So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

oh whoops, apparently I am blind. fixed/tacked onto the end.

Name: Tavick Morn
Species: Human - Abefar
Age: 35
Force Sensitive: Y
Skills:
  • Quick Draw - Tavick is a dab hand at using his twin DL-44 Pistols. Mid/Close Range blaster pistols make him a formidable foe.
  • Tracking - Even before he learned how to track using the Force Tavick became renown for his skills as a tracker and a hunter.
  • Pilot - Despite not sitting in a cockpit in a very long time, Tavick started his career as a pilot. He had considerable skill for a time, but is out of practice.
  • Survival Training - Tavick can craft/cook whatever he needs to survive and if necessary live an entirely self reliant existence.

Abilities:
  • Force Track - Tavick can track his prey across all kinds of terrain. Where the eyes of others fail, Tavick can use the Force to guide him.
  • Hibernation Trance - Tavick can alter his bodies metabolic rates, allowing him to go for long periods of time without sustenance.
  • Plant Surge - Tavick can imbue plant life with energy allowing it to grow at rapid rates. During which time he can help shape it's structure.
  • Animal Friendship - Tavick can use the Force to easily connect with living creatures, bonding with beasts that often take beast masters years of work to break.

Weaknesses:
  • Rusty - Tavick has spent the last fifteen years living with the Sijin, rather than typical Maldra society. This leaves him out of the loop on major galactic occurences, the state of Maldra as a whole.
  • Left Knee - The Crash that brought Tavick to this world has left him with psychological trauma, as well as physical. His left knee often causes him pain and issues.

Motivation: Tavick longs to return to the Sijin, after being cast out from them with a job of his own. He doesn't know it but this relates to the Empire.
History: Tavick was born on the dirt ball that is Abafar. A planet trapped behind a chaotic comet storm. Raised a hardy life by a couple of ex-cons and smugglers Tavick had to learn the rule of the draw pretty early on in life. His parents owning a small cloud-hopper taught him how to fly early on, how to draw a gun. Life was relatively simple on their backwater world. The Separatist Crisis brought little change to Abafar, some people balked and complained more than usual however that was nothing to be concerned about. Tavick was growing into a young man during this period of time, he had moved out from home and was working in the Star Port. Typically unloading frieght, he was on the fast track to becoming harbormaster when a blast from the past came into town.

The Pirate Lord Ozai, whom his parents had ran away from on their last job came into town. Noting the resemblence between Tavick and his father he approached Tavick as a friend, decieving him into disclosing the location of his family. His parents wound out dead, Tavick on the run. Fleeing Abafar in a stolen starship, crashing into a comet and jumping into hyperspace with nothing akin to a heading. The ship crashed on Maldra a week later, deep within Sijin territory. Tavick wasn't entirely sure how he got there.

Revived by Sijin Shamans Tavick was initially a recluse, as well as an outcast. He barely ate, or drank, above the bare minimum to what he needed to survive. Despite this one of the Sijin Wayfinders saw something within him. Took Tavick hunting every day, taught him the way of the Sijin people. Over time Tavick came to accept these teachings, being trained in the ways of the Wayfinders and Beast Masters of the Sijin. Not every Sijin tribesman has the gift to access the Ashla but those that do are revered. More recently Shamans have sensed a rise in the Bogan, as well as the breaking of treaties among the Sijin and those that share the planet with them. Fearing the worst, they sent out Tavick back into the greater world to discover the source of this infection that threatens the planet. Hopefully to come about some form of peace. The very first thing to happen, was some Twi'lek approached him attempting to serve alimony papers, which was when Tavick realised this was a strange world indeed, but not unlike his original home.
@Sep Should I post my sheet in the Characters page, or wait for you and @Zarkun to get yours in there first?

No you can throw it up. I've claimed the 0th post.
@Master Bruce I'm likely late but I've finally got plenty of free time to write tomorrow, got the inclings of my muse back and by god I'm going to write.

Only one issue with your sheet, re-read the OP.

Also to everyone, if I post a Gif in relation to your sheet and there is not a hider/text below it detailing issues with your sheet. Then consider yoruself accepted.
I know I said my sheet would he up by now but works been caraaaazy. I got time tonight sorted for it.

I think the idea is that, at least in Haven, when the Empire showed up, they took over everything. So the LKs likely wouldn't still be around anymore in Haven. On the rest of the planet? Oh hell yeah the LKs are still the law.

<Snipped quote by Sep>

Okay. So the Imperials swoop in and essentially take control of the police force, but what does that mean for the Law Keeper's status/position within Haven? Are they being used as retainers? Or, are the LKs still technically "the law" as long as they enforce what the Empire is pushing down their throats?

Kind of like: "Sure, you can all keep your jobs but you need to do what we say, when we say it..."

It's a mix of both. Law keeper's still exist in Haven but the Empire has essentially stripped away what power they had, and treats them much like every other citizen. Rather than using/treating them like law enforcement.
@SepYou know, I feel like I miss those things every time. Should be fixed now.

Accepted!

I'm going to post my sheet up tomorrow, for you all to view in its Splendor
I promised yesterday as a review day but yesterday came up and punched me in the FACE.

Please let me know of anything that needs removed/changed/reworked in this CS!

There's something missing... hit up the OP one more time, there's something there y

And without further ado, I am Zarkun, one of your two GMs. I will be in charge of the Mandalorians for the duration of our RP. Welcome to the Lawless and Wild west of the SW universe!
