I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio
Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
9613$ Antidote x1 pokeball x1 Focus Band x1 Power-Up Punch
Badge Collection: Challenge Badge - Redcoast Town, Hector. Minor League.
That was odd...no Yvonne at all. Claire spent at least more than a few minutes at Dreamer studios looking for her friend. She even went so far as to see if she was in the dressing rooms or already had a sponsor and was doing her thing. It was a good learning experience however - seeing how they worked, at least. So she'd need a sponsor herself, then. Pfft. Like she needed something like that. She was far too skilled and fabulous to need actual training in that. Probably. Chances were good. Still though, no sign of Yvonne...so she moved onto the actual Contest hall.
The normal rank contest hall was just as lively as Dreamer Studios. Honestly? She felt a little intimidated. She had never been inside of a contest hall before, and even if she wasn't really planning on participating just yet she could feel a tiny bit apprehensive. Especially, y'know, since she looked like a hot mess after that gym challenge, heh....yeah, so she spent a few minutes freshening up in the contest hall - mostly combing her hair. She'd take a shower later before she got Anise that date she promised, heh.
Still no sign of Yvonne. That was troubling. Where could she be? Claire gave a small frown to Ralia who simply shrugged in response, giving a small cry of disappointment herself. She supposed she could continue to look for Yvonne, but she also had to get moving. She at least wanted to be on her way to meet up with Erika soon at least. Ugh, maybe she should have exchanged numbers with Yvonne.
Well, might as well take a quick look at the accessory shop outside. Might run into Yvonne outside.
"Alright, lets go take a look at some accessories." Claire said. "Might find Yvonne there...if not, I can at least get all of you a cute little ribbon or something after you all took down that Conkeldurr!"
"Rral!~" Seeming to approve of the idea, Claire exited the Contest hall, heading outside to look at the accessories.
"H-hey! If you think I'm just gonna charm 'em you seriously dunno how Fae work!" Tania was quick to poke the side of the glass jar, losing her previously pouty mood as Cain replied. There was a lot more danger than that in the Fae courts. Plotting, planning, deception...especially in the Unseelie Fae. They weren't...a nice sort. Of course, she was still just working on the knowledge from the other world here. Things might work completely differently here still.
"...I see. Well, I wish you luck, Cain." Lena replied with a small frown. "I suppose I'll leave what you wish to do up to you, Vander."
"Hey hey, can I say something?" Tania asked, earning a glare from the elf.
"As long as it's not about my bosom or me not denying certain things."
"Heheh. Yes, yes, of course!" Before Lena could say anything, there was a strong gust of wind from within the jar, blowing the lid off of it with some force, causing it to land on top of Lena's head. Tania easily fluttered out, shivering slightly in the cold as she landed on Lena's shoulder. "Alright. So's. Not to be rude or anything but if you're with us Vander, the Fae are probably gonna be suspicious. I'm pretty confident in my illusions of course, but the chance some of them could see through something like that is pretty likely."
"Mhm...my Lady does have a point. As a Dullahan my position is rather unique in that regard...I wouldn't draw too much attention in Fae lands, nor in the accompany of one so long as I chose my words carefully."
"Suppose we could say you're my uh, 'servant'." Tania continued with an all too impish chuckle.
"...you just want to boss him around."
"Hey, it's a valid strategy! Just whatever you wanna do though. I'm cool with anything, but I'd like to avoid fighting if possible. Not at least until I know what we're dealing with. Either way, we're probably going to have to deal with typical fae intrigue and their uh...fickle dispositions. Basically, think of me but ten times less cute and a lot more domineering if it is the Unseelie."
In one instant, Senna was reveling in the destruction of Wolfs run.
In the next, she was falling.
She wasn't entirely sure what happened. There was a massive surge of magic, and then the feeling of being sucked into nothingness...then free fall. The fall, at least, managed to help Senna clear her thoughts, offering her some clarity of the events that just happened. As well as realizing she was in a bit of a pickle. She couldn't fly...though, she could maybe survive the impact thanks to quickly healing after the events of Wolfs Run. It'd hurt...a lot, but fortunately it seemed she couldn't even feel pain in this form. At least - any pain she felt was translated to something else entirely.
