His roommate had taken him off guard with how easy he was to talk to. He had expected something different, perhaps he'd heard far too many rumors about wolves. It was easy to make bad assumptions when he'd been spoon fed horror stories ever since he'd been changed. Werewolves were temperamental and dirty. They hated all vampires and treated them with utmost disrespect. Blah, blah, blah.

"Yes, I believe that's all I really need to set down."

When the other boy asked about what had brought him here, he couldn't help but feel a flicker of discomfort. He remembered Ivan, his blond hair and his gray eyes. He remembered how they'd fallen in love but how seretive they had been throughout their relationship. How Valentino hadn't wanted his parents to know that he had fallen for a boy. The strange shame that he had felt in having to tell Ivan that.

He hadn't realized that there were much worse things to have to hide from his parents than a boyfriend. He hadn't realized anything until Ivan had sunk his fangs into his throat. It had scared him, he had started to panic almost instantly and yet Ivan had been so gentle. He'd been so kind that it had been shocking in itself.

The change had been tough on him, struggling with a strange feeling of betrayal. He didn't feel like he was allowed to be angry about it, but after some time, he'd realized that it was some violation of trust. He hadn't given him permission to initiate the change, he hadn't even known. They had an explosive argument when he finally brought it up.

Thinking about it, it made his fists clench. He kept his tone even, light almost. "My ex-boyfriend changed me, I wasn't down with it and we broke up. It was all very messy. What about you?"

Nick feel like she been walking for hours, even though Nick have the map, they feel like they are lost. there are so much halls, stairs and door, Nick was about to tell the teachers where room 589 is but then they remember what aunt Sam tell them when Nick was attending a new school from San Francisco, she say "If you are lost, then go back where you start and then go where you need to go" so that what Nick did. They go back from start and find their dorm room but this time they look very closing to the map and then eventually, they found their dorm room.

They open to find two beds and windows, Nick just can't believe it, they are actually in a castle but sometimes Nick feel kind of homesick. I mean don't get it wrong, Nick is happy that they are here with Gwen but sometimes, they wish Nikki was here. She could goof around with them, thinking of many ways to prank students and teachers or both of them just relax. Nick miss those times but this is present, this is now, Nick can care of themselves and still have fun here.

As Nick unpack their stuff, they hear a sound of a door opening, “Hello, anyone in?” the voice say. Nick see a guy with light brown hair with green eyes entering the dorm room. "Oh, hey man, what's up? I guess you are my roommate. My name is Nick, nice to meet ya" Nick say with a smile and offer a handshake.

Marcus Nightsbane

Adrian was really sympathetic towards Marcus bloodlust, after all he knew that it was harder to control with children and how feral they became if it was not satiate in due time. “Well, we should certainly take care of that now shouldn’t we?” said Adrian, to which Marcus replied with a silent nod while Have messed up his hair with her hand.

“Did you not just have blood before the introduction?” "I did Hava, but... but... yeah I'm growing up. Like Adrian said." He stopped for a a couple seconds thinking to himself and then continued. "Hava do werewolves also have... hum... special foods or you eat like normal people? And is the thing about the full moon like in movies? Do you also go really.. hum... crazy, like me when I don't have blood?" As always Marcus was full of questions, luckily for him Hava seemed to like him, so she answer the questions, at least in her own way. Marcus had seen Hava interacting with other people apart from him and Adrian and she wasn't as nice as she was with him.

And then came what Marcus was expecting but did not want to happen. The roommate subject. From the words of Adrian he understood that it was about to come, but Hava made sure to clarify even before Marcus had time to answer. "I only noticed the guys with the big wolves. Do you also have a pet Hava?" He asked trying to escape the subject, but deep down he knew things had to change so he continued. "Is the roommate a boy? Girls are normally weird." As he said this he looked towards Hava. "Not you, I like you, you are different from girls, I know you are a girl, but you are nice, and fun,and more like boys you know?"

As they walked towards the kitchen, they passed by a few of the new students, some of them werewolves, which for Marcus meant one thing, something that he had recently started to dislike, heartbeats. "Can I decide after food? The heartbeats are noisy when I'm hungry." Even though this was somewhat an excuse to postpone the decision a bit longer, it was also part true.

It was all too familiar: the students, the professors, the schedules. Diamond Greene hated school more than anything, and was ecstatic when she finally was able to walk across the stage and receive her high school diploma. She had done the bare minimum; she put in just enough work to pass all of her classes with a D average and graduate on time. As she moved her tassel to the left side of her cap, the only thought that ran through her mind was that she'd never have to go through this again. College was definitely off the table, thanks to her terrible grades and lack of extra curricular activities. In fact, like half of all high school graduates, Diamond was planning to go straight into the workforce. She was going to find a decent paying job, move out of her mother's home, and live her life on her own terms. None of these things actually came to fruition. While she had moved out of her mother's house, it was only because of the person she had recently become. She couldn't even keep the job that she'd secured a few months ago due to her new identity and "family." And as for finally getting the chance to live life on her own terms, she may as well erase that idea from her mind completely.

