Ardur The Pixie

Ardur watched from above as his taunt went unanswered, “I guess they can’t hear me” he thought out loud. Keeping his stance as he watched the chaos continue down below a strange thing happened. A wisp that seemed to be low on energy fluttered towards the bonfire and began to shout about humans. This in turn made the other goblins stop and look around. Another lizard spoke up next which again seemingly stunned most of the goblins.

Except one, it would seem that this other goblin that was talking to the flame broiled one before wasn't as surprised by this or at least from his location he didn't see her hesitate. Strange, perhaps another human trapped in a goblins body. This whole area seemed ripe for chaos. Goblins stalking sentient creatures and other creatures drawn in by the noise and blood shed maybe? All good questions but for now Ardur now had a choice.

He could very well stay perched up here out of harm’s way and watch the other humans that in another life he swore to protect and help. Ardur had a duty, a duty to help, to assist. He had to act, what were his old gods to think if he continued to follow his Pixie instincts of care free chaos. The pixie had to do something but what could he do? Ardur had no fighting power all he had been defensive ability's.

Then almost like a light bulb turning on in his head he smiled. His selfless soul churned out a dangerous and reckless idea while he watched the burn victim start to gather a ball of flame in his hands. Ardur figured he could at least distract that one while the other goblins were away from him. And with that thought in mind Ardur cast shield I on himself and began to fly in between the stalactite spires from the ceiling until he was directly over the goblin fire mage.

With a nervous sigh Ardur stopped flying and dropped toward the goblin. Whether it worked or not it was his time to be annoying. The small pixie dropped down right in front of the goblin hoping to both pull down the cane hat he wore into his face and drop down into the fire ball. He could only hope that two things would happen, one being that his shield would hold and two would be for that fire ball to go off engulfing both himself and the goblin.

Electricity Manipulation
- Victor can control and manipulate Electricity. Normally he will use this as a tool more than a weapon. Cutting scrap and welding small pieces here and there always helps. He will use this offensively but rarely, as he losses accuracy the farther he is away from his target. This also helps with his Mechanical Intuition as he can see electricity.

Mechanical Intuition
- This ability allows him to modify, upgrade, and repair most technology. Working almost like instincts, he can do this with technology he is and is not familiar with.

Energy Absorption
- Finally, Victor has the ability to absorb and redirect electrical energy. This includes plasma and laser weaponry, advanced energy shields, and energy containment barriers. Allowing him to redirect the energy into his electrokenisis and is able to transfer energy from one item or person to another.

Grounded
- Victor cant do a lot of damage against things that are electrically insulated (I.E. covered in rubber) or grounded. The man also cannot control his electricity in water and it will discharge all around him.

Battery
- With all this electrical power around it's a shame he can't store any himself. Although being able to pull energy from batteries, generators, and power lines, he can't store a single amp within himself other than what his body needs to function.

Electrical Sight
- When he uses his Electrokenisis he can choose to see things around him that have an electrical current aside from just “feeling” around for it. although useful being able to see electrical lines, battery's, power sources, and at times nervous systems. He can't see anything else around him unless it has an electrical current of some kind. His eyes also glow a dull blue when he does this.

Technological understanding
- Most other people when seeing him work with technology would think he is a genius or at least very smart. But the fact is, he doesn't always understand how the things he makes work. He can't always explain the complex workings of the outlander's technology. Basically, he knows what it does but doesn't always know how it does it.

Victor grew up in L.A. his family wasn't all that well off, living paycheck to paycheck. His father was an auto mechanic and his mother worked at a hotel. He has several brothers and sisters totaling 3 sisters, all younger, and 4 brothers all older. Now Victor wasn't all that special at least at first. After he hit puberty, his abilities began to manifest and with that came trouble.

This trouble came in the form of the occasional blown fuse or nearby transformer, power surges and the like. After a spike in the family's power usage and the ever-increasing power outages in the neighborhood people began to investigate. It wasn't long before Victor was found out and quickly abandoned by his god fearing parents who believed him to be evil or possessed by the devil simply for having powers.

In a fit of rage during a lightning storm, Victor brought the city nearly to its knees in one night. His rage brought destruction and terror scaring the city for years to come. After this little fit that was stopped by a hero named “Stone hammer,” a rather powerful earth magic user. Victor now coined as “Tesla” vanished into the night, hunted by the government and vigilante hero's. He stayed out of the lime light occasionally making a terror drone here and there to cause chaos and havoc wherever he released them.

This continued for a little while until they came, the outlanders, as he called them. They posed both a threat and a target of his greed. He did what he could to help the hero's fight but only when he knew he could get some of this new glorious tech from them. This all stopped once everyone surrendered. Again he went into hiding, trying to stay out of sight and out of mind. However, his greed got the better of him as he was captured with another smaller team in one of their storage facilities.

No More Heroes

Victor couldn’t help but cringe for just a moment. The sound of metal hitting and piercing bone was never something he got used too. Most of the gritty stuff that comes along with being a mad scientist he had already gotten used to but there was always something about that sound that through him off. Hearing Johnathan’s question victor nodded, “yeah something about the guy seemed off. I think I recognize him but I’m not sure. There were a few others there as well. Another called herself Zas the demon lord.”

He paused for a moment as some sensors started to ping, “that last one seemed rather strange, she’s the one that took down the walker with a rocket launcher.” Another notification as someone approached the hidden yet heavy metal door. A familiar voice came through the feed that the doctor had brought up on his holopad. The small holographic lens on Victor’s wrist also began to ping. A simple communication device he put together, looking somewhat like a large watch that displayed statistics and security feeds.

Ultra was at the door again, in the state he was in it kind of reminded Victor of the junkies he would see now and then looking for a fix. Honestly he didn’t really like the man but didn’t dislike him either. They simply had similar powers with different mindsets. It also didn’t help that the first time they met, Ultra broke a couple of his favorite toys while trying to get to their power sources. Their ensuing fight ended in a draw, as all they did was exchange energy for about an hour until the mutes came. Good times.

“Yeah don’t forget about the AI core here. I was able to defuse the explosive that was meant to destroy it this time.” Watching Ultra as the door opened and the ensuing smell of the old sewers, always a pleasant thing. At least Victor at least tried to wash himself off before coming into the lab. “I saw it too” mentioning the detection of something in the sewers at sector E-3. Looking to the small drone that hovered next to him the man nodded. “Alright, I’ll be back soon. Come on Steve.” Steve was just a general name he gave most of the drones they had.

The drone hovered for a second before following Tesla out the door and past Ultra. “Don’t break anything.” A simple joke towards the man as he left. At first victor didn’t really trust the man but over time he kind of grew on him. Besides the doctor can handle himself if he needs too. He turned to make sure the drone was still behind him as he dipped back down into the sewers and off in the direction of the mystery drone.