The demoness slammed into the lake, a mighty splash covering the entire area from the height of the fall, likely surprising anyone or anything that had been in the immediate area. For a few seconds however the lake settled, Senna allowing the cool water to envelop her. For a few moments, she simply sank. She was tired...not physically mind you. She couldn't get tired, it seemed, just like she couldn't feel pain. Mentally though? She was exhausted.
Her old personality and this new demonic persona of hers...were not really getting along well.
After a few seconds however, she finally surface with a growl, crawling onto the shore of the lake with a few coughs, sputtering up a few mouthfuls of water before laying on the shoreline.
"Ah, I messed up." She sighed with a light giggle. "Jeez, suppose that's what I get for trying to suppress it again. Tsk, didn't work before certainly isn't going to work now, I suppose, is it?" The demoness pulled off her helmet, causing it to clatter to the ground next to her as she stretched her limbs. "Why'd they have to go and make me angry by attacking me? Could have talked things through, but nooo. Fools.....specially that kid..." She seemed almost sad - though it was quickly replaced with a yawn of boredom. "Boring and predictable." She grunted as she pulled off the rest of her armor, emptying the water out of it, revealing her usual black somewhat transparent top.
Huhm, perhaps she should invest in some less revealing clothes here...eh, a thought for later. For now, she took a moment to relax and inspect her body for injuries.
Bruises, scrapes, burns from Yasha's final attack...a gash where Selena's knife had hit her. The nausea, slight dizziness, and dulled senses from those curses were still there too. Annoying now that she wasn't in a rage-induced clarity, though nothing crippling. Felt like maybe she had a fractured bone or two. Hah, if she could actually feel pain she'd probably be incapable of functioning. Instead, all she felt was either numbness or the 'lust' part of the battlelust perk.
Ugh, she had really come close to being killed there, wasn't it? That was the thing with her class, though. Either she killed her targets...or she was killed. No second chances, no do-overs. No incapacitating. Victory or Death - just how she liked it. Thankfully she was a little harder to kill then some believed, with her healing and 'Undying Rage' perk. If she hadn't had so much heal fodder, Yasha's attack would have killed her. Thankfully she hadn't been smart enough to fire a second round or something after the explosion or she would have been gone. Kaput. Executed. She always thought it'd be part of a game though...a place where she could get away from it all. A place where she could indulge and get that sweet release. Now though...well, be careful what you wish for she supposed.
How troublesome~
"Tsk, I'll have to be more careful in the future...whatever happened back there wasn't appreciative." She grumbled, laying her armor in a half-hazard pile near her, crawling over to a rock jutting over the waters edge and letting her bare legs soak in the water. Her wounds would heal easily enough, even without some healing fodder like she had back in wolfs run. "Haaa....and news of that is sure to spread. Unfortunate. Maybe I should find a nice ruin to crawl into and live in for the rest of my probably now immortal life."
For a moment...she would rest - though she took a momentary glance around the lake. There was a cabin not far off in the distance...huhm, she'd investigate it after resting a moment and collecting her thoughts.
As one of the people who are currently otherwise unoccupied and I think would be the most fun to mess with - You have been selected as the victim of a rather mischievous person ghost.
Isil's expectations continually were being shattered, it seemed.
"Oh why HELLO my new student! HELLO, HELLO, HELLOOOOOOOOO!"
"B-bwuh!?" Red colored the high elfs cheeks brightly, unused to such affections.
"I am master Liyva! The Restoration teacher! I am so happy to have you in my class young miss Isilfarrel!"
"I-uhm-" Isil stumbled over her words momentarily. This...this was the master of healing arts she was going to be taught by? First impression she seemed...incredibly bubbly and exuberant. Which was fine, she supposed. One should at least enjoy their work, right? On the other hand though, she seemed far too affectionate. "I-it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. Mistress Liyva." She replied, clearing her throat. "I, erm, suppose you already know me, then." Isil rubbed the back of her head sheepishly. Good impression. Right, she had to at least make a good impression and tolerate this over exuberant woman.
"...you are to be my teacher then?" The young elf asked. Truthfully...she had no idea how to speak with someone like Liyva. She wasn't good with the overly bubbly or extremely talkative types.
Before Silias could reach the door however, it seemed as though something else had taken an interest in him. The air in the area suddenly began to grow colder and suddenly the book he was reading would rather forcefully be grabbed out of his hands by a seeming gust of wind from nowhere. The book itself began to float a few feet in front of him as a girlish, somewhat childish sounding giggle was heard.