Now, the young woman entered through the front doors of Bloodmoon Castle, her arms folded across her chest and her eyes narrowed. She kept the same, cold expression even when the oddly cheerful older woman handed her a class schedule and dorm room information. "Head down the hall and to the right..." was the last thing that Diamond heard before she turned on her heel and followed the rest of the crowd to the main assembly room. She couldn't help but stare curiously at some of her fellow classmates as they filed into the room and took their seats; while she was used to being in a large crowd, she wasn't used to being surrounded by werewolves and vampires, especially. Diamond sucked in a breath when her eyes found those of what appeared to be some sort of wolf hybrid, and another when she spotted the girl who sat behind it. As she made her way to a seat near the middle of the room, she made a mental note to introduce herself later on.

Diamond sat through the brief speech, impatiently tapping her foot on the floor. When everything had finally wrapped up, she exited the assembly room as quickly as she could and made a beeline towards her dorm room. "Room 416... Room 416..." the young woman repeated to herself as she walked down the corridor. After finally finding her dorm and pushing the door open, she was relieved to find that she was first to arrive. She let out a deep sigh as she tossed her duffel bag onto one of the empty beds and soon plopped down right next to it. With her eyes closed, Diamond patiently waited for her roommate to arrive. She was slightly interested to see who she would be bunking with for the time being.

Everly Castle

@Cleverbird

Everly closed her eyes and sighed in annoyance as Robyn began talking again, not caring about any of the insults she had used to make the girl leave her alone. A small growl bubbled in her throat at the constant talking of the vampire. Of course she got the most annoy person in the school, or at least it seemed like that to her right now. In the back of her mind she slightly wondered if she just straight up attacked the girl, if it would make them switch her with another roommate. A small smile twisted at the corners of her lips as she looked over to Mystic, who had laid down next to her and the bed.

“No, fights on first day...you promised, Summer.” The wolf said, making Ever’s smile fade as quickly as it came.
As Robyn continued to ask annoying questions, Everly quickly turned on her heel with an irritated expression in her eyes, though that was a look that seemed to never leave her face.

“Being a werewolf is trying to constantly contain a monster inside of you that wants to rip annoying people like yourself apart.” Ev looked Robyn up and down again, this time with less anger in her eyes. “Looks like you will be a constant test of my patience this year.”
“And yes, I can talk to Mystic. That’s why I know you shouldn’t touch her, so don’t bother trying. She is as hateful as I am.” Mystic’s head rose from its spot on the floor and her eyes locked with Everly’s.

“Don’t give me that look. You know it is true.”

Cole Turner

@sassy1085

"Oh, hey man, what's up? I guess you are my roommate. My name is Nick, nice to meet ya"

This was the greeting Cole was met with as he entered him dorm room. The hair on the back of his neck stood up straight as he got a good look at the person he would be rooming with for the rest of the year. He could tell the person was a vampire as soon as he walked into the room. They had the pale skin and smelled of something slightly dead, but also sickly sweet as well. The smell made his nose wrinkle up slightly, but he tried to shake it off quite quickly, after all he didn’t want to offend them. He didn’t have a problem with vampires like his father had, but it was still hard for him not to react in some way since hatred for their kind had been forced into his brain the moment he was born. Pushing passed the scent, he threw his stuff on the opposite side of the room and took Nick’s hand with a firm shake.

“Hi there, I’m Cole. Nice to meet you as well.” He flashed Nick his usual toothy grin, making his canines look more prominent. “I’m guessing I’m not wrong when assuming you are a vampire?” Cole asked letting Nick’s hand go so he could start unpacking his things on his side of the room.

“You’re not going to, you know, suck me dry while I’m sleeping are you?” His tone was very sarcastic and it was easy to tell he was just joking around, though there was certainly a part of him deep down that really did wonder that.” Werewolves still had beating hearts and blood pumping through their veins so it was certainly a valid question, but he would never admit that it was actually a concern.

Hadrianus Nightsbane

@Kaesus

"Not you, I like you, you are different from girls, I know you are a girl, but you are nice, and fun, and more like boys you know?" Marcus said as Hava and Adrian walked the halls with him. "Can I decide after food? The heartbeats are noisy when I'm hungry."

