Went to an fan convention yesterday after a three year break from them. I forgot how much I love seeing people's creativity, and how fun making even a simple costume is!

Hello! I'm Yankee. I'm usually down for pretty much anything: action, adventure, romance, horror, taboo, comedy, smut, gore, slice-of-life, etc. I like cute, fun stories just as much as dark, gross, traumatic (for character) stories. I enjoy creating original characters for RP, but I get as much enjoyment writing as canon characters in fandom-based games! On that note I like comic books, cartoons, and videogames. I'm also very into cosplay and art!
I am a very slow writer, so my preferred posting pace is once per week or less. I usually post on weekends. I like to have fun while writing, so I prefer relaxed partners who don't take things too seriously. Remember: fiction =/= reality.
Feel free to PM me to chat! However I do not check PMs immediately. Might take me a day or two to get back to you.
As the day wore on a little more, Sia eventually decided it was time to leave. Wandering eyes of strangers were starting to stare, and whether it was because of her appearance, outfit, or simply because she may as well be a tourist, she didn't care. The looks made her skin itch and she sighed, downing the rest of a second cup of coffee and standing briskly.
She checked her watch. It wasn't that late yet, and while she was still relatively new to the area she should spend her time exploring. Not only did she have to get used to the city, but there was the matter of the 'other stand users.' Her brush with breathlessness and meeting with the man who'd introduce himself as Diavolo was starting to feel like a fever dream at this point. Logically, she supposed there would be other people with the same kind of abilities as herself, but the likelihood she'd find one? If people like her really drew close to each other by fate alone, why had she never met one before?
Italy's a much smaller country than America, maybe that's why, Sia thought to herself, Everyone's a little closer together already.
The brunette walked the streets of Florence with no real destination in mind, but soon enough she came upon what looked to be a shopping center. She was contemplating a shopping trip when something strange caught her eye. Two men with an almost comical number of bags - and a shimmering, extra pair of arms. The light faded quickly, but she'd seen it. I - I did see that, right? It was...! Like...! Like her own ability! Speak of the Devil, huh? Sia was struck with the urge to follow them and make sure of what she'd seen. She didn't want to approach them, what if they were dangerous? But she had to find out. Across the street from the pair, Sia made her way in the same direction, keeping a close eye on the man who'd manifested the extra limbs. When she could no longer follow from her side of the street and needed to cross, Sia didn't even think twice about it - she rushed across in order to get closer to the men.
Of course, rushing into a road is not usually a good idea. A shiny sports car came speeding through, and Sia narrowly avoided being hit.
"H-hey!" She stumbled away from the road with a shout, though it would have been entirely her own fault should the car have struck her. She backed away from the road quickly, and her panicked escape had her careening right into the pair of men she'd been stalking.
Been feeling pretty under the weather lately, but I'll get a participant sheet out asap. I was waiting until I had one to move Paramour over the character section so I could throw them both in one post.
Mimika stepped out of the alley way, quickly skipping away from the area. Her mind was filled with options to make Vasilisa’s plan a reality. Well, first things first though. They needed a frontman.
The cleric made her way down the cobbled streets of Bellview, passing by shops and the barracks where hordes of people congregating. She violently pushed her way through the crowd, and once on the other side she looked back at the mass of players and raised a brow
Huh, this will probably be the best place to set up shop, she thought. Continuing on, she eventually came to the town’s tavern. She threw open the doors and marched up the counter, flashing the bartender her brightest smile.
“Hiya barkeep! Where can a gal find someone for hire? Store front position!”
The barkeep looked at the small girl with slit eyes, the vision of the elder human man glancing along her body - unamused or perhaps just disappointed? He cleared his throat, the bar was rather empty, and spoke with bellowing voice that echoed throughout the wooded interior.
“You think you’ve got enough money to hire someone in Bellview?” He raised a loft brow.
The man’s expression had Mimika straining her smile, and she could feel her eye twitching in annoyance when he questioned her. What the hell, she was super cute! Old geezers especially should be fawning over her, or so she thought.
“What makes you think I don’t?” she questioned back, trying to appear as polite and innocent as possible. “Well, even if I don’t, I have a business partner, and we’re looking to hire.”
The man grumbled, slumping down and resting his jaw into an open left-handed palm. “Very well, there’s a small area of working teens and young adults behind the southern merchant strip. They’re not old enough to be masters of a trade, but not too young to work, I’d recommend you head there.” He nodded to the girl.
“Southern merchant strip,” she repeated, “Yay~ Thank you~!” The elf winked at the barkeep and turned away. He was right, she didn’t have even one copper to her name at the moment, so it wasn’t like she could tip him for the info. Even if I could, I probably wouldn’t though!
