If Doctor Oobleck noticed the ubiquitous business cards, the tangible tension between some of the students, or the drowsiness of a one-armed redhead, he took no notice. After appearing seemingly out of nowhere in a characteristic burst of speed, he wasted no time launching into a lecture concerning some of the earliest civilizations to have ever populated Remnant. He glossed over their societal norms, art, architecture, and accomplishments, peppering his conversation with questions to the students -often specifically, to keep some of the less-interested teens involved- and trying to narrow down potential thousands of years of history into clear and precise analysis. To be sure, those without drive to learn and discover would doubtlessly find his instruction yawn-inducing, but any student in their right mind would have to admit that this topic was fascinating. To look back across the ages and discover the roots of not only modern society and culture, but thought itself, was a valuable and insightful pursuit. Plus, to any still plagued by the thought of the silenced singer brought in earlier, a new topic might be a welcome distraction.

It did not, however, last forever. Even as Oobleck drilled into the vaults of history, time itself ticked by, and before too long the class found the passing bell ringing through the halls again. With Combat, Math, and History out of today's way, there came again that magical time of day for all to rest and refuel, even if only for a little while: lunch. The cafeteria was open as usual, but after an installation during the weekend, a brand-new on-campus eatery called Deli N'Doul was open for business as well. Today's dishes in the cafeteria were fish fillets, two varieties of pizza, peas with carrot, buttery potato slices, corn-on-the-cob, macaroni, and the obligatory salad bar.

Though one of the first ones into the huge room, Abel did not immediately make for any place in particular. He wanted to stick with his teammates or, if they'd already made plans for lunch as well as after school, wait for an informative message to pop up on his scroll. His head was still buzzing from all the history injected into it, but it wasn't a painful sensation. On his mind right now were two things: how exactly ancient cultures' ideas about the world might feed into contemporary ones, and trying to make himself seem cool and casual should Krysanthe appear.

Cobalt Chideta-Lunch

Cobalt calmly got out of his seat, with a little difficulty due to his size, and walked out of the room and to Deli N'Doul. He had heard some students talking about it as he walked through the halls, it sounded fairly alright. He questioned when they had went to it and decided they probably skipped on history. Cobalt pondered why anyone would skip such a delightful class and shrugged. Some people weren't that smart.

He arrived at the Deli and ordered a table for four. He got out his scroll and texted his teammates to come on by if they wanted a free meal. Unfortunately he realized he had no idea what their numbers were. Oh wait, they were already in the scroll. Thank god the school gave him his teammates numbers, it would've been embarrassing if he had ordered a table for four and nobody showed up.

Just ordered a table for four if you guys are hungry. Food is on me, at te new Deli that opened on campus. Please show up if possible.

He ordered some salad on the side and to drink he wanted a glass of water. He decided to hold off on the main course until everyone else got here.

Eyes wide open Skyra stared at Mokuren. She actually never heard what Mokuren said after the 'I don't like you' thing.
Completely overwhelmed by Moku's statement Skyra sat there and just stared before, completely unwillingly a few tears escaped her eyes.
No those weren't tears. A Skyra doesn't cry. The air was just way too dry...
"You don't like me? Why are you sticking around me then?", she managed to croak out of her throat, her usual raspy voice making it sound a lot more hurt.
"Are you just playing with me? I liked you..."
Suddenly the barriers broke and Skyra down.
"Every time I try to make friends this happens...", she whispered her crying face in her lap, knees kept tight to her chest.

Mokuren was unsure what was going ot happen after she admitted her true feelings. Super Sad Crying Skyra, was not on her list of possiblities though, and she was caught sorely off guard by the tears and hysterics.
"Umm....I think I may have said that wrong. I don't like, what you do to me. Before you, life was simple. Just, 'wake up, hate people, eat cheese, go to bed'. But, you have propogated all these strange feelings and emotions in me and I don't understnad them. I don't know what to do with them, or if I will ever fail to return the way you feel about me because of my ineptitude with the whole thing. And, that, is why I said, what I said. In a very untactful manner. You make my life complicated and confusing" Mokuren finished, before wrapping her rather strong arms around Skyra.