The two ancient beings chuckled a little at the young vampire’s words, but then quickly both exchanged a small look of worry between the two of them. It was subtle and almost impossible for Marcus to see, but the mutual concern was still there. They had spoken to him about this multiple times and he would usually change the subject in some way. It also worried that about the fact he didn’t want to room with a girl. They had tried to match him up with a young vampire like himself, but there were few child vampires or werewolves that had enrolled. Not to mention child creatures of the night weren’t exactly common. Due to being hard to control and hard to keep fed properly, children weren’t usually targets for supernatural creatures to turn.

So far there had only been 2 other children that were sent to the school. The rest were teenagers that were far older than Marcus.
“As you wish, but you are not getting out of the conversation again.” Hava finally said as they entered the kitchen. Adrian brought the young vampire down from his shoulders with ease and ushered him to one of the fridges with blood.

“Hava is right, you simply can’t keep avoiding the subject, Marcus. We shall let you feed first though. Take your pick, I’m sure you have a favorite by now.”

Daniil Sim

Daniil watched his roommate shift and watched his hands curl in. Daniil had learned observation when he started looking over the farm at night, making sure no animals got past the line and looking for the signs of when a predator was close to closing in. The night his family farm was attacked was the last time he ever let anything get past him; even with his anger getting in the way of him seeing straight.
"My family and I were attacked one night. I ended up getting bitten and the next day my sire came and took me away," he said simply. "That was a year ago and now I am here. Still trying to figure out if it's a good idea or not," he chuckled.
He kept his eyes on Valentino as he talked and gave him a slight smile.
"You ever decide you want to payback your ex for what he's done, you let me know." Daniil gave his roommate an award winning smile.
He was always a protective guy but the change made him more so, irrationally so. Daniil just met Valentino but he was ready to harm and potentially kill a vampire for him, without needing to think about it. In a way, it was Daniil's way of paying back the people for what happened to him.

Drake Morrison

'So it was finally time,' Drake thought to himself as he woke up. He went over to the window in his room and lifted the black out curtains to let the afternoon light in. For the past few years he has been here, he never got used to sleeping during the day. He would pull the blackout curtains down and sleep from about 7am to anywhere between 1pm and 3pm in the afternoon. He got dressed in gym clothes, snagged himself a light breakfast, and went to work out in the weight room for a couple hours. After that He got washed up, having to stoop a little in the shower for the showerhead to wash his hair, and dressed into his regular clothes. ((description added to cs))

After a while the time finally came to go to the orientation. It felt odd, going to an orientation to a place that you have lived in for nearly three years, but he hasn't taken any official classes yet, just learned a few basics of transformation and keeping his anger in check, so this should be good. So far, its only been him and the headmasters along with a few staff here and there, so it would be interesting to see just how many people are going to be at this school.

All of Drake's things were already here, considering he didn't have anything except the clothes on his back when he got here it was easy to move in. Over time he was able to get some essentials and some things to entertain himself, but he spent most of his time either working out, exploring, and helping where he could if anyone needed it. Now, however, he would be a student, and he wasn't entirely sure what kind of changes that would entail, but it did excite him that things were about to be different for a change.

He made his way down to the orientation hall when it got darker and saw more people than what was probably in his entire old school. He stayed in the back and leaned against the wall, keeping himself out of focus, he figured with his stature, staying in the back would attract the least attention. During the orientation and noticed that everyone was loaded up with baggage, waiting to go to their rooms. 'Glad I don't have to worry about that,' he mused to himself with a slight smirk. He hadn't met a lot of the teachers that had arrived that day either, the only people he knew here were the headmasters and some of the staff that kept the place tidy. From what he saw, a lot of the vampires seemed to look down at nearly everyone while the werewolves were just generally looked irritated and ready to go to their dorms.

When the orientation was over, Drake turned to leave, not noticing the rather short girl that seemed to come in after him that was standing next to him and nearly tripped over her. His face got a little red, even though he kept a straight face and tone. "Oh! My bad, I didn't see you there." he quickly said as he knelt down to help pick up whatever was dropped.

Reena

She never thought she would see a castle in person before. The sky was a canvas of ebony as her grey eyes stared at the moon that waned behind the intricate designs of the building before her. Crowds of people on ether side as Reen hugged her bag, her cello resting on her back, giving her some sense of security as she felt her skin crawl. The vary air was hostile, twisting and turning, crashing like waves on brittling stone. She could see the wolves, their eyes the same as the beast she tried to hard to befriend, unknowing that she was actually talking to a person through thoes days. The smell of dog and death filling her noes, twisting her gut as she hunched her shoulders and quickly rushed past the crowds.

"Don't be afraid around them, they can smell it." The words of her sire only made it worse. He tried to tell her that wolves were very simaller to the beasts that she grew up with, but the tigers that nuzzled the fences were easy to read. They had patterns, if they were fed they were fine, if they had their space they were fine. It was easy to construct everything needed to stay safe, they didn't lie or betray. Here, here there were people who could smell her terror. They could taste it and they could manipulate it into their own gain if they wanted to. Reena wanted so badly to turn and run, to hide back in the woods where she would at least have an understanding of what was out there.

