If you're interested in knowing why I, personally, am not interested, here's the line which turned me off to the otherwise intriguing idea:
This idea has a lot of potential but I think you limit it severely by expecting all the players to play Lawful Goods, or at least characters who can adequately pose as such. There's less room here for selfish or conflicting interests than there ought to be. Maybe some players only want to save the world in exchange for a reward; but as paladins they cannot reasonably demand that. Some might even want to join the cultists and see what the Old Gods are all about, if your worldbuilding is interesting enough and they're intrigued enough to want to explore the more mysterious side of your world. Which is all plausible enough seeing the effort you put into the Interest Check alone, never mind an OOC.
I'm not sure whether this was a joke but it didn't read like one to me so take this with some salt if necessary. But before blaming yourself, or, worse yet, the players, for a lack of activity (if it even continues——thirteen hours are not enough to tell, no matter which way you slice it), please contemplate whether you're truly catering to players' interests if no one is joining the game at the pace that you want. While you do have final say over the vision of your project, making some concessions and compromises for the sake of player creativity may bring in the audience you seek. And they are never at fault for liking what they like, whether that includes your RP or not. Best of luck to you.