"If you want to leave me now, knowing I'll probably never be able to feel for you like you do for me, I'll understand. But, if you want to stick around and help me deal with this new life, then I would be most happy"

Robert was sharper than he led others on to be. Well, it didn’t exactly take an expert to listen to the loquacious brotherhood that was Grane and Gren taking a hearty stroll down memory lane. Delta shifted his footing and eased his shoulders, then issued his teammate and the girl with cerulean irises a card each, ”Indeed.” He shortly said with tedium. ”I’m basically reiterating what Eve said. I don’t know my place around the town too well, and to be frank, I get lost easily. Except when I’m in combat.” The boy made sure to add in the last part, hoping that his leader wouldn’t value his efficiency any less.

”Having an extra person or two to guide me around is plausible.” His monotonous expression met both of their gazes. He ran a hand down the back of his neck as their professor zoomed behind the podium, thermos full of coffee in hand. ”Oh, a teacher with good tastes.” Delta thought to himself after spotting the container of bitter goodness. He had the sudden urge to run back up to his seat and raise his can of coffee to the man. It was rare to see an adult with such an idiosyncratic hair color. Spiked virescent locks surprised him, along with spectacles thick enough that he couldn’t even see his eyes, Oobleck was without a doubt quite the peculiar teacher. This was bound to be an enlightening class.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________

That was a tiring class. He would have chosen running laps over taking notes at a lightning fast speed any day of the week. It was during the lecture did Delta find out how godawful his handwriting was, borderline illegible, even a toddler would piss on it. The student had his face dug into the hinge of his notebook, constricted by overwhelming anguish. ”Eve.” He beckoned in a muffle tone from the book. The familiar had been sitting on his desk for the duration of the lesson. Eve tilted its head as it scrutinized the grey-haired fellow, ”Please tell me you recorded that session.” Delta turned his head on the pieces of paper to face Eve, eyes devoid of all hope. The semblance gazed upon its companion in such a sorry state and sighed, ”Yes. Documented as History 001. Why do you ask?” The boy sat up and stretched out, ”We’ll go over the whole lecture later tonight. I might need to rewrite a few parts.”

He would also have to pay back Robert for the notebook he lent. ”Set a course for the dormitory. I think I have the room number in my scroll.” Rather than striking up a conversation with any of his recently acquainted classmates, the boy rushed, more so lept down the steps towards the exit. Before he departed with his luggage for their room, he sent his teammates a message:

To: Robert Fallson, Grane Blauer
From: Delta Snow
Subject: Food
Dropping off my belongings at the dorms. I’ll find us a table at the cafeteria as well.”

It was a quick trip from the dormitory to the cafeteria, if it wasn’t for Delta’s abnormally fast walking speed, he would’ve taken much longer. Even though music was playing through his headphones, the chipper temperament of Beacon’s students permeated the rhythmic notes resounding in his ears. He didn’t have an exact taste when it came to music, but whatever he picked up, it always seemed to reflect his inner self at that very moment. Maybe it was another way of expressing himself, given his reticent demeanor. The noise pollut- volume of people only increased when he entered the cafeteria. He was expecting a myriad of personalities and cliques to manifest at secluded tables, but he was surprised at the social diversity he found within the room. A place where everybody could be themselves and eat to their wallet’s desire around their peers. ”Eve, see a free table?” Delta asked while scanning in one direction.

”Yeup, ten o’ clock. Jeeze, took you long enough to spot i- No, ten o’ clock, that’s nine forty-fiv- JUST TURN LEFT A BIT AND WALK STRAIGHT!” This was how guiding Delta usually played out. It was a miracle that he found the dormitory bathroom earlier. After the lost puppy of a human being found himself an open table, he quickly reserved it and returned with pizza and macaroni, meticulously spaced out and organized on his plate. Delta produced his scroll from his pocket and pecked away at the screen.

To: Robert Fallson, Grane Blauer
From: Delta Snow
Subject: Re:Food
Site secured. Bring friends at your leisure.