"Registration paper's?" The voice made her jump, eyes wide as she saw the woman at the desk was giving her a smile. She probably dealt with shy kids before. "Oh...Um..right..." Her sire helped her fill it out before she came her so she could focus on getting her barrings first. Her moves were not like the other vampires, those ethereal gates were replaced with shaky doe like strides as she tried to get used to using limbs that were absent for so long. "Here..." Fishing out the papers, she handed them in, only to be pointed in the right direction of the almost ending ceremony. "Don't be scared dear, there are plenty of people that can help you." All Reena could do was nod, closing her bag and moving again, trying to find her dorm. Seeing a large man help another with her things, only to watch a wolf seeming to prowl the halls, even the sight of an animal was no longer welcoming.

"416...right, 416..." Walking to the stairs, Reena began to freeze. She never walked up stairs before, least not this high. Could she do it? would this be fake and they would just buckle and she'd fall? She swallowed a ball of fear in his throat as she took a shaky step, her hand grabbing the cracked marble railing as she felt the smooth texture run cool under her palm. Step, Step, Step Her feet clicked on the surface, her eyes wide as she took in the sights around her. Large windows with a stunning display of the mountain side opened up for her, the soft moonlight dancing over the halls unbarred from the heavy curtains the did not stir under their ties. Grand works of art hung on the walls in crafted frames, oil paintings and tapestry as students from children to elderly wandered the halls.

She never thought she'd be in such a place. She could already see how high the ceiling was, how amazing the acoustics would be if she played here. Still, she had to shake her head, find her room first, that was what she needed to do. "416" counting the heavy oak doors, Reena finally rested on one to the end of the hall, her fingers carefully tracing the design before she brought a set of pale knuckles to rap at the door. Knock Knock Knock

The door opened in silence as she was met with a rather large room for a dorm. Two beds and a desk, with a window holding heavy curtains to keep the threatening sun away from them. Sitting on the bed was a young woman, maybe a little older than herself with bronze skin and thick curly hair. She had a very set type of features, a kind that made her jump a little only to bow her head in greeting. Her hands fussing with the tassels on her bag, Reena set them down on her bed as she slowly lowered the cello case and set it against the wall. "Um...I guess we're room mates? My..My name is Reena, it's nice to meet you." She was quick to cover the tattoo of paw prints on her wrist, hiding them in her sleeve as if worried she would offend the woman that she found herself with.

Serena Khilani

Walking within the hallways of the school, Serena was slowly taking in the beauty of such magnificent architecture. Sure, she'd seen plenty of similar structures in the past, but never in person, while standing inside one of them. It was quite the sight, and Serena couldn't help but softly smile to herself as she pushed forward surrounded by the large group of students all heading in the same direction. Her oversized wheel luggage in tow, plus the heavy backpack she carried along with her purse all made Serena a bit anxious to get to orientation. All her belongings were weighing her down a bit, her body weakened by the fact that she hadn't had a single bite to eat all day. The trip had tired her out, and the previous night's sleep was basically non-existent thanks to her anxiety. But she was fine otherwise.

When Serena finally got to orientation, she was quick to find a seat. It was then an intrusive thought found its way through her mind reminding her of home, and how much she already missed her parents. It was a bittersweet occasion because they had been right all along. Greg was no good for her, or anyone else for that matter. She should have paid closer attention to the signs clearly displayed by some as selfish as him, but she was young, and completely caught up in their relationship. But the past was in the past. Serena shook her head and then concentrated on the speakers taking center stage. One of her legs was crossed over the other, her foot uncontrollably twitching with anticipation of what was to come. But given that she was part of such a large crowd at the moment was reassuring enough to comfort her a little. Besides, it's not like she would have a hard time making friends.

After they were dismissed, Serena got up, stretched, then quickly started to follow the crowd outside to make her way to her room and meet whom she'd be spending a crazy amount of time with. Caught up in her own thoughts again, Serena didn't notice one of the extremely tall students who had nearly walked into her. She quickly stopped and took a step back, her arm instinctively going out in front of her which caused her purse to drop. The guy apologized in response, reaching down to help her get her belongings.

"Don't worry about it, it happens!" she smiled, picking up her luggage which had fallen on its side. "My name's Serena," she continued as she was handed back her purse.

