they were rendered highly ineffective. "Damn!" she cursed. This whole thing was going rather poorly, but even if these villains got away, the mission would still largely be considered a success. They were to scout and secure the warehouse. If a few unrelated villains got away, then at least the mission itself was still good to go.

"Hello dearly uninvited guests!" A new voice, the voice of a woman dripping with sadist undertones, began to blare over the train station's intercom, easily heard both inside and outside of the building.

"Oh no," said the lieutenant, the quiet of her voice serving as proof that she recognized the woman speaking to them. All of the Wards would invariably know of the voice, even if they'd never met its owner in person. As part of their usual training they had been required to listen to voice clips captured of one of the Community's leadership. But this was no training exercise and this was no pre-recorded clip. If Troll were speaking to them, then the Wards would be in incredible danger. The Jacks might have known of her as well, but only by reputation. This was going to be a first for the villains.

"You see, I told Father that if everyone went to the rally tonight that a bunch of our good shit would be left unprotected, and I was right! I never thought that we'd get two families of rats invading though! This will be fun!" At that point doors and gates surrounded the station slammed shut. "Ooooh, but don't worry, I won't be playing with your widdy bitty emotions and crushing you into tear-stained lumps of human shells! Fun as that'd be, I found a somewhat... Different way to have fun. I'm only here to spectate! So without further adieu, go get'em, Overrun!"

At that moment a door opened up inside the warehouse section of the train station, the door Heartless had found to be completely airtight and thus was unable to scout. The door that lead to the office at the top of the catwalks overhanging the rest of the storage facility. Out stepped a figure clad in black with a full face mask. Accounting for the combat boots, he was probably around 6 feet tall, and built with a nice toned muscle. Opening up the left side of his black coat, he pulled out a sword ready for combat. From the right side he produced a boomerang. These weapons, they felt familiar to the Wards somehow...

"Hello old friends," he spoke coldly. "I figured, 'I don't belong in this world, so what does it matter if I fuck some shit up?' After all, you're not my Wards. Elliot, you're as self-absorbed as ever, you prick. But look, I learned something from you." The figure gestured to himself with a bit of a flourish. "I learned how to be edgy."

The villain that Troll had introduced as "Overrun" jumped down from the catwalk. As he did so, clones began emerging from around him. A number of them were used to break his fall, while others charged the Wards, the two conscious PRT soldiers, and the Jacks. "HahahahahHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
More and more clones kept emerging like a never ending river churning out more water. The first wave were completely indistinguishable from the original Overrun, but as more and more kept coming they began to exhibit differences. Subtle at first, but they became larger differences as more kept being produced.

"Wards, you have permission to engage with lethal force!" came the hurried voice of Decoy over their communicators. "Those clones are artificial constructs, they're not really alive!"

"Nobody is escaping my stampede!" shouted one of the dozens of clones, this one distinguishable as a woman. Using her arms, she made a pulling motion toward the Jacks that were in the process of getting the hell out of dodge. The air rippled with each tugging motion, and space itself folded in on itself in such a way that drug Headhunter, Chatterbox, Sofia, and even Heartless back into the building. Beyond what anybody could have imagined, Heartless was even being drug up out of the ground, in his normal physical form!

All five Wards. All five Jacks. Stuck together in a warehouse together as they faced an endlessly increasing amount of enemies, some of which had begun demonstrating their own superpowers!
The Cereal Killer

@Lugubrious@BCTheEntity

Runch wasn't exactly certain of what he was seeing. He had given a direct order to Motley not to further engage the girl, someone that had already been completely incapacitated. Defenseless. The vampire began to show his darker side when he decided to lecture Runch before unleashing an attack utilizing that tremendous body control he possessed. The pirate captain reacted, but too slowly. Maybe Motley was just too fast. Maybe Runch was still a bit banged up from the last few encounters. Maybe he thought that Motley wouldn't actually go through with it, or maybe he even felt confident in the defensive power of the Boys of Summer. Regardless, the defensive wall of cereal he fired out from his hands failed to block the spray of lethal acid and blood lasers. In nearly an instant the young girl that already barely clung to life, had that same life snuffed out. "NO!"

The Cereal Killer rushed toward her remains, throwing all caution to the wind and disregarding the water. He kept himself balanced on two mats of buoyant cereal produced beneath his feet. Bones. All that remained was bones. Anger began to roil up within the older man, just like the acid in Motley's stomach. It threatened to explode outward in every direction. With a single, heavy sigh of ten straight seconds, Runch maintained his composure. Then the pirate turned to face Motley Crue. For the very first time since they had met, the vampire would not see any joy, warmth, or fun on the pirate's face. Anger. A rage as powerful as a volcano, yet tranquil as the Summer breeze. All the emotion focused in his eyes, while his pointed mustache looked sharp enough to actually cut.

