  Slim, athletic-built with a killer body to boot; shoulder-length golden hair (which she usually keeps into a ponytail at the base of her back head) and eyes greener than any emerald of the highest grade - Shigure has the look that every man can dream of, or the envy and jealousy of every woman who sets sight on her. The only flaw to this perfection is the seemingly permanent scowl she wears on her face, but on the rare occasions she breaks out a smile the contrast is so great that it often sends others into a trance of shock. She has an obsession with business suits, but her voluptuous curves are the greatest hindrance to smooth out the creases without spilling out her assets.

  Petite and lithe-limbed with a complexion paler than sheets, Nagisa is an almost perfect embodiment of a marionette - save for slight rise and fall of her shoulders, one of the few signs indicating that she's actually a breathing, living being. Her olive-brown hair is kept short with minimal maintenance, her unblinking hazel eyes are so unnervingly glassy that she can easily overpower anyone who tries to challenge her in a staring contest. Her wardrobe is pretty sparse, for she has nothing beyond the same type of stealth suit: skin-tight long-sleeved camouflage turtleneck and dark khaki cargo pants, finishing with a pair of black military boots.
  
  Quiet, mild-mannered and, well, bordering on robotic - Nagisa is very much your typical deadpan kuudere type of character... except that she tends to take black and white pretty much literally, and maybe some warped form of common sense due to her 'Sekirei Programming'. Beneath the cold exterior, she does have a rather innocent side mixed with a somewhat childish sense of curiosity.

  Orinami may not have Shigure's volume nor Nagisa's loli figure, but that isn't to say that she doesn't have her own unique charm - she has the curves in all the right places, and she's more than happy to show off her moe-ness with a radiating smile and playful wink. Her lush rose-red long locks accentuate her aquamarine-blue eyes with a soft contrast, and one can't help having their sight being sucked into the heart-shaped tattoo on her left cheek. She has no qualms about cosplaying - from bunny to maid, all you need to do is ask and be prepared for a sensual eye-feast.

  Average height for a teenage girl - well, she does look like a kid still in junior high - with a slender build that lack the feminine curves. Long teal hair that falls to knee level, which she ties up into twin ponytails; sea-green eyes that are usually half-closed, giving her a permanent bored look. Clothing wise, dress code means nothing to her - as long as they are black, which is her favorite color. In private she is a fan of gothic fashion.

Book Recommendation... Please.

Dystopian huh - if you've read The Hunger Games trilogy, then you should give Battle Royale by Koushun Takami a shot. I highly recommend this novel - you won't see this genre the same way after that book.

And I actually read that when I was only 10, talk about burning my childhood innocence with that...

Rei skimmed through the unrolled form the man showed him. Troy Marcellus, he echoed the name written on the paper in his mind. This stranger - Troy - seemed to be applying for shadow manipulation. His lips trembled slightly at the rising urge to bombard him with a torrent of questions that would quench his thirst for information, but he forced it down with a nod at Troy - his hand pulled out his documents from his hoodie and flashed it at the newfound ally, then shrugged his shoulders apologetically when he realized his application was written in Japanese.

For him to have to sneak through the gates without going through that queer intercom, this person probably didn't register with this damned place---

The sound of approaching footsteps towards their hiding place made the teen snapped his attention beyond the broad shoulders of Troy, at the corridor ahead. A quick glance around told Rei that there was nowhere to run - or was there even a need to? He beckoned the man to stay behind him, his eyes narrowed at the one who would be showing him or herself around the corner...

The figure that revealed himself was a teenager around his age - maybe slightly younger than him - but Rei's instinct told him that this dude wasn't much of a threat, for now. His mouth twitched into a plastic smile at the newcomer.

As Rei stepped through the gate, leaving his old life behind the closing metal bars, he felt a rush of wind - of someone who tried to sneak past him: the blurred frame of a rather beefy human, and he was a little amused at the agility this person showed that contradicted with his size. The suspicious movement of this stranger piped his curiosity - he stuffed the documents into the inner pocket of his hoodie, tailing the man quietly, making sure he kept his distance so as not to attract his attention.

After a few turns around the corner, he noticed that the man had stopped and was hiding away - he soon picked up distant voices ahead. He weighed his choices...

He moved quickly but silently next to the stranger and tapped his shoulders lightly, a finger on his lips and the other gestured at the roll of papers in the man's hand.

Thanks for the mention in the interest check - I've subscribed this thread to keep myself up to date on this RP. :)

A character that requires low maintenance huh... I'm in the process of creating the character sheet (which I find intriguing, albeit a little overwhelming in terms of details). I'm making him in such a way that depending on the IC progress he may become a possible threat and can be killed off if needed to, heh.

(I dunno about other rpers, but personally I'm not squeamish about killing off my characters - if we can die, so are the characters.)
