Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Finally did a thing~

Nefas is moving towards the ocean, and Nerine has claimed a forest probably somewhat close to the capital as hers xP

Probably not the brightest idea, but we'll see how it goes.
-Nefas Sen-

Walking...so much walking had to be had. In her monstrous form, at least she could move quickly and shield herself from the eyes of any mortals that she crossed on her travels. She had...gotten perhaps a bit carried away back in the Pit, and she felt what some humans might call remorse over her actions. Many humans died that day, but there was ultimately no way around it, so there was ultimately little she could do. Hopefully, those that had survived...some small few might have been allured by the Deep. She could only hope so...the more humans decided to seek out her and her city, meant that the more people she could also save from her and her kins wrath.

How far was she from the ocean? She could ultimately reach her previous home from anywhere as long as she could find the ocean. Judging from the distance, she still had perhaps a few more days of walking to do. If she had a mouth to sigh with in this form, she would have. Well, there was nothing she could do, really. So the Lady of the Deep continued to walk through the forest, towards the ocean. She was careful not to cause too much of a ruckus, she did not wish for any conflicts at the moment.

Still, all this walking was getting rather tiring. Perhaps a small rest might be in order. So the lumbering creature, still invisible to the minds of most humans sat, laying its back against a mighty oak, letting its numerous arms rest as it took a brief respite, turning its head in the direction it had thought the capital was.

Eyra likely would have visitors from some of her more rash kin, but that was foolish. She was angry, and she wanted revenge herself...she demanded blood after her children had been ruthlessly killed for no reason at all. But there was a time and place for everything. First...she needed to rebuild her city. Gain followers, reinstate the old rites and worship of her. It'd likely take awhile, but that was fine...she was patient.

But not patient enough to allow herself more than a few moments of rest.

The creature stood again, and continued through the forest towards the ocean.

Nerine, Voice of the Forests

"Ahh, it feels so good~ being in a forest again!~" She giggled idly to herself. She didn't know which forest this was, or where it was exactly in the grand scheme of things, but it was far from her forest, that much she was certain. Not that she particularly cared much. If she wanted to make this forest hers, she'd do it regardless of who or what else was living here. She had half a mind to do such a thing, too. The forest here looked absolutely listless. A thousand years ago, most forests were so lively and green! Sure this one was green, and there were animals and things, but...it just wasn't the same.

Still, even she knew hanging around this close to the capital was likely a bad idea. She may have been slightly flaky sometimes, but she wasn't an idiot. Even so, it was a good idea to plant some roots here and regain some of her lost energy. She was weak...no way around that. After a day of travel, there really was no way around that, and while the number of humans played a major factor in her power, there was also a bit plant like in her needs, and being locked up in that cave really did a number on her.

So, for now, the Dryad found what she was fairly certain was the center of the forest, and made the closest tree there, her home. She almost wanted a cute little human to stumble upon her - that'd make this entire day even more better! A cute little girl or boy, it didn't really matter; She could have her fun with either.

She'd have to lose the bark thought...that'd likely scare a few of them away.

"Hey, you guys are gonna tell me if a human wanders in here, yeah?~" She asked the tree.

"Hehe, good!~ I'ma get some sun, so you guys wake me up." She then found the nearest tree, and with that, found a small clearing not far away, and stood...as motionlessly as any oak as sunlight fell upon her.
I'll get a post up tomorrow, probably, now that the Timeskip is up~

And there she is. I do hope that is acceptable. If not, I will change anything I need too~
HEY HO! I shall get a CS in soon... provided the site behaves enough when I try to post it XD

I may also need to PM the GM about something character related... maybe XD And definitely need to look up the difference between curses... much as I like dark souls, i have no idea what the difference between them is! XD

Well, I can help a little bit about that.

Hollows, from what I understand are basically just mindless undead, to an extent. As the saying goes, all Hollow are Undead, but not all Undead are Hollow.

Not sure there's much of a difference there, but as for the Unkindled...

As from what I remember, they're basically people who tried linking the first flame or a bonfire, but were consumed by the flame in the process, later revived by the bells. Read this for a good theory on what Unkindled are: Unkindled

Almost done with my Cs, by the way.

Haines attempt at distraction = failed.

yeha, all S-ranks have been taken.

"Wasn't you particularly . . . just the situation. . . like to be alone. . ."

Huh? It wasn't her that he was annoyed with? Well, that was...actually pretty comforting. She was worried she had done something wrong and didn't realize it. And he liked to be alone? Well...she could sympathize. That's why she was up here, after all. She didn't really know what to say, though, and instead simply stared back up at the guy as he took a few steps back. A few too many steps, actually. All she heard was a quiet shocked expression as his foot slipped off the branch.

Her first thought, was that good, he was gone. She could return to her solitude and he got what he deserved for being somewhere he shouldn't. Her second thought, was that she was a horrible and terrible person for thinking something like that and that it was probably her fault for making this entire situation awkward, which made her only feel worse. Even more so, that she had no idea what to do here.

"Eep! What do I do?" She leaned over the edge of the branch, looking down at him as he fell. Well, it wasn't like a fall from this height could hurt her, so theoretically she could jump down and not be harmed and catch him or something...but she wasn't really strong enough to do something like that. Maybe...maybe she should go get someone? If Klisa was here she'd likely be able to help in some way, but...but...they weren't. Only she was, and there was no way she could get help from someone else before he...he....he went...splat.

But...w-what could she do? She wasn't strong like the Guild Master or the other members of Harpy's wing...

