Not just any demon, but an ancient Oni. She's humanoid, just not human - and the most inhuman feature is her light-grey skin and the horns that jut out of her forehead. Her fingers and toes end in sharp claws and her teeth are razor-sharp if you can see them through her facemask and her ears are long and pointed.
Not exactly friendly either looking as she near constantly has a grimace on her face, and if not a grimace, she has a sarcastic smile etched across her lips. Eyebrows are usually furrowed, and the tone that Aiko uses when she speaks is more annoyed and slightly hostile... even when she's not attempting to be. When you finally piss her off, strangely enough, that tone doesn't change and her body language doesn't seem to be phased that much. Almost like she has one mode and one mode only. One other thing that makes her unapproachable is the high presence of battle scars... she has bandaids/bandages covered all over her body. They seem to be there all the time... it is almost like Aiko's always getting into some type of fight.
Usually very rude and flirty whenever she speaks. Much like her arch-rival Yoko, she's a lot of temper in a small package standing at a towering... four-eleven. This makes Aiko a runt compared to her fellow Oni-kind as they're all usually big and hulking. That isn't to say that she isn't bulking as she's a very strongly built creature - nothing crazy but she's very lean like a little bodybuilder. Most of its covered up by Aiko's jeans and the oversized black and red puffer jacket that she wears over it all. However, she keeps it unzipped, showing her black sports bra that shows off her midriff quite nicely.
Most notable of all is her iron club she keeps strapped to her back if she doesn't have it in hand.
PERSONALITY TRAITS
"Keep pissing me off, I dare ya; sugar!"▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔Firey: Aiko's not exactly someone you want to cross - the gal has one hell of a temper and doesn't take disrespect from humans that well. Aiko's ego is big and her arrogance high - seeing as she's a princess and sees herself as above even most Onis. Her social skills aren't exactly the best and she's just recently interacting with humans so sometimes she takes things the wrong way. She's loud, proud, boisterous, and very flirty, when she's having fun and enjoying your company she'll let you know.
Honorable: Despite seeing herself as above the laws of humans; she follows the Oni Code of Honor to the letter. Never face an opponent unless they are at full strength, set the terms of a battle beforehand and follow them stringently, always face an opponent one-on-one, never harm bystanders, never ambush an opponent, and always put the finishing blow on a standing opponent, the pregnant or children, and so forth. Aiko will break these rules if someone is completely dishonorable and she has zero qualms with killing anyone.
Conflicted About Humans: Aiko is on the fence about how she feels about humanity... on one hand, she feels like humans have dealt the Oni-kind a bad hand and trapped them in a mountain and She sees them as inferior, blood-thirsty things. On the other hand, Aiko has gone out to the human world and explored, finding herself enjoying it. She denies it and isn't sure how to process it but she feels like she may have a liking for humans, but she knows that she has to put Oni-kind first.
BACKSTORY
"Direct me to that speedy bastard Shayton."▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔To tell Aiko's story correctly; I have to take you back to thousands of years in the past. The Oni-kind was a fellow denizen of Hell among all the other demons... until they were exiled from hell and forced to go to the human world, the reasoning why is unknown (Aiko likes to say that they were too evil even for Hell's standards). They ended up in Japan around the same time the humans were building and the two built two thriving civilians in Japan... until the greedy Daimyo wanted the Oni's territory. Triggering a massive war between Oni-kind and humanity, in which thousands were killed during the course - Oni and humans alike. They were valiantly defended by Emperor Daisuke and Shinno Daichi - Aiko's grandfather and father - to the point where the humans had to flee if one of those two stepped on the battlefield. However, one human, Hatanaka Takashi, challenged Daisuke to a duel and defeated him - sealing his soul and power into a sword - he used the sword to turn the tide of the war in favor of the humans. This was when a truce was formed: The Onis will have their empire in the forest of Japan and the humans will have the rest and the twain will never meet.
Daisuke took the pact as the human, Hatanaka was cleaving his way through Oni alike, and at the pace he was going; the Onis were going to lose. Surrender was dishonorable in his opinion but he could understand what was a losing battle and did what he thought was best for Oni-kind. While he would do anything to free his father from the Humans; he took his spot as the Emperor and lead the little bit of the Oni-kind that was left. His focus would be on building stronger Onis, in case the war reignited, and his number one rule was any Oni that left the territory was exiled. He had many children with the imperial harem: thirteen of them.