He exited out of the texting application and scrolled over to the roster, then suddenly paused. There was an extra profile. ”Vixi…?” Delta felt the hairs on the back of his neck stick up as he felt a presence abruptly sneak up on him from behind. He slipped off the headphones and glanced back. ”...What?”

Oswald Connolly-To Food!

Oswald spent the duration of history class desperately trying to retain the information Dr Oobleck was inundating the class with. Thankfully he'd seen fit to deliver a lesson which didn't require a decade of prior education to understand. Of course, there were certain things that the stout hunter hadn't learned, but Oobleck was much more patient with Oswald than most would have been.

As the class finally let out, Oswald made his way to the cafeteria before noticing a message on his Scroll from Cobalt. What a guy. He's really serious about this leader thing, isn't he? Well....his loss. Shrugging to nobody in particular, Oswald sent a quick reply to his team leader before making his way to the deli.

ETA 1.5 mikes

True to his word, Oswald had arrived in about a minute and a half. Joining his leader at the table, Oswald gave a nod of greeting.

Luke Schwarz -- Eating at Maintenance

Looks like it's pizza today. the young man noted, after the fairly uneventful, yet admittedly not-unbearably dull history class that had commenced not a minute after he'd tested his subconscious ability to calculate ballistic trajectories on one Sangue Naga. Poor girl's sleep habits must have been even worse than his. Sure, he stayed up late often and found himself drifting at times in many classes, but at least he'd always managed to fight his way back from the brink. Wondering if it'd be too intrusive, if it wouldn't be his place to inform Ben about it as someone who really only counted as an acquaintance of the team, he gazed down at his meal, markedly devoid of protein as it was.

Now, under certain circumstances, he'd be more than happy to dine on something with more substance (he actually loved some good tuna salad) but in the case of fish filets, one ill-fated venture into eating tilapia had caused a food allergy to rear its head, and as such, he'd sworn off most fish if he could help it. Seriously, feeling one's own throat first bump, thenb swell, and finally be the channel for vomit on it's way into a nearby toilet was one of those experiences that he was less than willing to ever knowingly repeat. Best to just not risk it, since Tuna seemed to be the only known safe haven.

Now then, that was the end of mandatory classes.

Starting from 4th period onward, the team's gonna be split amongst what's basically electives.

Wonder who'll be in Armory...

He frowned as he chewed.

Should he have gone Grimm Studies instead? While learning how his weapons could be upgraded and such was lucrative, the old adage of "know thy enemy" was arguably moreso...

"Ffmmmmm."

Sepia had just enough time to say "Hmmm . . . I hadn't really thought about it." before history class started. She spent most of class pondering this question, as the history lesson wasn't likely to stick in her mind anyway.

As the end-of-class bell rang, Sepia turned and answered with a "cute little fangs" bared grin. "I suppose it is the people here. They have given me excellent first impressions so far." She stood up and gathered her things. "You are going to lunch, then? It will be my first time knowing anyone, as I got here for practice on. . ." she thought for a moment with a cheerful smile. "It seems I have forgotton."

Gren Orchid

"Pfft. Like you haven't already, ya busta." Gren said playfully as Grane haphzardly passed out his business cards. No one seemed impressed, which was fine for the green faunus. He doesn't want too many people showing up after all. After Grane took a seat Gren went back to his chair and got ready for class. And none too soon, as shortly after Oobleck came in and came in hot. Without so much as a greeting he delve straight into the lesson. Gren had to hasten himself and take out his notebook, quickly recording Oobleck to make sure he didn't lose anything. While he could always not worry about a written notebook and just review the class lesson through the video recording, Gren didn't want to blow his cover (To everyone) by not keeping notes and somehow having a perfect memory of how class was. That and it helped him fight off the boredom by doodling.

And as quickly as it came class was over. As per usual Oobleck was a master at the information dump and Gren simply stopped trying to take notes after Oobleck prodded everyone with questions. This was something that Gren himself was rather interested in getting down; not only would he get their names but also a bit of how they think. Gren himself was not immune to these questions and Oobleck asked him a few too, though Gren gave him textbook answers while remaining as neutral to the subject as he could.