@Raijinslayer

[Chloe]

Well, that could have infinitely gone better. To say Chloe was a bad shot, was an understatement. She missed pretty much every single shot, and those she did hit were only glancing blows. Honestly, this was annoying Chloe just a bit. What good were these wimpy little gun weapon things anyways? Even if you hit something with them, they did absolutely nothing. By the end of the entire event, she came up empty handed and prizeless.

"So in case some of you didn't know my name is Sora Takamichi. I figure you guys are Golem's Hand members? You probably all know i'm apart of Harpy's wing, I believe I was labeled with the title efreet."

Chloe admitted defeat, hanging her head, sighing as she lamented her loss. The mood didn't last long, though, and soon she was giving Sora a bright grin as Haine introduced them as members of Golems hand.

"The two of us signed up with Golem's hand. Magic is still uncomfortable for me, so the guild's martial philosophy is more in line with my own."

"Yep, Chloe Vollan! That's me. Resident Dragon slayer of Golem's hand~" She threw out her title, sounding quite proud of it. She seemed to completely ignore Haines comment about Sora and her 'boyfriend' though, and instead clapped her hands together as if she had another good idea. "So, so, hey this is a festival and all, right? Now that you two are here...maybe the four of us can have a two vs. two match or something! We gotta entertain people at the festival after all, right?~"

Well, at first she thought the search was going fairly well. Quill was able to find the markings fairly easily, thanks to her sharp eyesight. She was certain by the end of following this little trail, she'd have gotten herself a nice, rare Xatu. Well, she wasn't really looking to catch one really, just scan one with the pokedex thing so she could get herself a nice little sum of money. That was her goal here, after all. Money. Catching one would just be a bonus, if she could. So she continued to walk, following the trail presumably left by Xatu.

She walked for quite a bit, but it was a fruitless endeavor. By the end of it, she had already burned through another cigarette and was wishing for the strongest vodka in all of Huji to drink. She had gone in one, giant, huge, goddamn circle. She kicked a rock into a nearby try, only for it to bounce off and smack her right in the forehead.

"Ugh goddamn it." She rubbed the spot where the rock hit her...she was definitely gonna have a bruise there. More importantly, where were the goddamn Xatu at? She was fairly certain that was them. She folded her arms impatiently against her chest and started thinking about what she could do. Quill was still happily sitting atop her shoulder, humming a happy little tune to herself. Apparently, she quite liked being able to ride on Lynn's shoulders.

"Any ideas Quill?" She asked her partner, only to receive a shrug in reply as the Sneasel went back to using her head as a makeshift drum, drumming to the tune of the beat playing on her headphones. Lynn sighed, turning her head towards the ground. Well...fuck the Xatu. Fine, if they wanted to play hard to get, she'd just have to play harder.

So, she first followed the trail again. This time, just to what seemed like the deepest part of the forest. If the Xatu didn't like noise, then they'd likely stay far away from the trainers as possible, right? And even if she didn't find a Xatu...well, there had to be something out here that was rare. Or at least another pokemon in general she could get her mitts on.

Location: Route 1
Action Taken: Follow the trail to the deepest part in route 1, and search for A Xatu. Failing that, see if there is anything else living out there.

~Abigail Blanchett~

Well, it didn't seem like the earth was gonna attack them any more, so Abigail relaxed a bit and since no one seemed seriously injured, she helped Cerise to her feet. The girl looked like she was about to faint simply from touching the ground. Abigail sighed, and let Cerise take a seat next to their tent, Sage perched on her shoulder eyes still turned towards the trees. Instead, she walked over to Yuu and gave him a slight smirk.

"Sometimes, helping people is annoying ya know." She said to him as Ivy trudged off. "Anyways, that earthquake probably woke up some pokemon. Probably made them more than a little angry too. Might wanna make sure that Eevee of yours doesn't wander off. As mediocre as the both of you are, she'd probably not do so well." Tyrian was following along behind Abigails legs, and seemed a little bit more than startled about the earthquake. In fact, he seemed a little on edge himself.

"I think it might be best if both of us keep watch for the rest of the night."Abigail continued, her usual snark and jerkiness seeming to leave for the moment.

~Cerise Fontaine~

Well.

this was just a wonderful night.

Finally got some alone time with Abigail and then that stupid earthquake had to interrupt. Stupid backwater Johto. Not even the earth could stand its unrefined heathens living on here. She figured it might as well just continue and swallow up this pathetic little region so she could go home...and maybe convince Abigail to return to Kalos. She might as well go for this whole pokemon thing there anyways.

Today just wasn't a good day at all for her. And now Sage was chirping incessantly in her ear, sitting on her shoulder.

"Sage, would you be silent you annoying little runt of a bird." She quietly grumbled, sure to make sure no one else would hear her. The Natu simply puffed out its feathers, appearing quite annoyed.

And then grabbed a strand of her red hair in her beak and pulled. The action caused Cerise's head to be painfully yanked upwards. Cerise yelped, obviously hurting a bit from the action. She was going to berate Sage for doing something like that...but something stopped her. In a tree, not far off from them, a pair of bright red eyes peered at the group in the darkness. Well, Cerise may have been a bit of a stuck up spoiled brat, but she knew when something had 'Nope' written all over it, and this definitely had nope written all over it.

"Uhm...uhm..." Something felt off, here, and she quickly walked over to Abigail. "A-Abigail...I think, uhm..." She tugged hesitantly on Abigails sleeve to get her attention, before pointing in the direction of where she saw the eyes.

As soon as she did, the trainers could hear the flapping of wings. A flock of Hoothoot swarmed overhead, converging on the spot Cerise had pointed out. Noah would find one would have taken another dump right on him. Conveniently aimed right at his head. The next thing the trainers might notice, would be red eyes peering at them from all directions....
Well, if the guild would behave....

I'll get a CS up shortly, I hope~
