I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

For a moment, Youmu was surprised when the men suddenly reeled, their eyesight eclipsed by blue magic circles. However, the boy from earlier calling to her quickly clarified what the situation was. Somehow, in some manner, he had interfered with their eyesight. That made things much more simple.
"Thank you!"
With that, Roukanken flashed out, and in an instant the short white-haired girl had divided the men's guns apart, each falling into three neatly divided chunks before she pressed her assault. Hakuroken's hilt smashed into one man's temple and sent him to the ground, another man knocked to the floor by Roukanken's hilt. In a blur of nonlethal violence, the men were all disabled on the ground, without weapons and knocked senseless. It was only now, however, that Youmu realized the one who seemed to be the leader had long since fled the scene. Damn it, there was no way to tell where he'd gone, either! After a moment's pause, she nodded towards her phantom half, which swiftly ascended into the air. Even if she couldn't spot him, at least she could try!
"These ruffians were no match for my blades," she added as she sheathed both Roukanken and Hakuroken.

Mordred's elbow rather sharply found itself buried in Menomaru's side, hopefully completely knocking the wind out of the idiot. He sees all this and automatically assumed that nothing mattered at all and everything was fictional? What an idiot. She definitely wasn't fictional. It was creepy learning there was a reality that had this much insight into her existence, but that didn't mean they created her. She didn't really get all the branching universes nonsense in detail, but she knew enough to understand that those unvierses stretched on into infinity. So some creepy universe that had way too many details on all of them was hardly impossible, right?
"Don't pay attention to that moron," she added, before stepping forward herself. "What I wanna know is how hard you're gonna try to get us back home. I'm not staying here any longer then I need to."
Her Master needed every Servant she had, and Mordred had sworn her services. What kind of knight would she be if she went back on that? Sure, it's not like she left intentionally, but she wasn't feeling very patient with this situation. Mordred didn't particularly see much of a reason not to put up with their demands for now, but she wasn't going to agree if they planned on keeping her there.

- Excalibur - Sword of Promised Victory: Excalibur is the peerless holy sword forged by the planet. Unmatched by anything but the Sword of Rupture used to split heaven and earth, it is an incredible destructive weapon, a perfect sword created with the purpose of defending the planet. It is considered beyond any other sword in existence, even those that may have technically been crafted with more skill then it is. Its edge is perfectly sharp and it is an excellent tool for piercing and cutting a target, and even firing a beam of prana, but its true power is unleashed when it is invoked as a Noble Phantasm. When its name is invoked, Excalibur unleashes a massive wave of destructive prana that utterly annihilates everything it passes over, atomizing every single thing it comes in contact with. While this is certainly an incredibly destructive weapon, Saber is unable to use it very often due to its high potential for collateral damage and strain on her mana supply.
- Invisible Air: Invisible Air is a sheath of wind that distorts and refracts light around whatever it encases. It is a simple form of magecraft that allows for the protection and obfuscation of anything it surrounds. Saber utilizes it to disguise the form of her sword, rendering it impossible to recognize the weapon she is using as anything other then something she wields with two hands. However, it can also be used as a form of projectile as well as a defense that can be applied to other objects. Saber may also utilize it in order to give herself a burst of speed. When released to expose her sword's true appearance, it unleashes a shockwave that can damage opponents and knock them back.
- Personality: A strong-willed, stubborn girl who is nevertheless extremely brave and filled with determination, Saber can be said to be one of the pinnacles of knightliness. Truly, she is the King of Knights. So dedicated is she to her knighthood that she considers herself to be a knight before she is anything else. While she is honorable and dedicated, she will not show mercy to her foes if they do not show honor and dignity themselves. A monster, it seems, will be treated as one. Saber has a strong sense of justice, and in all likelihood would first seek to eliminate any foes who choose to harm innocents or plan to do other actions that could be considered evil. Opponents who behave in an honorable fashion are treated with honor and respect, but Saber is not above concealing her weapon to gain an advantage in that regard. In spite of being a proud knight, Saber is riddled with regret and guilt for what she believes were her failures in ruling as King. While she adheres to a philosophy of a king ruling for their people, she still believes that it is her fault that Britain fell. Still, while she has these regrets, there is nothing that will stop her from her dedication to her knighthood nor her pride. In addition, Saber is also capable of being a kind and caring girl who shows concern for others. While she is proud and brave, she is also easily embarrassed and flustered.

On a day like this, with the sun shining down, the air filled with sounds of children playing, birds calling, there was no shortage to the number of people out and about. Indeed, it seemed as if it was a day where nothing could go wrong.
Of course, it was on an idyllic day like this that such a thing could hardly be further from the truth.
The incursion of the Phase in the middle of a densely-packed residential area was sudden and without warning. It was no normal attack, as thousands of the Phase suddenly materialized without warning. Even incursions of this size had been detected before. Never before had it been without warning.
So many died that day.
And yet...
The survivors, in some cases, remember what they thought was a girl. Someone who was defending them... no, someone who was not simply protecting them, someone who was destroying the Phase.
But in all that chaos, it was hard to say what did or didn't happen.
To this day, not a single person has discovered how so many Phase had appeared in an instant.
Or if it could ever happen again.
Present Day...
The school bell rang.
The students of the Kondo School for Girls were being released from their classes. Naturally, there was a bustle of activity at the school as girls began to tidy up and then steadily filter out of their rooms, chatting with one another and making plans for how to go about the rest of their day. Some were the studious type, others were slackers, many fell somewhere inbetween with a great deal of variation. And yet, no matter how different they all were from one another, all of these girls shared one very specific trait.
Something incredibly important.
But regardless, today seemed like any other school day.
And in a certain classroom, a short girl with black pigtails quietly packed up her books. Today's final lesson had been history, and today's subject had related to the Phase. It wasn't exactly a subject anyone with an education would be completely clueless about.
Her pigtails bobbing as she finished packing up her books, the short girl paused for a moment. The other students were already flooding out in rather large numbers, the girl made her way to the exit as well. At the moment, her thoughts were centered on what she'd be doing for the rest of the day. She had some homework to do today, and the fact that her roommate would likely need help was essentially an everpresent factor in her mind.
Her roommate always needed help with her homework. The black-haired girl couldn't really recall a time since they knew one another that it hadn't been the case where there was at least something she needed help with, to be perfectly honest with herself.
At times she wished that her roommate would work harder on studying, and yet...
... And yet...
Midorikawa Nana's pigtails bobbed as she looked back, waiting for her roommate. The teacher had reprimanded her earlier, which was another common occurrence.
It seemed like today would be just like any other day.
And yet...
Deep down, Midorikawa Nana knew that fact could change at any moment.

I'd also note a lock on capability doesn't need to be considered an attack, just something she can do. You can replace it with a more involved function if you want and just mention she's capable of locking on.
@Noodles: Hmmm... I think her Gear is a little underwhelming. Give it some more attacks and functionality, keep in mind that everyone's weapons can transform and change shape and function(to some extent).
