Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?

@samakama: Hmmm... Honestly, he's still kind of underwelming. While I wouldn't recommend making his hammer NP stronger and I don't like Noble Phantasms that specifically function by destroying/permanently disabling other Servant's NPs.

But aside from that, Riders are defined by personally not being that powerful but having multiple strong NPs. Try using his history as a basis and really boost up his horse or something, think about what canon Riders can do.
@samakama: Okay, the big issue I see here is there's really nothing making him a Rider. The sort of quintessential Rider is a Servant who is personally not particularly strong but has multiple NPs, one of which is related to something they rode.

He doesn't really have that.

Give him something like that.
"If you speak of the woman in the water, then yes," Nobunaga responded, glancing back towards the man who had been so recently ejected from one of the tubes, "We know little more then you do, at the moment, which is why-"

And to think, just as they were about to depart, the birds chose to make their move. The earsplitting screech from one of the creatures struck the petite black-haired girl in an instant, the world suddenly sounding far duller and a ringing in her ears, one crimson eye shut as she winced, hand to her head. That damnable sound!

It followed up by leaping from its perch and swooping towards Nobunaga almost immediately...

But even though the small girl was still reeling from the shriek, that did not mean her capability in combat had suddenly left her. Certainly, she was known more for her strategy then personal combat skills, but...

What else could be expected of someone of Oda Nobunaga's background?

Her katana left its sheath, and was swung upwards, directly into the path of the attacking fowl. Either it would be cut, or deterred. In all honesty, after such a piercing sound, Nobunaga hoped for the former.

@samakama: Hey, need a chance to talk to my CO-GMs before I pass judgement.

@Raineh Daze: Alright updating list.

For everyone else, the RP is slated to start this coming week if possible!
@Raineh Daze: Accepted.
Saber - Benienma

The kidnapper's arm was moving. There was the smallest gap, just big enough, that Benienma would see. Her blade slid into her sheath, as the stunned karakuri ninja fell to her knees.

Her sword was one that protected the innocent, but it also passed judgement on the wicked. If this man was going to use the child he had taken as a tool, then there would be no mercy.

The motion was almost instantaneous. To an observer, it would seem as if the dimunituve Saber had suddenly appeared behind the kidnapper, one hand on the dazed little girl and the other on the hilt of her katana.

There wasn't even a single drop of blood on her blade.

Which, perhaps, made it all the more shocking when the kidnapper's arm came free of his body, a perfectly clean cut having severed the limb in an instant. Blood splattered across the ground as he collapsed on his side, writhing and clutching at the wound.

For the sake of an innocent life, a sinner had been cut.

It was a worthy exchange.

Alright I'll be updating likely this weekend, I'm pretty sure everyone who needs to post has.
Should I move things ahead?
@samakama: I don't see why he wouldn't, there's a lot of material to work with.
@samakama: You would, numbers need to balance out.