Before he could question it, the book fell and dropped onto the ground, open to no particular page in general. A sprite of light hovered over the book - it was small, barely bigger than a hand and seemed to generate a cold, though gentle breeze and seemed to want Silias to approach it.
"Do I know you? No, I don't think so, But do you want to play anyways? No? Waaah? You'll make a little girl cry...That's too bad...I am Viola Rifei, pleasure to make your acquaintance. Care for some tea? Ah, don't mind the floating teacups. My friends are just oh so delighted to have a new playmate~"
Name: Viola Rifei
Age: 17
Gender: female
"Despite my appearance, I am not a child and would appreciate it if you did treat me as one...unless you plan on spoiling me. Then go ahead, hehe~"
Appearance: Standing at four foot seven and usually sporting a slightly mischievous, somewhat knowing seeming smirk, Viola is definitely not what one would call physically impressive. Slender, and lacking any sort of definite muscle. Sometimes, she is mistaken for a child because of her appearance. Her skin is free of any blemishes and markings of any kind. Her eyes are a dark grey color and sports black colored hair that falls well past her shoulders.
Clothing wise, she is a fan of rather complicated and somewhat eccentric and expensive dresses, preferring darker colors such as black, purple, and dark blue. Her current dress is a black dress, with white accents and red bows that falls to her waist where it meets a pair of black stockings and dress shoes. Why she chose to wear those instead of something more suiting is anyone guess. Some assume she's simply the child of a wealthy family and takes very good care of herself and is quite the pampered little brat, and doesn't know any better. She comments she simply likes the style.
Year: 2nd
Rank: Novice
Room No.: Room 80-C
Personality: Viola...definitely does not behave the way her appearance might suggest. At first impression, she'd come off as incredibly formal and polite. Talk with her just a short bit though, and you'll find a self-centered, cynical, mischievous, somewhat playfully aggressive and slightly vain person who has a rather large seeming ego. However, this is just her attempting to be 'cute' or 'cheeky'. Truthfully, she doesn't take her own words to heart, and would never consider herself better than anyone.
After that, she is fairly friendly and likes meeting people and being around people, and also simply likes watching them for...entertainment purposes. She is a bit of an instigator, and likes causing a bit of mischief around campus for her own giggles, often aided by a friend or two. Another thing to note, would be an insatiable curiosity about anything and everything. Magic, history, technology...everything. While her physical skills are lacking, her academic studies and focus on such things likely make her one of the smarter persons in the school.
Unfortunately, her overly friendly, 'cute' and otherwise cheeky demeanor is a well worn mask. Make no mistake, it is her true personality, but its a rather misleading one. In general, she is a pragmatist and a rather cynical realist. She doens't like those with lofty ideals, preferring more practical applications. When it comes down to it though, she doesn't like picking sides in anything and generally will go with whatever those around her do if she's not the one leading the play - it will be amusing to see the result anyways. All she wants, after all, is a good show.
Magic Discipline:
Spirit Contractor
Simply put, Viola is quite in tune with the spiritual forces of the world. Creatures that initially have no corporeal form, or possibly those creatures such as Naiads, Dryads, or Nymphs, she can usually communicate with on some level. This can offer her quite a bit of versatility when it comes to combat and skills, as each spirit offers her a differing set of abilities, usually. Most usually, she may 'Contract' a spirit, as in give it a physical form and have it become a permanent partner until she decides to terminate that contract gaining them as a permanent 'familiar' of sorts. She can in fact, summon certain spirits and form a contract as such but she finds it a little annoying since it's a rather impersonal process though she will use it if its something she definitely wants.
Some things to keep in mind though, is that summoning spirits usually takes quite a while, depending on the skill of the summoner and the rank of the spirit. It is also a one time deal, the duration of their help only usually lasting for a brief moment in time, lasting typically anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes. This can have quite the downside in a direct conflict, since she would require protection of some sort to be able to summon one. The power of the spirit varies, but typically they can be quite devastating against most foes. They may manifest themselves as a separate entity, or merely lend a fraction of their power to Viola for her to command themselves. Another spirit summoner could possibly force the spirit back to wherever it came as well, should they be skilled enough. She could summon more than one in such a fashion, but it would require each spirit to be much less powerful in strength.