After class was lunch, Gren's favorite subject. Before leaving to the cafeteria Gren turned towards Grane. "Ayo, I'm going to meet with my team soon. Why don't I introduce you to them? Meet me in the cafeteria so we can all get some grub." Gren waved goodbye to his old friend and made his way to the mess hall. Along the way he sent a text to Shiro and Abel. Thinking about it, he also sent it to Sapphire.

To: Kuhaku Shiro, Abel Fulgurate, Sapphire Rode
From: Gren Orchid
Subject: Lunch

Let's eat at the new Deli for lunch. I also want to introduce you to an old friend of mines, I didn't realize he was also a hunter here at Beacon. You should be able to find me rather easily.

@Lugubrious@harinezumikouken@Prince of Seraphs

After sending them the message Gren walked over to the cafeteria. It was full of students and most were waiting in line for food. Gren didn't want to get food and eat before his Shiro, Abel, or Grane, so he didn't wait in line. But while he was looking for seats he noticed Cobalt sitting with Oswald. If Gren remembered correctly, Sapphire had thing for Oswald. He didn't know what sort of thing, but as a team member Gren thinks he earns the right to know. That and he wanted to greet his opponent.

"Hey Cobalt, Oswald. Mind if I take a seat?"

Diamond - Epic meal time

The bell announcing the end of the class woke Diamond up from her semi-conscious, boredom induced trance. The fact that the teacher of the class most aimed at memorizing facts spoke at light speed did little to make her pay more attention. She decided history would be something better studied on her own. And as soon as she declared the period a total loss, she pushed the hat to her face and tried to be invisible as she took a snooze.

She headed out of the classroom to grab a sandwich and go have a smoke, but her scroll's beep notified her of a message. Flipping the device open, she checked what's up. Oh? That should be interesting enough. she thought and turned on her heel, heading out to meet hopefully the rest of the team, although she wouldn't exactly mind a good heart to heart without anyone else.

Arriving at the place she spotted Cobalt and Oswald easily enough and with a tip of a hat slipped into a chair at their table, waiting to be told what this is about.

Emerald Felicia

Emmy skipped happily down the hall, fortunately for the cat faunus, history was one of her stronger subjects, unlike math. She’d paid complete attention and even found it interesting! But with class now over she was really hungry. Cobalt, the newest member of what was now team CODE and their apparent leader had requested that they met him at the new Deli, and the food was on him! Her tail wagged faster at the thought of food. After all that hard studying she felt like she could eat an elephant.

As she entered the Deli she hunted down her team with her eyes, scanning the room until she spotted Cobalt, Oswald, Diamond and...Gren? Well the more the merrier, she hadn’t had a chance to get to know Gren yet, and she needed to if she was ever going to achieve her goal of making friends with everyone on campus.

She waved at them excitedly, in such a manner than most people would assume it was an over exaggeration unless they knew Emmy. She ran over and promptly sat down between Oswald and Diamond. Looking at all of them cheerfully.

“Hey guys! What’s up? I think I could eat just about anything right now!”

Cobalt Chideta-Deli N'Doul

Cobalt smiled as everyone showed up, he had kinda expected at least one person to flake out. Then Gren showed up and Cobalt's wallet moaned in pure agony. "Sure thing man. I'm paying, so order whatever you want." Cobalt said with a smile. 'Please don't order whatever you want.' He thought to himself. It was when Emerald spoke that he felt a sudden chill down his spine. He had the sudden realization that maybe Gren was the lesser problem in regards to his wallet.

The server came around and Cobalt ordered some fish and chips. He loved his seafood. The server took everyone else's order and came back about ten minutes later with all of their food. "Wow, that was pretty fast. Good service." He commented as he began eating. "So, what's up with Professor Oobleck? He seemed a little... hyper." Cobalt asked as he thought back on the lesson. He liked history as much as the next guy, but Professor Oobleck's class felt like he dumped the entire semesters curriculum into the space of an hour.