“I’m guessing I’m not wrong when assuming you are a vampire?” Cole asked, "Yuy, I'm your vampire roomie. I'm also guessing I'm not wrong when also assuming you are a werewolf?" Nick also asked. Cole ask Nick they not going to suck me dry while I’m sleeping are you, to many vampires, they may think it was offensive to ask a vampire but to Nick, they just laugh at the joke that Cole just made. "Ha Ha, no, I'm not suck your blood. I'm more of a "vegetarian" vampire, and if you also ask, no my skin doesn't sparkle like diamonds when I walk towards the sunlight" Nick jokely say to Cole.

Nick start unpacking their things from their bag, Nick look through the window after they were done unpacking. While look outside from the window, Nick starting to like the shot, so they open the window, pull out their phone, go to their camera app and took the picture of the shot. Nick see the picture they just took, the moonlight bean towards the trees while stars shine brightly Man, Aunt Sam going to love the pictures that I'm going to take. After thinking that thought, Nick close the windows. "What about you?" Nick ask Cole "Are you going to bite you while I'm sleeping" Nick say jokely but a thought came into Nick mind "Mmmm, now I think about it, what would if vampire bite a werewolf or werewolf bite vampire? Would both transform into vampire werewolfs?"

Drake nodded at the greeting. "I'm Drake," he replied. He saw how much she seemed to be struggling with her luggage, which to him was odd as from what he learned, werewolves and vampires were a bit stronger than humans, but she may be worn out, who knows. "Um, on second thought, do you need any help? I could help you carry your things to your room. We'll just have to make it quick, I don't think the headmasters would like guys being on the girls' wing, even if it is just to drop stuff off."

After several minutes of working on her math homework, Amelia let out a sigh of frustration as she set down her pencil. She was having too much trouble, partly because she was still struggling with whole concept of multiplication and partly because her hunger had flared up and was quickly becoming the only thing she could focus on. She had tried to ignore it, as she greatly disliked the idea of drinking blood but the feeling just grew stronger the longer she tried to ignore it. So now she was left with no option but to head to the kitchen for a snack.

Setting the paper aside so she could easily find it among the mess in the living area, she got up and left her room, glad to see that the halls were mostly empty now. Smiling at this fact, she made her way down into the kitchen and made her way to where they kept the blood, looking for one item in particular. It took several minutes to locate it but eventually she found what she was looking for: blood pops. Lollipops made with every vampires favorite, and only, food source. It helped her feel at ease to have something like them around to help with her hunger, even if they weren't really a full meal.

Grabbing several of them, she quickly unwrapped one and stuck it in her mouth before heading to leave the kitchen and return to her room. Unless she was intercepted by someone.

As soon as she heard those three loud knocks coming from the front of the room, Diamond sat straight up in bed, her eyes popping open and instantly focusing on the oak doors. She watched with mild curiosity as the door slowly creaked open, and raised her eyebrows when her gaze met that of a petite, younger woman. The young woman was beautiful, to say the very least; she had soft features and a face full of freckles that stood out against her pale skin. Her most striking feature, however, definitely had to be the thick, red hair that curled around her face and cascaded down her back. Diamond observed in silence as the girl entered into the room and sat on the bed across from her. Her nose wrinkled a bit as the woman’s peculiar odor wafted from her bed to Diamond’s place on her side of the room. She was a vampire.

She could easily tell that the other girl was nervous based on how she fiddled with the tassels on her bag. Her lips slightly twitched at the corner when she caught sight of the large cello case that the girl had set against the wall. “You know, you don’t have to be nervous,” Diamond said, her gaze momentarily flicking down to the girl’s wrist, “I’m not one to bite.” As Diamond spoke, she unconsciously studied her new roommate’s facial expressions, curious to see how she would react to her joke. In the few months that she has been immersed in this new way of living, not once has Diamond had any sort of encounter with a vampire despite hearing many stories about their species. Therefore, she had no idea what exactly to expect from the girl. So far, she seemed to be alright, but that was still subject to change. For the time being, Diamond decided to just treat the other girl just as she would any “normal” person.

“Diamond Greene. It’s nice to meet you too, girl.” As Diamond introduced herself, she confidently held her hand out to her roommate to shake. “I guess we’re gonna be rooming together for a while, so we should get to know each other a bit. I’d hate to have to live with a complete stranger, you know?” after saying this, Diamond let her gaze land on the large cello case that sat not too far away. “I take it that you’re a musician...”

Reena

She looked like a powerful woman, confidence radiating off her every feature as she felt her new room-mate study her like a tiger. That's what she reminded her of, she smelled of the wolves back home, but, different, prouder more elegant. She was closer to the large royal gate of one of the big cats who seemed to be holding all their strength behind an easy going gaze. Was this what a actual werewolf felt like? Or was it different now she was changed?
Reena almost jumped when she was told that she didn't have to be afraid, that the wolf girl, of all people wouldn't bite. She's heard the joke before, but now it only caused her cheeks to take a dusting of light pink.

