OVERVIEW

For millennia, we watched how humanity bathed our home planet with not just sweat and tears, but also blood that sprung from the seven deadly sins we drowned ourselves in:

Of pride, the tyrannic rulers across the many civilizations;
Of envy, those who yearned for the power they could never attain;
Of greed, the cunning merchants who traveled across the desert and sea;
Of lust, the emotionally deprived souls of the red light district;
Of gluttony, the rich who showered themselves with irresistible luxury;
Of sloth, those who were left behind to rot in despair;
And finally, of wrath, when justice failed to smile for them.

What could have gone wrong? We were once born pure, full of hope and looked up to the sky; but as the poison of time seeped into our veins, to our heart, we began to look down to the ground, tempted by desires we shouldn't have touched, sinking into the pits of our own crime... Before long, people stopped sharing happiness with others; they started to feed spite into their partners, to drag them down to hell together.

The harder they love, the stronger the hatred when betrayal befalls.

A group of extraterrestrial bandits took advantage of humanity's weakness, toying with our pain and watching how we gave in to our stupidity, killing each other to quench their boredom with our race. And now, they were laughing at us from the shadows, biding their time for the day when this facade crumbled away, plunging the world into a holocaust once more.

The seed of darkness had already been sowed. This time, it would all begin with four unsuspecting teenagers, who would eventually come to realize the devastating consequence of their whimsical choices...

Rebuild of Evangelion - A fucked-up story about throwing a whiny teen boy into a giant robot to destroy humanity. Well, at least this remake has dumbed down the mind-screw so much that it shouldn't hurt your brain as much as the original...maybe.

Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone - Boy meets robot girl.

Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance - Boy meets drama queen. Two of them, in fact.

Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo - Boy meets...boy. And that boy likes him, very much. (Feel free to interpret this in your own not-so-decent way.)

Let's not mention the last installment, which seems to take forever and god knows if it's ever gonna be out anyway.

No pressure. As long as my partners don't disappear on me for months I'm totally cool to wait very patiently. ;)

How you want to introduce your girls (Iri and Xau) - whether as newly transferred students or they already transferred to Meiran and have been Sora's classmate for a week or two - is up to you. You're also free to pick which class he's taking a nap in (it doesn't have to be homeroom and it'd be interesting to see Crira going sadistic on him).

I can tell you're having fun with Max Comics, which from the looks of it kinda...complicated? ^^;
Well I gave up on American comics because the speed of the universe expansion is beyond my limited time and ability to catch up with, yeah.
If I have to name the titles I like, I'd say Batman and Teen Titans for DC; X-Men and Runaways for Marvel.

Horror( RP, Book, Screen)

So you're scared of visual horror?

Rather than writing vs screen, I see it as either visual vs psychological. Visual horror never fails to bore me, so I'd say I'm more of psycho-horror fan.

As to which is a better kind of horror, I guess it really depends on individual preferences. Some people can be easily scared by vivid visual depictions, while some would have to feel it in their bones to actually be scared. (I'm the later type.)

Slim, athletic-built with a killer body to boot; shoulder-length golden hair (which she usually keeps into a ponytail at the base of her back head) and eyes greener than any emerald of the highest grade - Shigure has the look that every man can dream of, or the envy and jealousy of every woman who sets sight on her. The only flaw to this perfection is the seemingly permanent scowl she wears on her face, but on the rare occasions she breaks out a smile the contrast is so great that it often sends others into a trance of shock. She has an obsession with business suits, but her voluptuous curves are the greatest hindrance to smooth out the creases without spilling out her assets.

Petite and lithe-limbed with a complexion paler than sheets, Nagisa is an almost perfect embodiment of a marionette - save for slight rise and fall of her shoulders, one of the few signs indicating that she's actually a breathing, living being. Her olive-brown hair is kept short with minimal maintenance, her unblinking hazel eyes are so unnervingly glassy that she can easily overpower anyone who tries to challenge her in a staring contest. Her wardrobe is pretty sparse, for she has nothing beyond the same type of stealth suit: skin-tight long-sleeved camouflage turtleneck and dark khaki cargo pants, finishing with a pair of black military boots.

Quiet, mild-mannered and, well, bordering on robotic - Nagisa is very much your typical deadpan kuudere type of character...except that she tends to take black and white pretty much literally, and maybe some warped form of common sense due to her 'Sekirei Programming'. Beneath the cold exterior, she does have a rather innocent side mixed with a somewhat childish sense of curiosity.

Orinami may not have Shigure's volume nor Nagisa's loli figure, but that isn't to say that she doesn't have her own unique charm - she has the curves in all the right places, and she's more than happy to show off her moe-ness with a radiating smile and playful wink. Her lush rose-red long locks accentuate her aquamarine-blue eyes with a soft contrast, and one can't help having their sight being sucked into the heart-shaped tattoo on her left cheek. She has no qualms about cosplaying - from bunny to maid, all you need to do is ask and be prepared for a sensual eye-feast.

Before that, we need to establish how and why we ended up in the hubworld. From there, maybe someone who maintains that place or the one who brought us there would issue the starter quest for us to do in order to obtain the device as a reward.

As for the quest itself something simple enough for us to complete without any major trouble. I'm thinking along the lines of "treasure hunt" of some sort for the NPC, or a basic test to prove our worth to the NPC.

Yea, I think we're on our own. :(

Hmm, if that's the case, maybe you can change the status to full and this becomes a 1x1? Unless you still want to look for more players?

Which world would you like to go to after we finish with the hubworld? I know at one point I want our characters to pass through the Marvel and DC universes.

I have no probs with that - actually, I'm thinking of expanding the fandom universes we can cross into as much as possible - be it comic books, literature, movies, animanga, games...anything we can think of (without messing up the core plot of the RP, of course).

After digging around Google for that movie, it does seem interesting. I wonder why it's never shown in the cinemas in my region... Or maybe it did, but the movie tickets here are just damn expensive. :/

No sweat! :) Anyway I think you can start off whenever you're ready. I'm thinking that you could give an introduction of the environment your coven has lived in etc., and then I can incorporate that into my IC post on why they chose to move there and their initial impression upon arriving.

I can either reserve the first IC post to "beautify" it with a summary/overview - maybe even include a list of lores we're using in this RP - or do you want me to put here together with the coding so you can copy/paste it into the first OOC post?
