Current Sometimes you spend so long looking for peace in someone else, you loose sight of that peace you can give yourself. Don't forget that guys.

So many writing ideas, so little time to write. Being an adult sucks...

I'm still doing process of elimination for which Pokemon I'm going to run into and attempt to capture.
@Zarkun So... who's Jason battling? So confused haha

Nobody at the moment. He'll likely be out looking for signs of Legendaries in my next post.

I think Zarkun was talking about a NPC challenging him. If two Player Controled characters battle each other, I'd rather you use Pokemon Showdown.

Ah, alright, never mind then haha. Misinterpreted things.

I mean, if you want to use an NPC, feel free, but it's not really what I meant. Plus...like I said, I'm more of a cinematic battler. I understand the purpose behind using Pokemon Showdown, but considering Jason didn't join the League, where's the harm in just a post by post collab battle that reads well for entertainment?
I'd like to offer up Jason for an opponent. He's not worth any League points, but he does have a lot of different types to practice against. Though...I'm more of a cinematic battler than a dice roll battler.
@Balthazar007 For battles and whatnot, could I maybe write about a combo but give you a different move to calculate with at the bottom of my post? I'd prefer to be able to be creative with movesets, especially with Camden (seeing how he likes showiness over sheer power), and in my head using moves like Tail Whip before Tackle just makes more sense. This way, I get to maintain my creativity in my posts, and you get a realistic calculation (since the move would probably be used eventually, just not right away).

This is actually a really good point. Moves that lower stats usually are most effective when they lead.

I don't deny your logic. So I will make an adjustment to my math that will reflect that. Per usual, I won't go back and change anything, but this change will effect future battles. If that is a major issue, I'll make an exception and go back to change it, but (no lie) that would be a headache.

That does remind me, did Crunch gain a level?

Once more, the Genie took off, but this time, he fully agreed with the direction she was going. Pulling his Imago Loop free of it's holster, he chased after her, watching the airship in the sky. "Charger, can you make contact with anyone in the castle?" The Ghost, who had given chase to the Dragonfly to help keep track of him, shook his body no before he realized that his Guardian couldn't see it.

"No, I can't. And that airship hovering over the castle...I'm coming back to you, James. You may need me." James shoot his head no as well.

"No, stay with Sparx. We need to know if the baddies make another play for him." He double jumped to a nearby roof, working his way higher. Charger didn't answer, instead working to keep up with the yellow bug while the Hunter worked to reach someone in Tetris Castle. "Guile, Rosalina? Anyone? Come in, this is James."

As Aayla's attack fizzled out, Forest frowned. Huh, guess she can't use that move yet. Suppose that's what I get for being overeager. However, it didn't make any difference, as the Togedemaru's counter-attack, a Rollout, missed spectacularly and instead ended up knocking the steel and electric type on his butt, leaving Pinsir the winner and the mouse like Pokemon exposed. "Well, I suppose that works." He threw the Pokeball and watched, holding his breath in anticipation.

The ball wiggled once...twice...three times. What was likely only a couple of seconds felt like forever before the ball clicked and ceased to wiggle. A smile split his face and Aayla fist pumped in joy. They'd caught the Togedemaru, despite not technically battling it. After high-fiving the Pinsir, the ex-Guardsman recalled her and headed for the healing machine. Qui-Gon would be a fitting name for the little guy, or he hoped it would be.

After introducing all his Pokemon to each other, he had set back out to do some genuine training, this time intending to engage with a Jigglypuff or two if he could find them. Presuming it doesn't just Sing us to sleep.

Despite it seeming like a close battle, Crunch came out on top, just as he always did. However, there was the matter of he'd left his spare Pokeballs back in his room in the HQ. Sighing, he pulls out his phone and dials the HQ's recovery team. "Hello?"

"I've got a Pinsir here for recovery, pinging location now. How long til you get here?" Silence reigned except for the tapping of keys on a keyboard. After a couple of moments, an answer came.

"I just informed the team, they'll be there in fifteen minutes." Thanking the man, Jason hung up and settled in to wait. There were worse ways to spend his time after all as he unleashed the rest of his team to practice, which he joined them in.

Gonna get a post up asap. I is tired.
I'll probably put it in Casual, but that's more to avoid scaring off other interested players. Advanced has a small group who aren't intimidated by the section, others...well, I know I am XD