"O-oh of course! Well, you're not the first werewolf I met, and he was kind enough not to bite ether...I mean...That came out weird..." Her voice trailed off as she tried to save herself, her hands twisting their fingers together as she looked down at them. Silence stretching between them causing her heart to quicken in an awkwardness, she was sure the older woman could smell and feel. "Sorry, things are just...strange..."

Strange was an understatement, she had only been changed for about two weeks now. Her world was flipped upside down only to be shaken and turned backwards. She was in a new place, with a new life, and she was standing on her own two feet. She actually had to look down again to remind herself of that, thinking for a moment that she was imagining it and that she would be in her chair like it was all some detailed dream. Before her thoughts could get anymore scrambled though, she jumped when she saw a hand held out with the smoothness of a free arrow. Her name filling the room and making her meet the woman's gaze. Diamond Greene, that seemed like a fitting name actually the more she looked at her. "Oh, um, Reena, Reena Durian. It's nice to meet you....And I already said that..." Taking her hand in greeting, she was surprised to find how warm it actually was.

Blinking in surprise when she heard the woman wanted to actually know her. Renna found herself nodding a bit. Weren’t they supposed to hate each other? The fear ebbed in her mind that somehow instincts would take over and the two would be at each other's throats for no real reason other than history. Still, it was a rather relieving thought to know that Diamond was fairly laid back. "Yeah, it would be a little strange to not know each other, I uh..I guess. How has it been so far? Coming here I mean?" She was not the elegant creature her sire was, she fidgeted, her eyes darted around as she pulled at her hair and clothes as if she were uncomfortable to be in her very skin.

She seemed to melt a little at the mention of her cello though. A smile appearing on her lips as she looked back to the case. Pride even drawing on her features when she nodded. "Yeah, I couldn't play sports or anything from a young age so my family got me into music. I'm lucky I was able to bring it, would have gone crazy if I couldn't play here."

Serena Khilani

"Well, I guess...if that's okay with you."

Serena looked around for a moment, repositioning her footing in order to get a bit more comfortable. "I don't think they'll mind, right?" She smiled for a moment, catching herself staring at Drake's large physique before quickly turning her head as a result of an incoming coughing fit.

A second or two later, Serena finally managed to clear her throat. "Excuse me," she quickly apologized, reaching within her bag to fetch one of the small bottles scattered inside. She quickly downed two pills before handing off her larger luggage to Drake. Serena then put her pill bottle away and grabbed the small paper which had her room assignment. Motioning for Drake to walk with her, Serena followed the signs to the location of her room which they eventually reached a little while later.

"Well, thank you again for helping me. I suppose I'll see you around... I mean, I'm sure we'll have a few classes together."

Daniel Morningstar

"The best way to prepare to for an enemy, is to know them"

Cyrus' words echoed through Daniel's head as he looked up at Bloodmoon Castle. "I guess this is where it all begins" he mumbled to himself as he made his way to the castle's entrance. He could smell it before he even reached the door, vampires.... for the next..... god knows how long, Daniel would be forced to live alongside them in this Castle. Daniel grumbled in disdain as he entered the castle and slowly made his way to the registration table.

"Name and registration please?"

"Daniel Morningstar"

After checking in, Daniel then had to sit through some bullshit seminar about 'tolerance' and school rules. He didn't listen to a damn thing during the entire speech, he was scouting out what there were for vampires, but found himself stuck staring at Headmaster Nightsbane, there was something.... off... about him, he looked good, flawless in fact, too much for comfort, Daniel felt almost ungodly power emanating from him; which would be problematic in the future. After being dismissed from the assembly, Daniel headed directly for his room; he wanted as little interaction with vampires as possible.

Drake Morrison

Drake's eyebrows rose as Serena started having a coughing fit, not sure as to what was happening. H guessed she was just sick at the time, as she seemed to have to medicine with her. "Oh, uh, well I don't think they would mind, at least not this once," he said as he picked up her bags. He slung the backpack over one shoulder and picked up the roller luggage in the other hand. For him, it felt insanely light. He figured it would have a little weight to it when he was human, but ever since he became a werewolf, everything seemed so light and delicate, it took some getting used to just to do normal everyday tasks. When they arrived to her room he took care to set them gently on the floor next to the door.

"Well, thank you again for helping me. I suppose I'll see you around... I mean, I'm sure we'll have a few classes together," Serena said.

"No problem, anytime," Drake responded with a slight smile. "Hopefully, I mean, uh, most likely," he said, ears turning slightly red before clearing his throat. "Anyway, I should probably head on back, I'll catch you around."