"The world doesn't matter. The man is what matters. That was a young girl, passionate as she was naive. A child, for all her worldly experience. A defenseless child! She was already beaten! Couldn't fight back! And you killed her without the slightest hint of hesitation or remorse! No threat to you now, and never would have been a threat again which you would have known if you had listened to me!" Runch held up his pistol, aimed right for Motley's face. "Know this, Mr. Crue, if nothing else. I am a forgiving man. I believe in people. I avoid needless death. But do not take me for a blind fool. I am Bartholomew K. Runch. The 'Cereal Killer,' and I earned that epithet in my world for a reason."

He then holstered the pistol once more, but kept his hand on the grip, ready to pull it out once more at a single moment's notice. "The only reason I don't kill you right now is because our phylacteries make you incapable of fighting back, and that would be the ultimate dishonor. You are dismissed from my crew, my presence, and my sight." He spat those final words with incredible vitriol. Next Runch took hold of his phylactery and brought it up to his face, squeezing it the way he had been instructed previously in order to contact Oren. The entire time the captain's eyes never removed themselves from Motley.

"Oren. I cannot imagine that you are not in on this splinter faction that has begun attacking us, unless they were so short sighted that they thought surviving contestants wouldn't contact you. I forgave this attack, but if another comes, I will retaliate appropriately. That young man, the one with the Boys of Summer..." Runch had to fight back a tear before continuing. "I don't know if he's aware, but tell him... I couldn't save his sister in time. Her remains are at my exact coordinates, so someone can come lay her to rest in peace. As for the vampire, Motley Crue-" Whether Motley was still present or had begun making his departure by now, Runch narrowed his glare. "I've dismissed him from my company. Do with him whatever you will. I just want the perfect ship for my crew."

He waited for whatever Oren might have said in response, then shut off the connection from his side. He glanced around, looking for Erina. She had been tasked with going around the long way to flank the twin stand users, but everything ended so quickly that the fox woman didn't even get the opportunity to be involved. Spotting her, he waived his arms. "Erina! Time to get going!" There was one less smile in the world. When one smile was gone, all those closest inevitably followed.
Marque de Bourdeaux

"I greatly appreciate your validation, sir at-arms," Marque began, giving a slight bow to Col. He then switched direction to Lorenzo. "A healthy level of suspicion is good to have. I've no qualms in presenting my accreditation for your pleasure once more." Again he produced the cloth with the sign of House Bryce, only this time he allowed Lorenzo a greater time to inspect it before once again pocketing the thing.

"In any situation, I believe we must make haste, for the matter is urgent. Please accept my pleas and take on this job, sir Lorenzo, and you shall find yourself a great debtor. And sir at-arms, I apologize at having rushed past your own introduction. If you would join us as well, know the deed is a noble one. Now, are there any preparations that must be made for your health, comfort, or efficacy, sir Lorenzo?"
Aaaaaand she's dead. Well that happened fast. Damn, I was gonna try to intercept that attack too. I guess Runch is gonna have to be pissed at Motley now.
The Library - Bonesword and Lilliana

Ah, the Clocktown Central Library... And bookstore! Those were separate wings, but regardless as to which wing you were exploring this place was a larger deposit of knowledge than either of the two pirates had ever experienced before... And that was saying something when one of those two was Lilliana Merrycure! Three floors 20,000 square feet each, filled to the brim with books on nearly any subject they could hope for! That is, every subject except for the Grand Line. Information on that place was pretty scarce no matter which way you sliced it unless you went straight to the marines. Alas, that wasn't a possibility.

Looking for books on plants, Bonesword came across a book of particular note in the library's "fiction" section. This was... This was an encyclopedia on devil fruits! Many considered these fruits to be myths so it wasn't especially surprising to find this in the fiction section, but just by thumbing through the pages the skelekid could tell it was legitimate. It even had an entry for his own fruit, the kojo kojo no mi! Unfortunately the encyclopedia lacked pictures in most of the fruit entries, so it would be great for expanding on a particular devil fruit after it was discovered... But not so great at identifying a fruit before anyone eats it.

Whether they decided to check the book out and never return it, steal the book, or offer to purchase it fair and square, once their transactions had been complete Lilly and Bonesword ran into a mother and her son looking through the science books. It was pretty clear the kid would rather be anywhere but the library, while his mother gently encouraged him to study. At a moment of opportunity when his mother looked the other way, the boy made a run for it... Right into Bonesword! The kid fell over, rubbing his head.

"Ow. Sorry mister-Oh, you're another kid like me! I haven't seen you around, are you a tourist? WHOA!" He practically shot up to the ceiling as soon as he saw the Shroomblade. "You've got a sword?! That's sooo cooool! Mom, hey mom, can I have a sword?"

By this time he had most certainly attracted his mother's attention. She had made her way over before she had been called and grabbed her son by the hand. Her eyes narrowed on Bonesword like a hawk, but then glared at Lilliana. "You should know better than to encourage your child to play with dangerous weapons. You should be ashamed as a parent!" Without another word the mother shoved passed them to check out their selection of books.