The youngest is Aiko, and she didn't exactly have it easy... you see Onis are born naturally big and strong and Aiko is a runt. Seemingly weaker and smaller than her twelve siblings; Aiko was brushed to the side as while Daichi loved Aiko, he didn't love her as much as her siblings. He didn't even give her a club, which is tradition for all the Onis. Which built a deep rage and hatred in Aiko from the start, a rage that she channeled into training to become the strongest Oni. As a child she went out and battled creatures that lurked in the wilderness, defeating them barehanded and smashing their heads into rocks. You see, Aiko was far from weak... she was the strongest of all of her siblings, inheriting a majority of her father's power. Daichi just couldn't see that, however, and focused more on her other siblings. Which made Aiko more and more rebellious...
... to the point where she ventured into the human world. You see, she wanted a life as more than just the runt of the royal family and aspired to succeed her father. Daichi is reaching the end of his lifespan and there were a lot of contenders... and she was going to win by getting back the sword with her grandfather. She threw on a hoodie and explored the human world for a few months - never left Japan but explored Tokyo, and gained a lot of insight into humans. Especially the sword, apparently the Hatanakas were at their knees - the most skilled Hatanaka, Kenji, was killed and all that was left was a fledgling child being trained by her grandfather. Aiko decided to take advantage of this and attempt to kill the Hatanaka in her sleep and then find the sword herself.
She found the Hatanaka compound one night and snuck into the weapons armory... and that's where she saw it; one of the ancient iron clubs that the Hatanaka family keep as a trophy. It filled Aiko with rage and she took it for herself... that was when a gust of wind hit the room and she turned around to see a man with an afro wearing a gi. He introduced himself as Shayton the Assassin and politely asked Aiko to return to Oni-territory, and Aiko told him to go fuck himself. That was when Shayton challenged Aiko to a duel in the forest and if he won Aiko had to return to the Oni-kingdom, but if Aiko won, she would kill Yoko - and because of Oni-code, she agreed. The two battled each other in the forest and unsurprisingly, Aiko lost the battle against him and returned to the Oni Forest.
Daichi and her siblings didn't even notice that Aiko was gone, and barely cared about the battle scars she sustained while battling Shayton the Assassin. That was the last straw, and Aiko spent the next few years relentlessly training with her new club - and practiced by battling her siblings. Once she felt like she was ready, Aiko told Daichi that she was going to leave to get the sword and Daichi forbade her from leaving - under the threat of permanent exile. Aiko just laughed, telling Daichi that she would rather live as an exile than as the black sheep of the royal family. She told him that she was going to get the sword, and told him that she was going to use it to take his spot as the empress of the Oni kingdom.
Daichi could only sigh as she journeyed into the human world - not just to find the sword but to find herself. She journeyed for a year, tracking the sword and having one hell of an adventure exploring the human world. That was when she heard of the Power Stone and the World Fighting Carnival, and figured that she can get both the Power Stone and the Sword and become the strongest creature in the world.
Completely oblivious to the fact that Yoko was nearby also tracking the sword.
FIGHTING STYLE & ABILIES

"You should feel honored, not many people meet their end by an Oni princess."▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔The powerful princess of the Oni-clan, Aiko doesn't seem to have much of a fighting style or training. It seems like the Oni just swings her club around in a berserk manner - but this isn't true. This is how Aiko fights, and how she trained herself to fight using the various texts and inscriptions on Oni-combat. According to these inscriptions, the Oni fighting style revolves less around skill and more around overwhelming the opponent with raw and chaotic might - with a bit of applying strength to all the right places. To explain her fighting style in short; Aiko is very high-speed and high-offense all about defeating the opponent before they get a chance to fight back. Much like other Onis, Aiko can summon fire and lightning, though her connection to fire is much deeper than lightning - she primarily uses both to augment her physical attacks. Another ability inherited by Onis is a sort of "natural power limiter", as you see the Onis are naturally much higher in ki than other mythics but using this ki would burn them out. So they use an ancient technique known as "Rise of the Ogre" to connect to their inner demon, and in this state, they are faster, stronger, and have far more powerful elemental abilities - at the cost of going completely berserk and losing most if not all rationale. The state of the Ogre is very risky as it wears Aiko out very fast and she only uses it as a last resort.
SIGNATURE MOVES
"The next word out of your mouth should be "ouch"."▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔■ Banishing FlamesAiko rushes the opponent, spinning around a few times and swinging her club around creating a whirlwind of fire.
■ Weapon-TossAiko throws her iron club at the opponent surrounded by flames and if it hits, it'll bounce into the air and Aiko can grab it. If she is in Rise of the Ogre, Aiko will throw it so hard and fast that it'll launch the opponent backward but she'll also lack the sense to go grab it.
■ Demon-Strength Aiko lunges high up into the air and slams her club down on some unsuspecting mook. If Rise of the Ogre is active, she'll go berserk and keep pounding the opponent over and over again.