Drake was relieved to be back in his room, and also relieved that it seems like he didn't get a room mate, that is, not yet anyways. To be honest, he wasn't sure he would be comfortable with one. Not that he hated the idea, but more of what he would do to someone if he got out of hand. The events of his past still haunt him. The first time he lost control, he killed one of his best friends and nearly finished off the other. Since then he has been here and the full moon chambers were a great sense of security. While this was only during a full moon of coarse, he still felt weary about it altogether.

He shut the door, made sure it was locked, and flopped onto his bed. He tried to get some sleep, but truth be told, he was a bit anxious about going back to school, or "college" as his age would make it. Odd, this was definitely not how he pictured his college career five years ago.

Any conversations where the words are in italics is a ancient language only known by Haven and Adrian

Hava Lucianus

One Month Later..

A long but good month had passed since the opening of Blood Moon Castle. The students had been thriving and doing well in all the classes that were provided. Much to Haven and Adrian’s liking, very few problems had arisen since the first day. There had been one werewolf student by the name of Everly that had gotten a little out of hand with a vampire. The two had been found fighting one another just outside the castle. Saraphina had been the first to hear of it and had been quick to respond, but was beaten by the evidently angry, Haven. The ancient wolf made quick work of the two without even transforming herself. To an outsider, it looked just like what would have happened in a real life wolf pack.

Haven and her powerful strength had forced Everly to the ground and pinned her there with just one hand. Saraphina has taken the vampire and pushed him up against the wall in a delicate but also forceful manner that gave away the fact he was in trouble. The giant but young wolf had struggled in her hands, but couldn’t move if her life had depended on it. There was a deep growl that burst from Havens lips, the kind that would strike fear in anyone, even one as stubborn as Everly. Her bright greens eyes grew dark with anger and there was a wild, animal like look in that that showed the true dominance that she possessed. Haven didn’t even have to say anything for the young wolf to get the point.

Mystic had been standing in the back ground, her hair standing on end, but when Haven brought her eyes up to the animal, she quickly backed away, though made sure to stay close enough to still watch after her owner. After a moment, Haven let Everly up and motioned for Saraphina to let the vampire go as well. She growled once more before motioning for the two to go. They scampered off like scared little children.

Since that incident, nothing else had happened and all seemed to be living together in peace. Now it was the day of the full moon and all of the faculty were readying for the night. They all sat at a table together in a large meeting room deep within the castle, where they wouldn’t be bothered by the students. Tonight was a big night being as half of the student population and even the teachers would be going crazy in silver lined kennels. It was evident even now at the meeting that the werewolves could feel the full moon upon them. Haven looked even moodier than normal. The usually cheerful Saraphina sat with a grimace upon her beautiful face, her hand tightly wrapped around Eric’s arm, who was even more quiet than normal. Even the gentle Elijah seemed uncomfortable.

“Eric have you rechecked each of the holding cages to make sure all of them are secure?” Haven asked, massaging her head lightly with her right hand.

“Yes, ma’am.” The blond wolf said politely with a nod. “I inspected each one myself last night, all are in perfect condition. The cages holding you, myself, Sara, and Eli have also been triple enforced to insure none of us get out.”

“Jadis, Anna and the vampiric grounds keepers will be posted outside of the holding room for the students. And Asa and I will be outside of the holding area housing the four of you.” Adrian interjected from his position at the end of the table. He placed a hand on Haven’s shoulders, knowing she was not feeling completely herself with the full moon upon them. “All will be well, Hava.” He said in an old language that very few would have actually understood, not even the others teachers knew exactly what he’d said. Haven gave him a hint of a smile in return.

“Very well. All the wolves will need to be gathered in the holding area after dinner tonight. All vampire students must be instructed to stay out of the west wing of the castle. It will be off limits to them for the night.” Haven looked over towards the blond vampire across from her. “Anna…if you will please make sure all the students are informed of this?” Anna nodded and immediately exited the room in the blink of an eye to do as she was asked. “The rest of you go prepare for tonight, it is going to be a long one.” She said before all the others, save for three, exited the room. Eric and Saraphina lingered for a moment, looking at Haven with concern and a touch of discomfort. When she was uncomfortable the two of them tended to be as well, especially Eric since she was his sire. She waved them off quickly.

“Don’t fret you two…Go.” They stalked out of the room together, their hands just barely touching one another.

“I don’t know why you have been fearing this night, Hava.” Adrian finally said when everyone was gone.

“You know why. There are more wolves in this castle right now than any other area in the world. One mistake could bring disaster upon us...You must make sure this night goes flawlessly.”

“I promise, all will be well, Hava.” He repeated again, this time in a more reassuring tone.

