Name: Reisen Udongein Inaba

Title: Lunatic Red Eyes

Gender: Female

Appearance: "I'll show you the power of the moon's insanity!"

Personality: Reisen is a slightly aloof character at first glance, which stems from her own history on the moon. This only really applies to strangers, though, as this moon rabbit has a tendency of slowly warming up to people as time goes by. She is not necessarily bound by anything like 'duty' and 'honor', but will always repay a debt and respect those who need to be respected. In terms of conflict, she'd prefer to talk things out, but do not mistake that hesitance to fight for weakness; if necessary, she'll hold her ground in a fight until the very end. Reisen does have regrets about abandoning her comrades on the moon, though, which causes her to be a bit bitter when mentioned.
She's relatively normal in terms of patience, but Reisen doesn't really get angry. Just... Frustrated or exasperated.

Ideals: Reisen puts the needs of her masters Eirin and Kaguya first and foremost, but disregarding them, she's fine with living a life away from fighting and war. Nothing else is really of note otherwise.

Biography: Reisen is a (former) moon rabbit, but having fled the Lunar Capital during the Apollo 11 landing (the higher-ups assumed it to be a declaration of war), she made her way into Gensokyo to seek asylum. There, she found Eirin Yagokoro and Kaguya Houraisan, two other fugitives from the moon who had long since moved in, and became their underling ever since. Eientei was, for the most part, ignored; situated in the middle of the Bamboo Forest of the Lost, humans rarely wandered in, and so the three (along with who-knows-how-many Earth rabbits, including one Tewi Inaba) lived in relative peace. It was only during the Imperishable Night incident, though, that these three wiling broke that peace to guarantee their protection. Fearing that Lunar emissaries would come to Gensokyo to force Eirin and Kaguya to return to the Moon, the former sealed the Earth away and created a fake moon to divert attention away from the fact. While this would ultimately be broken by the efforts of Gensokyo's residents, Reisen found herself making new acquaintances instead of hiding away within Eientei.
While mostly a bystander in events thereafter, Reisen was sent out to deal with the Lunar invasion when the residents thereof came to storm Gensokyo. Finding the true culprit after returning to the moon, Reisen returned to Earth, fully accepting and embracing the fact that she could no longer truly become a 'moon rabbit' again.

Powers: Reisen's primarily ability is 'manipulation of insanity', which is mainly done by altering wavelengths through eye contact. By doing so, Reisen is able to either agitate or tranquilize then by altering their brainwaves. Of course, this is only truly feasible on weaker opponents; against stronger enemies, it tends to do little more than disorient them. However, Reisen is not only able to manipulate the mind; through that same vector, Reisen is also able to change the perception of light and sound to create illusions or afterimages, furthering her ability to mess with her opponents. Worst comes to worst, she can also fire a red laser blast from her eyes to damage opponents.

As with every notable resident of Gensokyo, Reisen is able to fly, utilize spellcards, and fire danmaku in absurdly large numbers. When not using a spellcard or her "pistol", Reisen can fire bullet-shaped shots at her opponent by forming her hand into the shape of a gun and mimicking it firing off. In terms of endurance, though, she's relatively fragile (albeit annoying to catch in the first place) and can't really take many hits.

Having been trained in the Lunarian military, though, Reisen's also able to use most actual firearms comfortably, should the need arise (it usually doesn't).

Weapons: Reisen carries a sort of pistol around (see here) that works in a manner similar to her usual method of shooting bullets. Of course, flicking your wrist repeatedly to shoot gets tiring after a while, so using this is a less taxing way of shooting someone.

Equipment: Healing salves and medicines of varying types. They're meant for general use and handle a variety of injuries, wounds, and illnesses.

Name: Peacock (formerly Patricia Watson)
Title: "The Murder-go-Round"
Gender: Female.

Appearance: Clicky! Four feet and six inches of murder with metal chompers, empty eye sockets and a neat looking top hat.

Personality: Outspoken, light-hearted and prone to bouts of extreme violence, quite possibly simply for the sake of violence. Having had something of a troubled past, to put it lightly, using violence to solve problems is never entirely written off as an idea. Despite her rather intolerant and rude attitude towards authority figures, Peacock enjoys being the one wielding authority and, given time, starts to see people as members of her slightly bizarre extended family.