Robert Fallson - Slowly going blind

"Yeah sure, I'd love to come. Helping someone in need is my kind of thing, especially if it's a friend," he replied to Delta, already considering his new teammate that he'd only known for a half hour a friend. In his peripheral vision, Robert noticed that people were turning away from their fellow classmates and toward the front of the room where the teacher was probably now standing. "Talk to you after class, dude," he said as he turned his attention to Oobleck.

Another day in history, another day of fun. At least for Robert. Most probably didn't enjoy history as much as he did. Robert was weird like that. It probably helped that he had been in class everyday from day one and had quickly adapted to Oobleck's fast-paced lectures. Still, no matter how much he loved the class, there was a basic, human necessity that called out to him: his stomach. As soon as the bell rang, Robert rushed toward the door to get to the cafeteria before the line. After taking what he thought would be a shortcut though, he found himself waiting at the very end, almost out the door of the large building.

Ten minutes passed before Robert finally escaped the line. During that time he had read Delta's message and sent a reply telling him that he'd find him as soon as he got his pizza. As the red-haired teen looked table to table to find his teammate, he realized that the bridge of his nose was beginning to get sore from having his glasses rest on it for so long. He removed his glasses momentarily to massage his aching nose with his index finger and thumb. It was only a second, but it was all Lady Luck needed to torment the poor boy again. A nearby group of students were busy playing with their food rather than eating it, and one specific boy was squeezing a small ketchup packet. The flimsy packet could not handle all the pressure being exerted on it and a small tear formed in it. A stream of the red condiment squirted out and made a beeline straight for for his eyes. "Gah! Why'd it have to be the eyes again?" he said as began rubbing and blinking away the shear thinning fluid.

Spotting the familiar neutral colors of Delta's appearance, Robert sat at the seat across from him. "Hey." He looked up to see a figure behind his teammate, but if it was someone familiar he couldn't tell, the acidic condiment still burned his eyes. "Who's your friend?"

Emerald Felicia

Emmy was happily devouring her fish fillets, along with an order of potato slices and a salad. The others at the table could almost swear they heard faint purring coming from Emerald as she ate.

She looked at Cobalt as he spoke of Professor Oobleck, cocking her head slightly. "Well I don't know, he didn't seem all that hyper to me. I understood everything he was saying perfectly. I suppose he talks a little fast though." She gave a shrug as she took a sip of her water.

"So...we should probably talk about...team stuff." They hadn't really talked as a team at all, not since Cobalt joined...and to be honest not since she had joined either. Emmy had only been part of the team merely a few days longer than Cobalt, only Oswald and Diamond had been there since the beginning and gone on a mission together, which had let their two former members to leave the team. Emmy didn't want that to happen when they went on a mission together.

Sangue Naga - Lunch

She succeeded in defeating the devious History class thanks to a trusty paperball that flew out of nowhere and her will to stay awake.

With that in mind, Sangue popped into the cafeteria faster than her teammates. At the moment, she was focused on keeping up with her schedule as much as possible so that she would not fall into the temptation of chatting with her teammates and start forgetting things again.

The red-haired woman walked into the cafeteria. Again. Another day, another lunch. She needed to fill herself with food; she saw food more as sources of survival rather than "tasty treats." The cafeteria's food was not half bad, anyway.

So Sangue decided to encounter a new food she had never eaten before.

Pizza.

She got a pepperoni pizza and walked to a table by herself. Placing her tray on the table with her only arm, Sangue slowly sat down and stared at the food.

And thus began her battle of calculations against pizza.

There were some people eating pizza with their hands, but some were using their cutlery to eat it piece-by-piece. As much as Sangue wanted to eat it piece-by-piece, that seemed like a hard task to do since she only had one arm. She was definitely not going to start swinging her Claw in the middle of the cafeteria just to smash apart a pepperoni pizza.

So she picked the pizza up with one hand and bit a piece off of it.

"..."

Though her idle expression did not faze, her eyes glowed (figuratively) as she bit off another piece. Pizza seemed interesting; like pasta, it was different from the foods she usually ate back when she lived alone.

