Name: Krahe Zwolf
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Theme Song:
In the ShadowsHeight: 5'7
Weight: 45kg
Personality: Disturbingly charming, is a good way to describe it. He's quite nice, has good looks to go with it, but can get under people's skin like that. The way he acts almost seems as if he has no fault whatsoever, in reality he suppresses a destructive desire to test his new toys. He's a very skilled inventor, and made his weapon himself, and is often asked reluctantly by his colleagues to fix or improve their weapons. He kindly accepts. He has a bright future as a saboteur, assassin, and espionage agent.
Aura: Black with crow feathers.
Weapon: Materialization gloves
Weapon Name: Nightmare
Weapon Functions: The weapon itself is a glove, and on the forearm section is a place to put a huge array of dust vials, and at the flick of his wrist he is able to access them. The weapon functions as a conduit to shape his aura into physical forms, allowing him to make small throwing weapons with lethal penetrative power, along with being able to very quickly adapt and add dust properties to them, giving him a variety of strategies on the fly. They can form small weapons to fight with, but unless he has a gigantic store of aura, he cannot reliably make weapons larger than a shortsword for any practical use.
Weapon: Array of hidden knives
Weapon Name: Twelve Brothers
Weapon Functions: He has twelve hidden knives in his battle outfit, six on him regardless of combat need. The ones not in combat are hidden in his shoes, two front and back for a total of four, and under his right and left hand sleeves. The other six are carried in combat, two as main weapons on the back, two on his elbows, and one that is parallel with his heel, which can let him hang from unexpected places. People have tried to take those knives from him out of combat, but it seems impossible.
Armor/ Clothing: (Will get to that)
Semblance Name: Murder
Semblance: His Semblance is possibly the best espionage and assassination one in the academy easily. He is able to split himself into crows, using it to teleport, scout, and even attack at the best strength a crow could. He cannot stay split up as crows for too long. The crows feed him information through their eyes, and some are able to scavenge and eat to replenish his strength, making him also the strongest candidate for a deep cover mission.
Strengths: Fast, agile, and easily the best at running away. The way he defeats opponents is with proper setup, and using the dust throwing blades at his disposal thanks to his glove the Nightmare. His various hidden knives can also be an unpleasant surprise for any unprepared attacker.
Weaknesses: He has zero ability to brute force anything whatsoever, all his weapons are precision based, and he has no abilities that have any significant damage. He is also very good at running for a reason, naturally in a direct fight he would lose. If he wants to kill, he'll need very precise hits with his throwing weapons. That being said, his ability to kill Grimm is pretty abysmal as he doesn't have the skills to do it, but his potential to kill humanoids is ridiculously high. This is why he is being looked into for Hunter Hunting, Hunters who hunt other Hunters who have strayed from the righteous path.
Bio: His past is generally unknown to almost everyone at the academy, teachers included, but he was enrolled by the grandmaster himself. Many believe he is someone the grandmaster picked up, but they seem to have no relationship outside of that of teacher and student like everyone else at the academy. Krahe is a very self-initiated individual, eccentric at times, and quite pragmatic to the dismay of those who work with him, as he may entirely disregard any sentiments in the situation, though that being said, his tactical mind is perhaps some of the best in the academy. In fact in his team while not leader, is definitely the brains of every operation, coupled with his semblance, his ability to accurately inform his allies is some of the best.
His true past is that he was the child of a mafioso in Vale, until they were destroyed by someone who "rose from the dead" so to speak. A man bent on revenge destroyed the mafia and freed Krahe as a side-effect. Krahe is one of twelve children in his particular group, him being the youngest, and thus, the only one of the twelve who were not indoctrinated by the mafia yet. Therefore, he ended up with the cognitive and combative training they received, but was quite capable of making his own way around, although being never exposed to society until recently, is quite unable to be 'human' so to speak, though he is learning that to his own pace, and occasionally even takes notes. He has figured one thing first though, being nice is a sure way to get what you want.
Krahe himself is aware of his brothers and sisters, in fact the moment he became a third year, he took any mission that pertained to hitmen and other assassins, as he knew that they were doing their jobs even after their masters were disbanded. He wanted to find them and help them, and kill them if necessary. He knew not why he wanted to, he can simply go about his own life and they won't bother him much, but if there was anything he's learned so far being in a team for now his third year, it was a sense of responsibility.
Etymology: Krahe means Crow in German, and so does Zwolf, meaning 12.
Family: [WIP]
Other Notes: His name is inspired by a German tale called "Twelve Brothers". A king wants to kill his twelve sons, so that his thirteenth child would be a girl, she alone can inherit his kingdom. The Queen tells this to their youngest son, Benjamin, and that she will give them a warning with a flag.
After twelve days of waiting in the forest, the sons see a red flag, indicating that they shall be sentenced to death. The brothers swear bloody revenge on every girl and move to an enchanted cottage deep in the forest, where they must feed on animals.
Ten years later, after hearing of their existence, the sister finds them there, where the queen hid them for precaution. Together, the siblings live in harmony. But as the sister rips out twelve white lilies out of ignorance, her brothers turn to ravens and fly away. At the behest of an old woman, she decides not to speak and not to laugh for seven years, in order to save her brothers.
A hunting king finds her and marries her. His mother however, slanders the girl's silence, and convinces the king to burn her. The rescued brothers save her from the flames, and with the mother-in-law executed, all live happily together.
