New Teen Titans - Next Guardians of Jump City

Ok, I'm having a bit of dilemma on my next IC post at the moment:

• For Rune's part, she will be fighting with Ryan, but it would be difficult for me to write out the scene without stepping into godmod zone on Ryan.
  
  • This will be extended to Teen Titans intervention to stop them from, well, tearing down the tower from their rampage. And also to establish first formal contact that all of them are on the same side.
• Kenji's appearance would be followed after the fight (I'll be doing a slight timeskip of his flight from Japan to America) and joins the other two newbies.
• As Dreda whereabouts are currently unknown until you reveal it in your next IC post, I'm assuming that she won't be in the picture - not involved in this - for now.

A possible way to get around this little problem would be us doing a collaborative post in script form - either via Skype, Titanpad or online docs - and then I'll condense the interaction into my next IC post. This way I can prevent from having to godmod Ryan, because his actions and speeches are already established beforehand in the collab with you.

However, for this solution to work, we have to get around another problem: the difference in our timezones.
I'm not sure of yours, but mine is GMT +8.
This problem would be a problem if we're going to use Skype for collab. Otherwise we can use online doc (either GoogleDoc or OnlineMS) or Titanpad (never used this before but worth a try) instead.

So...any ideas how we can get about this?

That's cool - better than me, where my teacher would not expect me to go below an A. It's pretty stressful, but at least it came with the privilege that I could skip English class because there's nothing left for my language teacher to teach me, lol.
Yeah, I'm always under constant stress - whether I like it or not, for no apparent reason. Always in search for a way to pull myself out of this hell, always...

Ah, movies. The only time when I felt the movie did some justice to the books it adapted from was Lord of the Rings trilogy - well, because I couldn't even get past the mundanely long descriptive paragraphs (like, who describes a freaking gate over two pages in extreme detail?).
I've pretty much stopped watching any newly released movies - or reading any upcoming books. I dunno, I'm losing interest and most of them fail to amuse me like the older ones. It felt like the success of Twilight made me finally realize how much the quality of storytelling had degraded in our current era.

I'm trying to control myself and not be an ass to quote your messages and edit out your typos, so thank my high fever for stopping my proofreading tendency. Heh. >:)

I think for the rest of the poem we can work on them after the IC has developed a bit - since for now we don't know if it's going in that direction. Won't be uploading my IC post anytime soon, still not quite recovered from my fever yet.

Sekirei ~Pure Sanctuary~

Anyway, the appearance description of Hikari's starter Sekirei are all done.
(Personally I find the last bit about Shigure's oddly funny. I'm such a perv--- Oh wait, I think I did that to all of them. Oh noes. :P)

Also, the first IC post I reserved is now complete. Decided to use that to do a hearing minute of Yuki. I hope that it's ok tho' - it's my first time trying to write a minute of any sort. ^^;

Well well. I did say it's perfectly ok to have the same title being interpreted in different ways, but apparently Mad Max is the most common one I'm seeing so far.

I thought that Marvel titles would be more frequent with the sheer number of them being released in recent years (Disney is quite impatient on this), but it seems like a silent agreement that they are not really worth mentioning (with Iron Man being an exception because of THE Robert Downey Jr., appeared twice so far in this thread).

Mahou Taisen: Magic Warfare || Stern, tsukune

So, uh, apparently I kinda realized that I'm coming down with a high fever, so I'll probably continue to work on this tomorrow instead.

For now I'm still brainstorming on decent terminologies to call the magic system our characters would be using. Feel free to pitch in your own ideas too. Overall feel of the magic system I'm inclined to go with something similar to Lyrical Nanoha, or we can go with something like the mage class in virtual RPG?
If you have noticed, the aliens are called Rias - which is just rearranging the Latin word for wrath, 'Ira', with an additional letter. :P

...And yeah, decided to drop the 'science' from the title. The simplicity of this one feels better, I think?