History was boring and despite how quickly Oobleck was talking to Ebon it felt like it lasted forever. He plugged his headphones in and listened to music for the entire class. He did keep his mind open to Oobleck in case he tries to call for him to answer a question. Ebon would just pluck the answer out of Oobleck's head and repeat it just so it looked like he was paying attention. Eventually the lunch bell rang and Ebon slowly made his way out of the class and towards the cafeteria. Maybe he'd try out that new deli.

As he was walking out he noticed that Skyra wasn't at class. He may not pay attention in class, but it would look bad on him if one of the members of his own team had skipped out. Even if it was just her. Taking out his Scroll Ebon made Skyra a text message.

"Where are you at? I didn't see you in history."

Ebon was about to send it to Skyra hen he spotted her talking to that faunus girl again. The same one who was at their dorms a while ago. Skyra seemed unhappy and Ebon was about to go over to see what was wrong when the fox faunus hugged Skyra. Staring at the two intently Ebon made a quick read of their minds. The fox faunus was a jumbled mess, but he got some feeling of confusion from her. Skyra was obviously sad but could discern some sort of feeling of betrayal. He wanted to go over and confront them, but he didn't have enough to work with. Despite what he initially thought he knew the fox faunus wasn't actively trying to hurt Skyra. Skyra herself didn't have all the answers in her head either. So instead Ebon walked out of sight but stayed close enough to get a read on their minds and hear them. They might not like him eavesdropping, but he didn't particularly like one of his team members getting emotionally hurt either. He stayed off too the side and put his headphones in his ears but didn't play any music.

Oswald Connolly- Ah yes, 'Talking'

Gren's arrival to the table was a bit of a surprise, but it wasn't particularly odd, all in all. The two teams had a rather substantial amount of communication with one another over the past week: between fighting, time spent on revelry, and during classes and lunch, CODE and SASG were rather intertwined.

"Ah, hey Gren. Good to see you." Nodding as the boar faunus sat down, Oswald got ready to empty Cobalt's wallet. A physique like his or Gren's was...not something easily achieved. All in all, he ended up with everything but salad. And a second fish filet. He nearly matched Emmy's enthusiasm while eating his meal, but lacked the bubbly atmosphere. He looked more like a man meeting a long-lost lover.

Emmy's mentioning the necessity to talk about their team situation dampened that enthusiasm, but he nodded. "Agreed. I personally don't mind if Gren's here for it, or anybody else from SASG, for that matter."

Sapphire Rode - New Deli Place

Sapphire found Oobleck's way of talking rather disconcerting but also sort of fascinating. Like when you have a movie and turn fast forward on so all the characters are speaking and doing everything really really quickly. While Oobleck taught his class, which from the sound of it was closer to a semester in one hour Sapphire finished up her schematic for the device she was building. While she drew she was beginning to have thoughts about possibly making the gadgets collapsible like her daggers. The ones fixed to her boots could of course simply collapse into the boots but the hands would be a bit trickier. She couldn't have them as bracelets given how Morpheus and Phobator were stored, or rather would be stored when she recreated them in a couple of days.

The bell rang as Sapphire was still thinking. She packed up her drawing deciding she'd finish it in armory class. Not long after the class wrapped up she got a text from Gren saying that he'd reserved a seat for the team for lunch. It didn't sound too bad and Sapphire could see from the group nature of the text that Shiro would be there. She could ask him about the pills after lunch. After all for all his bubbliness and destructive habits, he'd never struck her as crazy. At least not in the clinical sense of the phrase.

When Sapphire arrived at the caf she scanned the area but was unable to locate Gren. He was a large boar faunus, the kind of person that sticks out in a crowd. Being unable to see him in the main mess Sapphire crossed over to the little deli the school had just opened. Once inside it wasn't difficult to find Gren. The new deli place was small and Gren stood out even in the largest of crowds. She was surprised if slightly pleasantly so to see Oswald at the table along with Diamond, Emmy and the idiot from the incident with the boy on the hill. She assumed he was the new team leader. She didn't know his name. Emmy as usual looked light enough to float, most likely cause there was fish in front of her. Oswald looked as though he'd been marooned on a desert island and he'd just discovered clean water. Diamond was looking suspicious as usual and Sapphire was still having difficulty reading Gren.

