Wildstorm characters have been included. Some Vertigo. Call it a case by case basis, I guess.

This was covered roughly 150-220 pages ago. Go fish.

I believe Wildstorm was okay as they have been integrated into DC proper as of New 52. Things that have been published by them but aren't part of their proper universes and lore, such as G.I. Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, Star Trek, etc., are a no go.
