Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

"Lure!"

Being the ever stubborn self-proclaimed demon lord, Lure wasn't going down without a fight. The bug/flying type stared down Bellawesome, beaten and bruised from the attacks, with the paralyzation hindering her ability to move, she got off one last parting gift towards Bellawesome - and it struck, but it wasn't enough. The Bellawesome recovered quickly, closing the gap between it and her opponent with a flash of movement and a gust of leaf petals.

With one last cry, Lure fell to the ground, KO'ed.

"Alright..." Claire was thoroughly pumped up now. Close battles and competitions were what she lived for. Something to get the blood flowing. The redhead recalled Lure to her pokeball. She had done well, she'd need to give the bug a lot of honey later, and see to getting back into some competitions soon.

"You know what they say, save the best for last. Ralia! We're not gonna let Our hard work go to waste!"

"Rrralll!~" Leaping off of Claire's shoulder, Ralia landed on the ground, eager to get battling herself. Twirling once tapping her feet energetically on the ground, Ralia was obviously eager and ready to go.

"Hit 'em with the old one-two puncharoo, Ralia! This is the home stretch girl, we're gonna take home the win!"

"Rrrrraaaal!~" With a cry of amusement, Ralia started things off with her double team.

Well, that was done and over then. Seleth sighed, stretching silently. Ah, she had overdone it. She really wanted to just get back to the Cathedral, but before she could tell Nur to have a bit more backbone, the timid girl said something else. Something quite absurd. Seleth stopped, glancing over at Nur from her shoulder. Utter nonsense.

"I know the rumors well." Seleth replied with a sigh. "That I'm unpleasant. A, shall we say, bitch, to put nicely. I've been accused of bullying and being far too headstrong in a number of aspects." Seleth hefted her spear, letting it rest on her shoulder as she turned to face Nur. "So let me ask you...when faced with such rumors, what am I going to do? Lay down and cry? Cower and flee?"

Seleth's words were quick, sharp, and pointed just as any blade. Rumors of her being indelicate were probably true it seemed.

"...but," She softened her words, facial expression growing troubled. "I've recently come to realize that I'm not nearly as confident as I try to put on." Her body relaxed, her gaze shifting off to the side as she continued. "I defeated the princess, but can I say I did it with skill? A part of me is second guessing myself, wondering if I only won by some sort of fluke or stroke of luck." She fell silent, sighing. What was she even saying? She hardly knew this person.

"...not that it matters. I won, and I will likely face Varjan in the finals. Even if I were to lose my family will be placated simply because I defeated the princess." She turned to walk, making a large sweeping motion with her spear. "I'm heading to the Cathedral, if you wish to come. We can talk more there, and if you wish I can try soothing your worries with some prayers, perhaps?"

Well this was going well. She was going to have so much fun! Silly little treeman - huh? A light tug was felt on her shoulders. Like a twig catching you as you moved through the forest. Tania simply blinked, slightly dumbfounded. What? That gave her away? How absurd! No one had ever said anything like that before - unless they didn't call her out on purpose. But why would they go along with her pranks if they were wholly aware of them?

For a moment, Tania seemed to be having a mild essential crises before simply laughing and grinning up at the tree.

"Yea, sure. I went easy on you." Tania made a mental note to watch her words later. A mental note that would likely, sadly, go forgotten like its predecessors. She was just playing anyways, so she didn't have to get super serious. If she showed all of her tricks immediately, then that'd leave her with nothing. Besides, she didn't want to seriously hurt anyone. Messing with ones perception of reality could easily have some nasty side effects.

"Alright treeman, I promised to show you the garden so come on~" Like a little kid grabbing the hand of a parent or sibling, Tania took Mirithal's hand, gently beginning to pull him towards its direction. "You'll love it, promise~"

Isolde

"Eh!? Zane!?"

This had just gotten ten times worse. A former knight of Grado, but defected because he couldn't sate his battle lust just by being on guard duty. She never did like him, and her dad always commented he was always bad news. She was honestly surprised he even protected his ally.

"Geh-!"

The two exchanged blows, Zane's heavy blows threatening to knock both her and Kergin back. Her advantage being the only thing keeping her from getting killed in an unspectacular fashion. If this kept up, there was no way she was going to be able to fight him. Not one on one like this, maybe if she could flank him but not in a crowded, narrow street.

Aldo was right, though. They didn't have to fight, and if they kept fighting, things were likely not going to end well for them. They were both outnumbered and out skilled here. As much as she'd like to shove this traitor in his place, she was in no way skilled or strong enough to do so.

"Urgh - I don't think we can handle Zane!" Isolde grimaced, attempting to deflect Zane's charge. Isolde yanked up on Kering's reigns. The Wyevern hissed lightly before rearing back as Isolde swung her Halberd to try and deflect Zane's blow. He was likely going to hit, but she could at least mitigate the damage. "Titania, get on! We need to get out of here!"

So far the elements indeed, seemed to not be bothering her. The rain didn't seem to phase completely through her, but it slid off of her skin like some sort of water resistant fabric. Good, then. She could probably stay out here awhile without worrying about getting a nasty cold or something. However, there was something she was most certainly growing increasingly concerned about. The wind was threatening to toss her body around like a balloon. If she wasn't careful, she was going to get carried away into some unknown area.

While exciting, she also didn't fancy dying.

"Son of a- Hey, lizard, I'm gonna use your shiny bald head as an anchor. This wind is gonna blow me away in the non-fun ways." Vi grunted, latching onto Trevors head again once they had reached the bottom of the slope. A large puddle had formed, muddy cold water having run off of the slope. So far, the trek seemed uneventful and not much was going on. At least Trevor was continuing to prove useful.

"Psychic stuff, huh? Makes sense if Ghosts are anything like their earthly counterparts." Vi mused as the Charmander finished his explanation. He didn't explain very much what 'Shadow Sneak' or 'Astonish' was, but she understood the psychic beam bit a bit more. Well, all she'd have to do was give it a try.

Hm. Maybe some real world pseudoscience could help here? She was a paranormal and history scholar, but she did know a few things.

Still holding onto Trevor to anchor herself, Vi closed her eyes and tried to clear her mind as one would normally try to do when attempting to meditate, or otherwise gather their thoughts and focus. Next, the Ghost type opened her luminescent blue eyes, focusing on a point just in front of the snake, imagining it burning or being blasted by some unseen force with all the willpower she could muster.

If successful, it'd probably be funny.

Ugh, couldn't people just give her a moment to catch her breath?

She had wanted to go straight to the Cathedral without doing anything else, but it seemed as though some sinful fools were making a ruckus. The dark elf sighed, holding a hand to her head at the scene. A group of female students were clearly bullying some others. Seleth knew the sight well. Slurs. Derogatory terms. Insults. Nur was always a target for such things.

Unfortunately for the bullies, Seleth was in a bad mood and wanted some peace and quiet.

Rolling her eyes, Seleth summoned one of her javelins, launching it right at one of the bullies. It shouldn't hit - just close enough to maybe give her a tiny little haircut. Hopefully enough to give them a pause.

"You all have quite the guts, causing such a ruckus after my victory of the princess." Seleth walked towards the other girls, wearing a facade of confidence and mild haughtiness. "Do it elsewhere. Lady Aylama does not take kindly to those who disturb the peace."
