If you're struggling to remember what all the different codes are Hazelrah, you can also use the buttons on the top of the reply box to make it a bit easier! If you press the one with the "@" symbol on it, it'll put the code for a @mention wherever you have the cursor sitting and then you just type the person's username instead of the word Username after the @ - so if you wanted to mention me for example you'd replace "Username" with "The Elvenqueen"

I hope that helps and if you need any other help with coding and stuff I'd be happy to try and explain it to you, been here a while so I've managed to figure out a lot of it! :P

The last cat Spidernose had expected Fernstar to call forward was her and for a moment all the she-cat could do was sit there and blink in surprise, her dark ears shooting upwards and her tail whisking through the snow where she sat in disbelief. M-Me?! Really…? Wow! to maintain her dignity, she sat a little straighter and tried not to look as excited as she felt, waiting for the ceremony to end, she gave Fernstar a firm nod as a way to promise she would do her best to teach her apprentice everything she needed to know about being a warrior of WillowClan. She heard Stormheart call out his congratulations and gave him a twitch of her whiskers, then turned to Duskwing as the more experienced mentor promised to help her out with pointers if she needed it. Spidernose was a little relieved by the offer, as happy as she was to have been chosen as Honeypaw’s mentor, this would be the first time she’d ever taught another cat anything and she was sure she didn’t know everything there was to know about being an apprentice’s mentor. “Thank you, Duskwing. I’m grateful...I’ll definitely come to you for some pointers soon!” she purred before the other she-cat got too far out of earshot.

Hearing the smaller, shuffling pawsteps of the little tortoiseshell as she skittered up to her, Spidernose too got to her paws and dipped her head downwards to touch her nose to Honeypaw’s forehead gently, like she remembered her mother telling her warriors used to do in Clans when they met their apprentice for the first time. And of course she wanted Honeypaw to feel welcome and safe with her. ”Hello there, Honeypaw.” she purred back in a friendly tone as she drew away from the apprentice’s forehead to smile down at her. “It’s very good to meet you, I’m excited for the chance to be your mentor. Now, I’m sure you heard what Fernstar said about Maplestream?”

She knew it would probably be disappointing for Honeypaw, but as warriors (and future warriors) one of their main duties was to protect and provide for their Clan and she figured this was a very good opportunity to introduce Honeypaw to that concept. “Of course, with Fernstar and Blackpelt both leaving camp for that important trip, that means there’s less warriors to guard it. So tonight I’m afraid you and I will have to do that job, but I promise first thing at sunrise tomorrow morning I will take you out into the territory to show you around, okay?”

The cream and brown she-cat puffed out her chest a little as Fernstar agreed with her suggestion, nodding her head, she turned to Wolf and asked him. “Of course, Fernstar. We’ll keep the camp safe, you can fight if you have to, right Wolf? Not that I think we will but worst-case scenario.”

Thankfully, Honeykit seemed to have excellent timing as before the older members of the Clan could get too caught up in the “what-ifs” and worries of the camp being left without both their leader and medicine cat, and short of some warriors, the kitten came stumbling excitedly out of the nursery. Spidernose watched as she settled near the Highstump with her posture straightened and dignified as a warrior already and couldn’t help but twitch her whiskers in amusement. As Fernstar leapt up onto the stump and called Honeykit and the Clan forward, she gave Wolf another friendly dip of her chin and took a few paces closer to the Highstump so she could better hear the ceremony before she sat down patiently to listen, watching the kit leave tracks in the snow as she skittered towards their leader. What a day, poor Honeykit, we almost forgot about your ceremony, we were so caught up in the trouble with Maplestream. in the back of her mind, Spidernose wondered who Fernstar would assign as Honeykit’s mentor, whichever cat it was, it would be an honour for them to pass on what they had learnt to the young tortoiseshell.

I'm kinda waiting on stuff from Fernstar before I can make another Spidernose post really XD she's kinda just chilling there ready to guard the camp while Blackpelt and Fernstar leave for her leader ceremony and the patrol searches for Maplestream ;3

The medicine cat waited patiently to give Tinypaw time to think things over without being rushed. When she spoke, his ears came forward curiously and he let out a quiet chuckle. Three out of four with a little mistake, that was quite impressive for being his apprentice for scarcely a moon. “Almost! You’re right about the burnet, and you got the name right for the chamomile, but you got them mixed up.” he shifted his paw to point out the plant that she had, his voice still as patient as always as he corrected her gently, “This one that you pointed to is the sorrel, and the one you weren’t sure of is actually the chamomile. But you nearly knew them all, so good job!” he praised, wanting to make it clear that he was proud of her for what she did remember.

Eelpond’s paws moved with ease, but at a slowed pace to allow his apprentice to follow what he was doing and hopefully pick up on the technique for splitting the correct amounts of each of the four herbs and wrapping them up into a parcel. He made only one, intending to ask Tinypaw to make up his, for practise. “So, we wrap them all up together like this, burnet and chamomile for strength, daisy leaves to stop joint ache, and sorrel for making you feel less hungry. Sometimes, we can add a fifth herb called ragwort, for extra energy and strength on top of the others, but we don’t have any ragwort right now, so we’ll have to make do with the usual, uh...classics, as we call them.” he chuckled slightly at the sort-of joke, though it probably wasn’t all that funny, and nudged the bundle of herbs towards the young calico once he’d pulled it tight with his teeth so it would stay together. “Just like...that. There~! You want to have a go at wrapping mine for me?”