Contracting a spirit is entirely different, however. It requires the contractor to make a deal with the spirit directly for whatever reason. Upon completion of the contract, the spirit begins living 'with' the mage, typically they start sharing a body, and their power is easily summoned by the mage. Typically, a mark of some sort will appear on the users flesh in the form of a symbol representing them - though it is usually only active when the spirits power is invoked. The contents of the contract can be anything the spirit or mage desire. This offers quite an advantage over simply summoning one for a duration of time as a quick help at the offer of the users mana.
However, there are a few downsides to this. Most notable, is that the more contracts she has, the more strain it would be to perform a temporary summoning ritual. As well, as a novice she could potentially only have a single contract at the same time, and use the spirits help to summon similarly aligned elementals of weaker rank. Of course, the more skilled she becomes with managing the spirits as well as her own powers she could learn to handle more spirits. As well - using more than one contract at a time is somewhat difficult to do for a Novice. While she can switch between two spirits with some ease as long as they are relatively in sync and nothing is distracting, controlling more than a single spirit at once is currently beyond her.
To contract one, it varies from spirit to spirit. It could be as simple as a binding, verbal agreement, or as bad as a seal signed in blood. She of course, must uphold her end of the bargain to whatever the spirit or summoned entity requires no matter how odd or arduous. As such, she practices negotiating and speaking with a number of spirits.
Currently, as a simple Novice she is capable enough. Summoning a spirit typically requires quite a bit of time, though and she would need to be quite careful when contracting a stronger one, and she currently doesn't have one. It is more difficult to forcibly send back a contracted spirit, as by law of the contract they are forbidden from leaving until they terminate the contract.
Equipment: Carries a journal on her, where she keeps up with various spells, rituals, and names of potentially interesting spirits she learned from her master.
Biography: Viola's life has been rather...mundane, if one counts being raised by a Mage who made it quite clear she wasn't her parent as mundane. That's not to say Livia wasn't a loving guardian figure, but she was incredibly strict and made sure Viola knew the meaning of the word 'Study' and 'Academics'. In fact, the two got along surprisingly well, with Viola's natural curiosity and propensity for things of the academic nature, save for the both of theirs rather...mischievous natures.
When she was ten, she started learning the practical applications of magic, starting with simply 'seeing' the spirits. When she was twelve, she started learning how to communicate with them, which was made difficult by the fact that each spirit sometimes had a different way to communicate. A different dialect, language, or sometimes they didn't communicate at all, depending on their origins. When fourteen, she summoned her first spirit under Livia's supervision.
That was about the extent of their relationship. Livia told her should should pursue her own studies after that. Viola of course, decided to take her up on that offer and has been studying at B.U.M. for the past year or so.
Master: Livia Fiore. A User of spirit herself, who insisted upon being called 'Mistress' when she was apprenticing under her. She taught her the basics and saw her through her first summoning, but after that Viola was on her own. Livia, and likewise Viola, are large believers in independent study and after making sure she knew everything in theory, she let Viola go and study on her own. Livia herself, is a bit of a recluse who rarely leaves her manor and prefers the company of her spirits and books.
It's unlikely she will take another, unless the benefit would be too great for her to say no too.
If [Viola] was forced to sacrifice something important in order to move forward, it would be: Anything is fair game, it would just depend on if the sacrifice was worth it. Nothing is too valuable to lose, if what would be gained was of perceived equal value. Otherwise, she wouldn't take the deal.
If no one else would step up to the plate and this was an important matter, she'd step up to the plate without hesitation though.
If [Viola] was offered to have a single wish fulfilled, it would be: Simply put, Immortality and beauty. She would give up everything for the chance for it. A simple, age-old want that quite a few men have had in the past. What? She's a vain little thing.
Various Poltergeists: Harmless things, really nothing more than a nuisance, but they seem to follow Viola around quite a bit after she made friends with a few of them after frequent trips to the graveyard. They mostly do her house chores and spook visitors to her dorm. Don't expect anything in her room to be where you left it. Do note she hasn't really contracted them. They just follow her around like lost puppies.
Heyo, here's Viola again. Made a few tiny adjustments to her magic, but its mostly the same. Do tell if there are problems of course~

Heyo, you gonna be posting for Cain soon? Seems Graf maybe has disappeared on us. Suppose I could just go ahead and post with lena again though, if you'd prefer.

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