Ideals: Freedom for all! Heck, if you want to beat things to a pulp, blow things up, spend all day watching cartoons, why shouldn't you be allowed to do that? It's a good as aspiration as any other, right? You betcha!

Biography: "Once upon a time, there was a sort-of-orphanage in a quaint little town called Rommelgrad that just so happened to be on the wrong side of history and ended up being little more than a wasteland of dust, bones and Generally Unpleasant People. There were two friends at this orphanage, one called Patricia, the other called Marie. There were others, but for this story, let's just worry about Marie and Patricia. So, anyway, we're including "slavers funded by the mafia" in the list of Generally Unpleasant People, and these slavers show up, take everyone away from the orphanage and that's that. Patricia, being a wilful sort and no mistake, got ever-so-slightly torn up, you know, as an example to the others. Turns out nobody is that interested in a blind girl with no arms, so before you can say "hey, you big palooka, can you give me these peepers back?", Patricia was out on the streets, left to fend for herself in a world that's not so great.

Then Patricia gets picked up off the streets by a ghoulish looking guy, called Dr Avian. I'll skip ahead a little here, because the long version is pretty long, the short version is pretty straightforwards and telling the story is getting really quite dull. Okay? Okay! Doctor Avian has this plan, with some other folks, to defeat the Skullgirl. Skullgirl is bad, causing trouble, so turning Patty into a biomechanical murder machine is clearly the way to go here. Great job! So there's two parasites, one's called the Avery Unit - that's the little bird-lookin' fella - and the other is the Argus System that does, like, a whole load of stuff, but of most importance is probably the ability to see through these eyes. Neat. So, short version, Avery conjures up weapons and snarky one-liners, Argus mucks around with your body, and that's basically that. They did mention something about not being able to save her mind though.

So, skip ahead, turns out the Skullgirl that's caused all of these problems in the Canopy Kingdom? Yeah, that was Marie. There's a fight, and a fight, and another fight, and it ends with Marie passing on, some acts of bloody and hilarious vengeance in her name kicked into the Mafia, and that's pretty much that. Everyone in Dr Avian's lab is basically dead, the world is sort of saved, and there's nothing left to do but find somewhere else to cause trouble. That's all, folks."

Powers:
Never Outgunned! Courtesy of the Avery Unit, Peacock can summon (and dismiss) a variety of weapons, though these manifest as ridiculous, cartoon-esque things. Fortunately, they still hurt, and that's what really counts, even if they don't last a particularly long time.

Never Alone! The Avery Unit is Peacock's constant companion; it looks like a little blue bird with fangs, has eyes on his tail, and lives inside Peacock's hat. For reasons unknown, it also chooses to dress like Peacock.

Never Mind Your So-Called Laws Of Physics! Peacock seems to operate on what could be considered "cartoon physics"; heavy objects can be lifted if it's thematically appropriate, huge explosions leave her covered with soot and her hair swept back, can teleport through black circles painted in the ground, and the like. Good for annoying scientists and great fun at parties.

Weapons: Courtesy of the Avery Unit, all of them. Seems to have a preference for a dirty great big revolver.

Equipment: A top hat, a pocket full of loose change and a head full of nonsense.

• Name: Vivi Ornitier
• Title: Black Mage

• Appearance: Best Black Mage
• Personality:
  A shy, clumsy little guy with a bit of an existential crisis, Vivi is a quiet boy who doesn't quite know his place in the world. Nervous around strangers, and lacking in self-confidence, you would be forgiven for thinking he is nothing more than a shy kid with a very sun-averse hat. Despite his shyness, Vivi is also quite curious about his surroundings, with almost everything being new to him, and not just because he's wound up in a strange city.
  His biggest question, oddly enough, seems to regard his own existence, though he doesn't quite know why this is. Is living enough to prove you exist? How does one go about proving existence? Such questions sometimes cross Vivi's mind, though he tries not to vocalise such things.
  In extremely rare situations, even Vivi can be enraged. Naturally, it takes quite a lot to do so, and you'd need to be a heartless monster to provoke the little guy, but invoking his ire is a surefire way to confirm his true skills with black magic.
• Ideals: Vivi desires to learn of his role in the world.
• Biography:
  A black mage with the stature of a nine-year old boy, Vivi is an unusual presence in FFIX - well, okay, everyone's an unusual appearance there, but still! Starting with a trip to the bustling city of Alexndria to watch a play, Vivi somehow gets swept up in a kidnapping attempt of the city's Princess, befriending a group of strange individuals, and slowly learning of his origins. Throughout this epic adventure, the young mage meets more of his own kind, and realises what awaits him in the possibly-near future.
• Powers:
  Black magic. In other words, elemental spells including, but not limited to, thunder, ice and especially fire spells. Generally, these come in three tiers of strength (Fire, Fira, Firaga for example), with few exceptions. Here's a handy list of spells he'll know. Or come to know.
  Vivi can also augment his spellcasting abilities with a strange power known as 'Trance'. In extreme situations, a strange aura surrounds Vivi, allowing him to cast two spells at once. He can also boost the power of his magic by 'focusing' for several moments, which obviously leaves him open.
  Finally, Vivi is capable of channelling his magic through a sword, imbuing it with magical properties (fire slash GO!). Quite useless for Vivi himself.