Reena

The air was cool, Reena still couldn't go outside. Her moves were sluggish as she carried the black case over her shoulders. A tired gaze, but she didn't want to get in Diamond's way. She's never been around a werewolf on a day..night like this, and the last things she wanted was to annoy the woman, and let her get whatever she needed done. She's been far kinder than she ever would have expected and wanted to keep it that way with her room-mate. She even left a note in their room explaining the situation and that she was wishing her to stay safe.

For now, she needed to calm her nerves. This last month had not been easy for her, while the vampires had mostly been civil and kind with her. Offering her help when needed, sharing notes so long as she was doing the same in turn. The werewolves could smell her fear and many of them took advantage of it. Almost to a degree of bullying as she would be pushed in the halls, or stalked until she wanted to run and hide. Laughter would always escape them when they were able to get the red head shaking behind her book, ready to fall at the slightest of winds. It was maddening, if Diamond wasn't her roommate, she would have probably thought all of the wolves were harsh beasts that prayed on the weak.

Classes were a whirlwind, she loved them. Her notes were detailed and she was looking at the world in wonder. Defence classes had to be tweaked a little until she got used to using her legs, and it was slowly becoming her favourite. The ability to run, to jump. It was always enough to bring a smile to her face, and she was known to run up stairs, or skip down halls when no one was looking. She wanted to take full advantage of her new life, she wanted to run over the very mountains and back before she woke up and found herself in a dream. The thought still gnawed at her mind and would make her scared to go to sleep every night. She missed her old life, she longed for the sun and craved her family and friends, but she never wanted to see her chair again. Knowing she turned the creation into a sad twisted mess was somehow a freeing thought.

The sound of her footsteps were quieter, clicking in the massive halls, illuminated by the soft glow of the lamp lights. She still wanted to pull those heavy drapes back, she wanted to see the sun that she knew was sitting outside. Yet whenever she walked closer to the looming fabric, her very instincts would hold her back, rein her in as she pulled her hand away. Her gaze slowly looking up at the drape before she began to walk again. The large sets of stairs coming into view and showing her favourite spot aside from the outside. The red head recently found out that there was a set of chairs and a table under the stairs, a comfortable little world that hid her away long enough that she could get some fresh air and stay away from others, the sound she made muffled by the overhang but sounding perfect to her.

Peaking her head inside and finding the space empty. Reena wandered in, sliding the cello case off her shoulders as she made her way to a violet chair that she sunk into. She never sat in such a comfy set before. A love seat and another chair took up the space, creating a rather cozey little environment that allowed the woman to finally have a easy breath. Experienced hands unclasping the case to reveal the elegant instrument. Cheery wood with soft curves and an intricate design carved into the back. Her only companion that travelled with her between lives. It felt as natural in her hands as her very bones, resting comfortably against her shoulder as it's neck brushed her hair away. She felt her very heart slow down when she pulled her bow and began to play, putting all her unspoken words into music.

Daniil Sim

Daniil had a slept terribly, the first since coming to the castle. Tonight would be the first full moon and you could feel the tension and the nerves in the air. It seemed to set the wolves more on edge and the vampires were keeping their distance. Daniil regarded everyone with close looks as the school day went on and he was immensely grateful that classes were cancelled so that he could go to the training facility to blow off some steam before they would eat and be separated into their cages. Daniil seemed more terrified for this stage of the game. It wasn’t that he hadn’t been caged before but vampires hadn’t been looking over them as they transformed. Of course a vampire would be stupid to try and stop a werewolf but there were a lot of them in this castle. He had been getting along well with his roommate, keeping to themselves but being civil as well and Daniil had developed a fondness for his blood-sucking rommie. Dan stripped his shirt off after adding weights to the bar and sat down where he lifted the straight bar off its rest and began bench pressing at a faster rate than the average human could do.

Zabella Tamlin

The atmosphere of the school tonight moved across Zabella’s skin like that of a spider crawling on her skin. It tingled and seemed to burn in places as she passed fellow classmates, on her way to the massive library. Even with her lack of writing and reading skills she found this place oddly comforting with the row on row of books and the walls covered with portraits and other works of incredible art. Everytime Z looked at these art pieces she found new details that escaped her before and many nights after classes and when her roommate went to bed she would stay up, recreating some of her favourite pieces from memory. Today was the full moon, the first of the school year starting and she wasn’t entirely sure how the evening would go. She had yet to see any of the teachers or hear any announcements but she wasn’t completely afraid for her safety. A certain part of her wanted to watch the transformations, she had never seen one before but another part of her wanted to crawl into the highest corner of the castle and not come down until the wolves had returned to their two-legged form. With a light sigh she sat in a high backed chair, near a fire and opened her books and began to rewrite words from her textbooks, a dictionary beside her so she could sound out the words and write down their definitions if she didn’t understand their meaning. She did twice as much work as her other classmates but hardly minded. It kept her head busy and her heart numb.