She strolled out the door, taking a few seconds to look at the map once she was back in the daylight. She had considered asking around the Adventurer’s Guild, but she really needed an NPC that wouldn’t ask questions, so merchant strip it was.
Mimika hopped along, heading towards the market. Once there she kept an eye out for any kids she thought might make a good front man for them. Someone charming, that could calmly deal with players. A girl would be nice, Marcus thought, letting Mimika idle for a moment while he mentally made some notes about the area, and the plan in general. Really hope I remember this when I wake up. Maybe I should invest in like, an in-game notepad.
Eventually the cleric found her target: a pair of young women chatting outside of a shop. Bet they’d like some extra spending money. Mimika approached them with a smile, waving as she got closer. “Hi ladies! I’m Mimika, nice to meet you! I have a business opportunity if either of you would be interested?”
The taller woman dressed in shades of gold and green turned to respond first, likely a bit older than the other. “We have working military men for husbands, they’re members of the guard? You seem new to the peaceful Bellview, I doubt you’d understand.” The woman batted her eyelashes and flipped her bronze locks out of her face.
The younger of the two squinted at her partner, shorter brown hair and a much friendlier appearance exemplified the difference in the twos personality. “We are former maids to a lecherous lord, excuse her for the rudeness. But, I don’t mind hearing the proposition - profiteering is always a valid venture.”
“Good,” Mimika continued, keeping her polite smile plastered onto her face.Outside she was the picture of etiquette, but on the inside she thought, What the hell? Dumb fantasy world rednecks. Do you want to depend on your fake husband forever?!
The cleric cleared her throat taking a few seconds to cobble her pitch together. “This will be no cleaning service - for you, at least. I’m looking for someone willing to run a store front. Accepts orders, smiles at potential customers, that sort of thing~ All the hard work will be done by my partner! It’ll be a service for adventurers. Still with me so far?”
The two silenced themselves and nodded to the small adventurer on attention. Though this was briefly broken by the taller, older girl speaking. “We don’t know if these new adventurers are dangerous. Can you promise our safety?” She snipped.
Mimika blinked. That was a great question. These NPCs are kind of believable, Marcus thought, not for the first time impressed with the game. Still, not to be seen as unsure, Mimika quickly answered the woman.
“Right now we plan to open up pretty close to the barracks - ” Of course, Mimika hadn’t discussed any of this with Vasilisa, but hey. “So not only will the guards be nearby, but my partner is a giant. A gentle giant, but emphasis on giant!”
She paused a moment before continuing, “If that still doesn’t make you feel safe, we can invest money into a private guard. Help keep people from doing anything dumb. We are a budding business though.” Yeah they definitely wouldn’t be able to afford to hire a guard at the start, but honestly some muscle to keep the business safe would be a good idea down the road.
“Whaddya say~?”
The two women then exhaled in relief, the taller one rolling her eyes to the short-haired one before nodding to one another in acceptance and saying in unison. “We’re in.”
"Excellent," Mimika's smile was nearly devious. So far, so good! She brought up the chat menu and quickly messaged her partner, and after some fiddling actually did find a note-taking function in the UI. They really thought of everything huh?
[cherryblossomblues]: HEY @Vasilisa I got em where u wanna meet back up [cherryblossomblues]: 1 cute 1 got a tsun vibe [cherryblossomblues]: @ me wehn u can
The cute cleric happily addressed her new employees that they'd be meeting with her partner soon, and went ahead and added the two girls to her current party - yet again without permission from the party leader, Neres. With that done, the trio made their way back towards the center of town. With Mimika leading the way, the group were mostly absentmindedly wandering. Hope I don't have to kill too much time... oooh is that a shop? She ducked inside in order to sell the cudgel she'd started with, as the staff she'd traded for with Neres was a strict upgrade. Finally some coins in my pocket! Hehehe-
The enraged German shouting caught Mimika and the girls with her - as well as several others in the area - off guard. He was really loud. Mimika sighed through her nose and rolled her eyes. Wow, what's this problem? Is it even possible to get so mad over a game? After a moment thinking about it, actually, yeah Marcus had seen plenty of videos of people smashing their computers. At the memory, all he could do was
Personality: One who delights in the giving of gifts and knowledge, yet one who also expects to be reciprocated. The Devoted Paramour is one that solemnly flirts with those on the other side of reality, finding the Mortal existence to be a charming one. They can easily become enamored, in a sense, with secretly influencing the lives of other beings. To Give fills them with great joy, but to Take leads The Devoted Paramour to an even greater pleasure. When they can no longer Take from a being, they feel extreme anguish and quickly seek out the next being they can Give to. All in all, The Paramour holds little regard for other Sponsors and though they do not stray from the flock whatsoever, they are primarily concerned with their own games... though The Game soon to begin will be their ultimate expression of "love."
