And if necessary, it says "apply" at the top in the RP's status :>

This is like that one time with the RPers in Advanced who need explicit instructions not to bunny other people's characters... Some rules are just assumed to be common knowledge; it's not the GM's fault for omitting it.

Not quite. I take a little while to plan out my characters, and I have another idea that could be neater than the one I suggested on the interest check, but for it to be interesting someone needs to run a telepath.

It's an apply RP. And everyone knows the procedure. You don't necessarily have to put APPROVED CHARACTERS ONLY in bold, h1 letters anywhere. I've GMed elsewhere and everyone seems to know the procedure. lol