Clock Town Marketplace - Dirk and Slick

The hustle and bustle of the marketplace was beginning to slow down as the sun dipped into the horizon. Most stores were about to close up shop, just taking care of those final last minute customers. The two pirates could hear mention of a big festival that everyone needed to get to at the center of town. Well, the Rum Runner was in need of supplies, and some of those supplies were food. Since Dirk had the money and Slick was the cook, it only made sense to find what they could.

"Sorry, we're closing up."

"Can't help you, the festival is gonna start soon."

"You want how much food? This close to the Great Winding Festival? Ha!"

All the doors were closing up, and while breaking in to steal the food was a tempting thought, another temptation was offered up. "Psst. Hey, heard you two were looking fer some uh, good eats, yeah?" The gravelly voice had come from a shady looking man hiding just inside an alleyway. As the two approached, he held out a peculiar looking blue apple with swirl patterns all around it.

"Now this hear is a magical fruit that'll feed a man for an entire day with just one slice. Got it from my suppliers in the Grand Line. The uh, disreputable kind of suppliers, you get me?" The keen thieving duo couldn't help but notice that some of the blue rubbed off on the man's finger as he slipped the fruit back into his coat. "So whaddya say? 20,000 berries is a steal fer this kinda treasure."

Marine Branch 203 - Feya and Caesar

As arguably the two strongest fighters of the Red Rums approached Marine Branch 203, the duo could hear the sounds of shouting coming from over the walls. "GET MOVING YOU LAZY BONES! ANOTHER 20 LAPS ALL OF YOU! ANYONE WHO DOESN'T FINISH WILL BE LOCKED IN THE BRIG FOR INSUBORDINATION! DON'T YOU DARE TAKE OFF THOSE WEIGHTS! LETS MOVE MOVE MOVE LADIES!"

As they closed in on the front gates it became clear what all was going on. A marine lieutenant was standing atop a tall wooden platform barking orders at a number of grunts running around the courtyard. They all seemed to be wearing.... Wait, how much did those huge ass vests weigh?! It looked like each of the marine grunts had a freaking cow strapped to their chest! Meanwhile another lieutenant was lounging around on a beach chair while a separate group of grunts were sweeping the ground veeeeerrryyyyy sloooooowllllyyyyy. He gave them all a thumbs up with only half a glance, hardly even bothering to check their work.

"DAMMIT KUKAKU, CAN'T YOU GET YOUR GREENHORNS IN LINE?!" shouted the lieutenant from on high.

"Eeeeh, they're doing their jobs. Besides, too much stress is killer, am I right?"

"I CAN SEE THE LITTER FROM HERE! THEIR BONES WILL BECOME BRITTLE AT THIS RATE!"

"Eeeeh, you train your way and I'll train mine. Wax on, wax off. Right? Heheheheh."

"THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING! GUH!" That's when the lieutenant atop the tower spotted Feya and Caesar standing near the entrance gate. He pointed dramatically at the duo. "HEY YOU! LET'S SOLVE THIS RIGHT NOW! WHOSE TRAINING METHOD IS BETTER?"

"Eeeeh, do we need to involve them?" The relaxing lieutenant slowly sat up, glancing out the gate. "Eeeeh, I guess it's alright. Maybe we can make it interesting? If they say I'm right, you've like, toootally gotta take a day off. Cool?

"VERY WELL! AND IF THEY CHOOSE MY WAY THEN YOU HAVE TO RUN TWICE THE LAPS AS MY MEN!"

"Eeeeh, that's totally harshing my mellow. But fiiine. Hey, crazy dog dude, buff chick, what do you think, huh?"

Tock's Clocks - Boone and Kite

As soon as the two pirates entered the store, their ears became assaulted with thousands of different ticking from all directions. All manner of crazy contraptions as far as the eye could see, it wouldn't have been out of place for a man to become overwhelmed. A single desk sat in the middle of the room, and behind it an overly complicated piece of machinery that definitely resembled clockwork, but couldn't be considered a "clock" by any stretch of the imagination. What on earth was it?

A peculiar short balding man of large proportions popped up from beneath the large machine, setting aside some goofy looking goggles. "Ah, customers customers. Good to see you, eh, What's this? Ohohohohoho, interesting! Pirates! And don't try denying it either, I studied my bounty posters, hohohoho!" The old man rubbed his elbow into Boone's side in a knowing and friendly manner.

"Don't worry, I won't tell if you don't tell." He lowered the collar of his short just enough to show off a tattoo of a Jolly Roger, then gave a wink. "Ah, I see you have a log pose, Broadsides Boone! Well I'll tell you what, I'm a Grand Line senior. I see your friend here is handy with his, well, hands. Ohohoho! And carries some big wrenches! If you help me with my machine, I can share you some of my wisdom, hm? Ohohohoho!"
