Slavery is totally a thing. Got all dem juicy elven brothels set up in there. There's no laws, basically, so as long as you don't piss off someone who can destroy you, you can do whatever.

Sounds pretty sketchy, that idea. I'd generally veto it, because ancient knowledge would contain shit like the origins of Gods of War and all that. Sounds more like an NPC than a PC, if that makes sense.

1. How large can the rift-beasts become?
2. can I describe how life was in the Jeualian Empire during the war and after? (I'm thinking that life was tough, with ration cards being distributed and a constant fear of the war and stuff like that.)
3. What is the minimum age for characters?
4. Can my character join the Jeualian Empire army after the war, or is there no military to speak of anymore? because of a certain bunch of beasts

1. Largest recorded one was big enough to blot out the sun. Think...something that can be measured in hundreds of meters.

2. No, you can't. Empire is off limits. Also, they were basically winning the entire time. It just happened to be that they couldn't super-curbstomp their way.

3. I don't really care for a minimum age, as long as you can RP well as, say, a 7 year old.

You are overthinking it. XD For anyone that actually has an affinity for its buffing effects, the weight of Talentium is neligible compared to the superhuman physical bonuses a male would get from using. It'd be sorta like the difference between wearing a gi and being completely naked as a martial artist. Doesn't really matter at all. Feel free to still go that route if you want though.

Just note that such an irrational rite of passage is probably why the sect has literally no one interested in joining it. XD

If it's just skindeep it can get physically torn off, because it's really only connected to his flesh. Also, shit like that's gonna hurt like a bitch, and talentium doesn't really have the elasticity of flesh. It'd probably fuck up the muscles beneath as well. Is there a particular reason why he would go through such an agaonizing process when, yeah, he COULD just be wearing talentium gauntlets and greaves?

Escape doesn't really make sense considering how there's nowhere to escape to, but I see what you mean by that. I'm fine with it. When did he get resurrected?
