"...and there goes another one. I'll go on the idol one with you if you want Vert. I'd much rather follow orders for that though, but I do have a few gang connections if we need them. Not a lot but loyal nevertheless. Used to lead one before after all...but doubt it'll be useful. Anyway, you guys got any ideas on these packages first and about the situation outside? I got one but only if you guys agree...and someone is good at handling or at least holding bombs."Ryu goes back over to Vert giving her a friendly pat on her back, smiling a bit. He didn't mind joining the kidnap mission, sounds like a good amount of fun after all. That and the assassination group didn't seem to have a good/decent leader or a well thought-out plan so he'd rather follow Vert. Can't be too hard if she has an idea of sorts.
Outside
The cops outside were mainly injured, blinded, but only a few were killed. However, the new forces came with a few higher advanced weaponry like a few shotguns and one even brought a riot shield to add to their own defenses. A few even blindly threw a few tear gas grenades over the hood of their car, landing in a few areas near the opposite faction.
Gi was still in the middle of the salt storm and was still in between the two groups. Two tear gas grenades actually landed near him and started to pop gas next to his feet...slowly surrounding the quick and hasty gangster in its misty gas.
The makeshift barricade provided by Lance was actually decent cover. The ice globe did protect the gangsters from the pistol shots that seemed to glance by, then again...barely any hit the barricade if not were stray bullets from the blindfiring from both groups. The barricade did get pretty badly grazed by a shotgun shell that was launched in their general direction.
There were around a dozen cops at the cars now, but a lone squad of four started to patrol around, trying to find the one creating the salt storm. They were eventually able to Sel of sorts and took aim with their handguns and one shotgun, luckily able to have goggles for each of them. They each start shooting at the man who seemed to be doing some sort of strange pose to control his salt...
The hero, Bearded Bear, immediately charges in through the storm as he hops over the police car in one single bound. He roars as if he was one of those large, hairy, brown beasts himself despite looking actually very similar to one.
"I AM THE BEAR! I WILL NOT BARE YOU EVIL-DOERS VIOLENCE IF YOU GIVE UP NOW! SURRENDER AND SUBMIT YOURSELVES TO MY BEARABLE JUSTICE!"
He braces himself for combat just in case as he stands in the middle of the groups, within eyesight of Gi and for some reason...bullets were ricocheting if not just making small scratches on his skin if anything.