■ Fore!Aiko will swing her club upwards with both hands, assisted by fire, launching her opponent into the air.
■ Thunder-SummonAiko channels the storm-creation aspect of her natural ability and raises her iron club in the air. She calls a bolt of lightning on it that'll charge it with electricity, briefly increasing the damage output of her club, but it gradually fades over time. Another thing she can do is she can shoot a bolt of lightning from her club during this state but it'll remove the electric charge. Of course, if some idiot is right above her when she calls down the lightning, they'll be fried. Aiko cannot use this while in Rise of the Ogre.
■ Ogre-CrushCharging up for a few seconds, Aiko slams her club down with all of her might - strong enough to completely crush her opponent if she hits them with it. It'll take a few seconds to charge but Aiko uses all of her resilience to ignore a few attacks. If Rise of the Ogre is active, she'll be able to use the attack much faster.
■ Towering DemonAiko grabs her opponent with all of her strength before she raises them into the air and summons a bolt of lightning that'll give them a nasty shock - then she throws them over her shoulder like a boring toy. If Rise of the Ogre is activated she'll omit the lightning bolt and simply smash them onto the ground a few times before throwing them at the nearest wall.
■ Hell-FireAiko stabs her club into the ground and creates some cracks in front of her - these cracks will spew fire for a few seconds and then disappear. In Rise of the Orge, Aiko can just slam her club on the ground a few times and creates the fire spew where she pleases.
■ Sake!Aiko takes a sip of the Sake that she keeps hanging from her lips, and this immediately gets her drunk; buffing her pain tolerance and strength for a few moments. While Rise of the Ogre, Aiko won't be able to contain herself and will drink the entire bottle - making her drunker than ever but she'll no longer be able to use Sake until she replenishes the supply.
■ Rise of the Ogre-MovesThe following moves are only available if Aiko is in Rise of the Ogre.
■ Demon-DashAiko flash-steps forward, leaving behind a blood-red glowing trail of ki.
■ PummelAiko just goes berserk and unleashes a wild barrage of attacks that get faster and faster as she goes on. Afterward, though, she'll be left tired for a second and will have to catch her breath.
■ SlamAiko lunges forward to grab her opponent and just throws them on the ground, giving her a moment to get on top of them.
■ Demon-ClawAiko charges up her ki and slashes the opponent with her claw, using her ki to greatly enhance the reach and power of what would be a simple slash. She can do this several times in a row but she'll get angrier as it goes on and she'll drop her club.
■ Rage of Hell ItselfAiko drops to her knees and screams! Creating a massive pillar of flames that'll hit the skies.
SUPER MOVES
"TASTE THE FIRE OF HELL ITSELF - RISE OF THE OGRE!"▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔■ Rise of the OgreNot a super move but her super mode, briefly unlocking the Oni's hellish might and going absolutely berserk for a short period. In this mode, bright-red ki will float off of her like she's on fire and her eyes will turn into a blank glowing red color. In this state Aiko is insanely powerful, she's so much stronger and faster that she can overwhelm her opponents with her bestial strength. Rise of the Ogre will unlock some attacks for her, while also enhancing some of her existing moves. However, in this state, she's blinded by rage and will have a hard time controlling herself as the only thing on her mind will be destroying the opponent. In addition, Rise of the Ogre puts immense strain on Aiko's body as it's not conditioned to handle all that ki flowing through her body and eventually, she'll wear out and afterward, she'll be much weaker for some time. Like almost entirely out of stamina and unable to truly fight, thus Aiko only uses Rise of the Ogre as a last resort. Also, she cannot use any of her other supers will in this state.
■ To Hell With Ya'!Aiko slams her foot onto the ground, creating a small crack straight to hell itself. If the opponent falls into it, they will suffer the full might of hell for a few seconds before being spat back out.
■ The DemonAiko temporarily accesses Rise of the Ogre and Flashsteps, using the speed to augment one swing of her club.
WEAKNESSES & LIMITS
"I... bet you... won't be walking ever... again... human..."▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔Now Aiko's fighting style is all-gas no-breaks and the point is to overwhelm the opponent with raw offense... at the cost of having next no to defense. Aiko is a true glass cannon and cannot take much of a beating before going down, and doesn't have a whole lot of defensive techniques other than blocking and dodging. Most of her attacks rely on her club and if she's without it, then she's not too much of a treat (just be careful, she bites) and can easily be dispatched by even the most basic Nomad. In addition, using Rise of the Ogre is a risky move as it will leave her damn near helpless until she rests and recovers.