She sat down at the table opposite Oswald and next to Diamond. Nearest seat to the exit which also faced the exit. An old habit that she'd not been able to shake. Besides it allowed her to keep an eye out for anyone she didn't want to associate with and make a quick retreat if the situation called for it. She ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a drink before looking at Gren. "You called?" she asked wondering why he'd wanted the entire team together.

Napoli Fiordilatte - Securing Food and New Friends(?)

History class had been history class. Not much else Napoli could say about it, although Beacon did have a more Vale-centric approach to the material. Personally, while Napoli enjoyed learning about history, after all it was something that he could quickly find use for, the students at Beacon appeared to be covering material his school had gone over last year. Of course most likely this was just a result of early review, a clearing of the veil that clouded past knowledge still locked away in the brains of these youthful hunters and huntresses in training.

Get it? Veil like Vale.

I swear I waste my best jokes internally.

All that said, now was the time for food, and food would soon be acquired from the cafeteria he had seen previously during his Dei Tour. It was actually rather peaceful, seeing as Napoli had ditched both Boss and she who shall not be named, right now he could simply go about his carefree and merry way. At the cafeteria, Napoli, ever grateful for the free meals, grabbed some pasta with copious amounts of cheese. Now however came the true test of courage.

Finding a seat in this overcrowded school.

It was only through the vague recollection of a few other first years, that Napoli found a table that would most likely be accommodating. "Pleasure to meet you all. My name is Napoli Fiordilatte," Napoli greeted as he neared the assorted team, "I hope that my presence won't be any sort of intrusion and that you'll grant me the honor of dining with you fine gentlemen?"

Kuhaku Shiro: History Class -> Lunch

When Sepia voiced that she hadn't really thought about the question when he posed it to her, she grew silent for the remainder of class. As the bell rung and signaled the start of the class, Shiro pulled out his Scroll and began to take notes on it in tablet form. He momentarily glanced over at another student who chimed in at the last moment about how he liked the food at Beacon. Something about the quality being better than his hometown. Blinking, as he didn't recognize the student Shiro kept quiet and focused on his note-taking. Fine-tuning his focus so that he caught as many important bits of the caffeinated Professor Oobleck's lecture as he could.

---

The bell rung again, before Shiro knew it. Signaling the end of that class period already and the start of the lunch break. Smiling, Shiro collapsed his Scroll and put it away as he gathered his things. Looking up just in time to see Sepia grinning at him, he couldn't help but slowly grin back for whatever odd reason. Seeing other people smiling almost always made Shiro do the same, regardless of the situation. Whether their happiness and joy was infectious or his was, it was never quite clear to Shiro. Blinking, he tilted his head at Sepia's delayed answer. "First impressions?" Whatever could she mean? Had she met a lot of fun people? Come to think of it, what team was she on? Who were her teammates? Frowning, he was about to ask her what she meant by 'excellent first impressions' but became distracted at her question about lunch.

"Oh, right. Lunch."
Patting his tummy, he realized it was about that time.
Though he didn't look like someone who ate a lot if he had the choice and Lien to, he'd constantly be eating.
He had a black hole for a cast-iron stomach.
Able to eat anything and in nearly any amount without becoming sick or lethargic.
He just heavily preferred his high-protein rich foods.

His Scroll buzzed and vibrated as he got a message.
Pulling it out of his bag, he checked it as his eyes and face lit up.
Looking back to Sepia, he grinned.
"Yeah, I'm heading to lunch right now. Gonna meet the other Swansong members there and some extras. Would you like to come with?"
Slipping his Scroll into his pocket instead, he hefted his bag and beckoned for Sepia to follow as he walked out of the class.
"Come on!"

---

On his way to lunch, Shiro looked up at the ceiling and 'grumped'. Frowning, he just remembered that he had forgotten to ask that one student what his favorite foods were and where did he call home. If he had his name, Shiro could just message him from his Scroll. But he didn't even remember to ask that much. Letting out an exasperated sigh, Shiro continued on his way.