Title: The Essence of Bewilderedness, The Leather Hound, Phoria's Grandest Beast-tamer.

Gender: Male, suprisingly

Appearance: Light, feminine, and usually seen wearing make-up, Cailean is easily mistaken for a woman in almost any circumstance. He enjoys cladding himself in furs, leather, and an array of tunics, giving him a flamboyant flair an extravagance to his presence. A large leather hat is one of his most prized possessions and, only when necessary, is almost never removed from his petite head. His features are very much that of a woman, with a soft complexion meeting with long, tended-to hair. It really is a shock to anyone when Cailean reveals his true identity.

Personality: Wild, eccentric, and all-around ready to have a good and destructive time, Cailean is one real party gir-, uh, guy. Usually speaking in a more feminine voice than what would be found from other men, something that comes naturally to him, the beast-tamer of Phoria is a natural charmer and loves to get people (and their surroundings) into all kinds of trouble. An avid advocate for the disruption of strict order and law, he also feels as though all people, and animals, should be entitled to their own accords and ways. With such strong beliefs in the most chaotic of places, Camilean is truly a shaken bottle of mischief. Parred with that of his detrimental abilities, Camilean can become an impactful force of mayhem and natural domination if he ever needs to be.

Ideals: Cailean has a taste for the chaotic, the unpredictable, and everything else that embodies the soul of a free beast. Looking down on society's dreadfully high standards and regulations, the Phorian beast-master aspires to bring about the end of rigid society and burst open the extravagance of nature instead (he even applies make-up to ironically spite the system. Besides, it does wonders for his complexion). Otherwise, Cailean's petty, usually spur-of-the-moment desires compose the greatest part of his actions and will-power.

Biography: Born on the feral world of Naya, a universe where gigantic horned beasts roamed the earth over the puniest of humans who constantly tried to control them, Cailean was concieved to a race of magically enhanced humanoids known as the Rakshe. This race of humanoids was indigenous to Naya, elf-like beings with unusually feminine bodies whose traits allowed them the power to control beasts and animals around them. The culture of the Rakshe was that of extravagance, industrialism, and rapid progression: something that seemed to have been programmed into their genes from the very start.
Yet, Naya is a foreboding place. It is cruel: it's plant and animal life constantly destroying the Rakshe's creations due to simply their primal tendencies. Thus, the Rakshe's have developed groundbreaking technology, electronics that they have theorized to transport their kin to other realms. They make these advances in science in the hopes of securing a world where they may more easily live, where their constructions and population are not constantly diminished by Naya's gigantic natural threats.
Cailean immediately found the appeal of this notion. An individual that admired chaos, natural domination, and the working of beasts, Cailean loathed the society he was born into: one where almost everyone was programmed with the idea that progression was supreme. He wished to expierance grandness and the might of destruction, something that the Rakshe restricted beyond belief. Thus, Cailean jumped on the opportunity to travel to a new plane of existence. Yes, he could enter the thickets of Naya all on his own, but the odds of coming back were a microscopic sliver. He found this as an opportunity to escape and quickly, through the charming of multiple Rakshe officials, he made his sudden dream a reality.
Phoria still has strict rules, Phoria still is a looming government, but here the Rakshe's powers would be exponential. Cailean could control the smaller beasts of this plane easily, as well as bring his more petite 'pets' from Naya's terrible conditions. The boy could dance and decimate to his heart's content here in the city. Though he still had a mission to complete for the Rakshe: to destroy this plane's immediate inhabitants and claim natural land to deploy more troops on, Cailean could not be more neglectful to do it. It is inevitable that the trickster will eventually be caught, but truly how good does absolute freedom taste, even if it is just for a moment.

