So what's going on in Galaxy Raider/souleaters thing? Sounds big and something Fenris might just get involved in given its interest with the lower dimensions. Also, the Ar-zul would probably make deals with whoever can give them the most power so they can more easily destroy Fenris race.

The former I would say probably (though I'd need to ask Soul). The latter is a little heavy-handed to make explicitly for Amaranthine, but the benefit of MR's physics system is that you can figure out the pros and cons of any ability based on how it builds upon that foundation.

No problem. I just didn't know that time stuff was in Vinashy's moveset. I thought that traveling with Ainz was his first time out of his dimension too.

Nope. That was his first time encountering another Tier Four, though that's not what he knew them as. He's been traveling for ages, but never met someone else who could.

Not on purpose. His method of traveling is very imprecise. He just rips open a wormhole between dimensions.