Specialty: Totem Class Participants
Participant: to be decided
Affiliation: The Court
I wrote this sponsor with the intent to pair them with my own participant, but I don't mind sponsoring someone else! Participant to come at another time.
I'm gonna be brainstorming a character today! Might throw some incomplete sheets in here to get feedback. The premise really intrigues me but I'm small brain and just want to make sure I'm correctly understanding everything.
Do you intend to let people choose between playing a sponsor or participant, or is it more like we will design the sponsor for our participant? If you don't mind me asking.

The Cadet nodded his head at both Tora and Franklin's words. This info was especially important, he guessed. Use that 'friend heart' to free people - he knew that already of course, just from his own experience with the Courier earlier that day - but only when they were in a weakened state. The redhead had tried producing a friend heart already with poor results, so he doubted he'd be helping directly with releasing people from Galeem's control, but he could still do his part.
"I'll keep an eye out for a good opportunity!" Cadet assured with a toothy smile. When Tora got up the Cadet turned back to his plate, but not before light heartedly clapping Franklin on the back. "Hey! You gotta eat a lot more if you wanna be in top hunting form!" Cadet's tone was encouraging and he gobbled down the last of his many portions, posing as an example of 'top hunting form' himself. Once satisfied, the hunter scooted himself down to a more open area of tables and brought out the arm guards he'd taken from the 'loot pile.'
You have acquired: Vassal's Kote Gauntlets that cover the back of the hands and wrists, and made by fixing iron plates into a semi-cylindrical shape. Though heavy, they provide excellent protection. This Tosei-gusoku armor was worn by the hereditary vassals of a warlord.
Ace Cadet stripped off his own bracers in order to compare the two pairs of armor. It didn't take very long - the hunter poking and prodding the gauntlets, weighing them against his basic bracers, and of course trying them on - and eventually the young man determined that the bronzed iron gauntlets were of much better quality. He slipped them on, flexing his fingers once more and make sure they were a good fit. Seems to be! Kinda clashes with the rest of my armor though. I'm due for an upgrade.
Bowser's booming voice easily caught the Cadet's attention, and he eagerly jumped up from his seat. "Hellblade yeah! I'm more supercharged than a Zinogre and I'm ready to take this thing down!" The redhead hunter grinned as he made his way to the door to join the giant turtle and his smaller turtle family. He made two quick detours: the first was to scoop up the fish scales that Tora had added to the big pile of items. The second was to the Guildmarm's desk, where he flashed the woman his most charming smile. It always delighted him to hear her wish people "Happy Hunting!" "Wish us luck! We'll be back soon!"
Full of confidence, the young man strode to the Guild Hall's door to join the hunting party.

Flintlock Pistol
Kept tightly strapped to his person, the rudimentary pistol is used more to ward off danger than to kill. Shots fired at distant foes rarely hit their mark, but it keeps them away. The gun has it's uses.
Scimitar
A sharpened sword worn proudly on the hip. While he usually lets others handle the bulk of combat, Asante is proficient with the blade and the sight of it sometimes helps to deter would-be thieves.
Dagger
A short dagger Asante keeps concealed in his pants leg. The blade is only 4 inches long, but it gets the job done.

Info
a p p e a r a n c e Asante is a lithe young man of average height. His thin, flexible frame lets him more easily move through sands and ruins. He keeps his dark hair relatively short and wears breathable clothes in order to keep cool. He has bright blue eyes that perhaps hint to his perfect vision, letting him see over many miles or make things out more clearly at a distance. His tanned skin is common among the humans in the Exiled Lands. At times he enjoys adorning himself in jewels, but never does so when out on a mission.
p e r s o n a l i t y Asante owes his life to the Sunrunners, and this fact deeply affects how he acts within the guild. He goes out of his way to make a name for himself and assist his seniors, giving near everything he earns on jobs to the guild's treasury. Although Asante prefers to think things over and may question a party leader's orders at times, he won't disobey them unless he feels his own life is in direct danger. Speaking of lives, he has no qualms about about any of his juniors being left to die if it means completing a mission. Although young, he was near-raised in the guild and there are plenty older though less skilled members that might as well be his juniors - and he considers them as such. He doesn't hold much love for those people, and he is often cold toward them. In general, Asante is a young man of few words, but he'll speak up when he thinks it's needed. He enjoys his alone time, and is on his own more often than not in the base, but at heart he is an extrovert and likes being in a group, though he won't admit that. Sometimes he will seek out scholars or older members returning from missions just to hear them tell stories, which makes him feel at ease. He doesn't pry into others' business and doesn't like people nosing around his either. Although Asante is aloof and unfriendly at first, forging a friendship with him means you've earned a life long friend. He begins to act more like a normal fun-loving adolescent when he feels comfortable around someone.