Powers:

• Beast Control: An inate ability common among almost all Rakshes on Naya, Cailean was born with the gift to control beasts and other animals of almost any size. He uses this gift constantly for many reasons, most of which are purely destructive. Cailean is able to control a beast from up to half a mile away, while he can sense animals and the likes almost city-wide. Beasts controlled by Cailean are rather friendly to him, and cannot attack him at their own free-will. Some of Cailean's favorite 'pets' are shown below, the ones he usually keeps around him at all times.

Powers: Flash Gordon has no powers, but he is at the peak of human physic and his an excellent pilot and marksman as well as a master of several martial arts. Finally he is a superb swordsman and is highly trained in longsword fencing.

Weapons: He carries a pair of energy handguns which can fire out bolts of energy that can piece through metals and other extremely dense material. He also has a longsword that is made from alien materials, which grant incredible cutting capabilities and can slice through materials such as diamonds.

Phocas Amyntas, Lunatic Cultist

Gender: Male

Personality: Hates overconfidence, very dedicated, very vengeful.

Ideals: Phoc has dedicated his life to defending and protecting people, without them knowing. As such, he values independence and resolve above all.

Biography: Phoc was born deep underground to a tribe of Lunar Cultists. Their aim was to prevent the Moon Lord Cthulhu from ravaging the earth, through both worship, and the protection and constant renewal of a sacred Celestial Seal that formed a barrier to shield the earth from his legions. Phoc was to be the new head, as his father was the current one leading the cult but was growing old and sloppy.

Preparing for his ascension, Phoc read many books on the Moon Lord and the cult's past. He also learned from his father the cult's politics. The tribe was firmly split between those who truly worshipped cthulhu, and those who believed worship was one of the ways of preventing his arrival and wished for the god to simply leave the earth alone. They even prophesied a hero who would slay the god.

Phoc didn't believe that was true. His research indicated that the thing from beyond was responsible for restarting humanity with all those relics of the past lying around, relics of a decently advanced civilization reduced to just memories and a few guns. If a whole world couldn't stop it, no one man could either.

As Phoc's day to lead came to fruition, one of the few surface dwellers told of how someone had slain

Powers: A minor remnant of the celestial power he absorbed remains in his body. He has a small boost to health, as well as the ability to generate a lighter-sized flame, an electric charge a bit better than static shock, and a chilly wind.

Weapons:

• This Uzi, the very first telescopic bolt weapon, has been modified to be just as effective as a minigun. Well, obviously it has a slightly lower rate of fire and a much shorter clip, but it seems to be enchanted to work with any type of round, from a musket bullet to a 9mm.
• A spellbook that reads "Razorblade Typhoon" in latin, this tome summons an incredibly sharp disc of water that homes in on a target to slice it in half.
• The Night's Edge, a sword that borrows the power of evil, has been reforged to be faster, stronger, and when swung generates a spinning blade that travels a few meters before dissipating.
• Phoc's best weapon, a relic that, when swung, produces a line of 5 knives that drain blood from any they hit and give it back to Phoc.

Equipment

• His lunar robes, and the mask that marks him as head 'worshipper.'
• Under said robes are a set of spectre's armor, though the headwear has been broken, so no unique effects besides bonuses to magic power and defense.
• A set of spectre's wings, allowing flight for a small amount of time.
• A Charm of Myths, which regenerates an incredibly small amount of health every second, as well as increasing the user's tolerance to potions and magic brews.
• A Star Veil, a small piece of jewelry that summons small stars from above, and gives a split second of invincibility once the wearer is struck.
• A Worm Scarf, which improves the wearer's hardiness by making their skin harder to penetrate.
• Lightning Boots, a pair of shoes which allow the wearer to run at double their usual speed once they've been running for 5 seconds. They also have small boosters in the heels to increase Wing's flight potential.
• 3 greater healing potions. Though they can instantly restore 40% of health, they do horrible things to the stomach. Drinking more than one a minute will induce vomiting, stomach pains, and ulcers. With a Charm of Myths though, Phoc can drink one every 45 seconds.
• 6 mana potions. Restores a decent amount of mana, with no sickness!
• 160 musket balls stored in 5 32 round Uzi clips.
