I don't quite know... but something felt quite off about him this time around... i mean i know he's about as evil as they come and feeling off about him is natural, but when you are as old as i am and have experienced his energy and personality for so long on countless battles against hell, you know to distinguish pure evil from... just wrongness... i have no other ways to describe that...

It is meant to be a place for a lot of travellers from all over, that fundamentally share one goal. To punish those that would do harm to other worlds where innocents may reside and know nothing of travelling.

Since you seem to come from one such organisation already, i figured it would be good to have spaces for embassies with other like minded groups.

A base. A place that can help travellers grow, have a temporary home to rest... and aren't we all vigilantes here? Not one governing body over infinity, everyone doing their own thing, pretty much chaos. And it feels like the more guardians of the omniverse exist the better.
