Appearance: Seen above. Rosalyn, or Envy, stands at 5'7", which is a respectable height for a girl. She wishes she could be taller, but there isn't a helluva ton she can do in that department. She has long teal hair, which she likes to keep into two pigtails. She also has two teal eyes. Apparently, this is all normal because anime world? Well-built, slightly muscular, with slight curves. She weights 133 pounds, which puts her between a small and medium build. 

Personality: Rosalyn is envy, and thus displays envy. Whenever somebody is better than her, she wants to top them. Overcompetitive might be able to describe this- she always wants to be the best and doesn't like to take breaks. Some of these things, like academics or sports, might be change-able (just examples), but she often desires the unobtainable, such as beauty. 

Rosalyn is very critical, and while she doesn't necessarily enjoy putting people down (OK, just a little) she finds no fault in doing so. Those are the people beneath her. The people above her? Well, you should be scared. Rosalyn is also vindictive and can hold a grudge for a surprisingly long time. You don't want to get on her bad side. 

Her good side? Envy is firmly dedicated to her cause. She's loyal to those she trusts and protective of those she's befriended. Maybe tsundere? 

She would get along better with Greed and Gluttony, but would be at arms with Sloth, Pride, and Lust (eeerrgh good looks.) 

Magic Powers: 

Serpent Queen

Snakes are the animal of envy, and as such can conjure snakes out of thin air and control them. She can also Medusa shit up and turn her hair into snakes, but she doesn't.

Curse

Envy can put a curse on a person. From hence on, everything will go wrong to that person. Basically unluckiness curse. Lasts until Envy says so or she runs out of juice. 

Power Steal

By focusing, Envy can take one of the powers from another Demon/magical being and use it for her own for 24 hours. Could be useful. You never know.

Inner Demons? Pssh, more like Outer Demons. 

The war between Heaven and Hell has been going on for an eternity. Ever since the Demons broke away from God's domain and formed their own, they have been pursued by the Angelic Army to no end. The Demons, lead by the 7 Demon Generals, each personifying a different one of the Seven Deadly Sins, were losing ground quickly. More and more of Hell seemed to be falling to the relentless pursuit of God and the Angels. In fear for their life, they hid themselves away. God, knowing they were not gone but were not to return for a while, put them aside and began focusing on his new pet project: making the Earth.

The Demons saw the new Earth as new land for Hell. The 7 Demon Generals infiltrated the Garden of Eden, home to the two humans, Adam and Eve, and convinced them to take the Devil Fruit. God soon banished Adam and Eve from the Garden forever, but the fight was not yet over. The Demons continued to plague Earth with war and violence. Eventually, seeing the damage they had caused, God did something drastic- he sent his only son down from heaven to Earth. He sacrificed themselves to clean them from sin. Then, God sent his many angels down upon the Demon Generals, pushing them back and eventually capturing them. 

God looked at his captives. What would he do- send them to Hell? He knew that was their domain. Destroy them forever? Despite their crimes, God was not that type of man/deity. He still felt a vein of goodness deep within their hearts. So, he reached a final decision: both punishment and a chance for redemption. All of the seven would be sent down to Earth, the world they almost destroyed, in the form of human teens. They would be dropped into the city of Bellmonte, and they would have to survive there, now students at a local academy. If they changed their ways, they could return to govern Hell as a land for the wicked. If not, they would be stranded on Earth forever and would eventually die. God, happy with his plan, sent them down. 

The Demons, now into human form, were rather angry (or perhaps excited, who knows) about their new forms and locations, but they soon found their was one tiny oversight to God's plan: 

He had forgotten to take away their magic. 

Very loosely based off of The Devil is a Part-Timer and Seven Deadly Sins. This is not religious satire: anything offensive is not intentional. 

There will be exactly 7 characters in this RP, each one representing a different sin in the Seven Deadly Sins (wrath, greed, lust, sloth, envy, gluttony, pride). Each one will have magic abilities, slightly correlating to their sin (i.e. wrath has fire because hothead and that stuff). They will be in the fictional American city of Bellmonte, and be in teenage forms of around 14-18. They will be attending an academy that is still a work in progress in the name department, which is a normal boarding school type place. While there will be a plotline, I'm giving you a lot of room to work with. You can control NPCs to a certain degree, and make your own little side things, I don't really care. 

Bellmonte is a fictional American city located in the mid East Coast. The proper term probably wouldn't be 'city', though- it is a blend of both, with a somewhat urban but also somewhat suburban look.

The Bellmonte Police Station encompasses both Police Headquarters and living spaces, as well as a holding area, interrogation, and a small courthouse. Considering that the characters are literally devils I might as well point out that this place exists. 

256 Pine Street is the place that God conjured into existence for the stranded devils. Surprisingly benevolent of him. The rented house is complete with air conditioning, couches, television, even a computer. However, the landlord checks on the building every so often to make sure it's in shape, and is actually an archangel, disguised as a human. That the Demon Generals do not know. 

I guess God is a very benevolent when it comes to living conditions. And is a weeb?

When you need room for 7 fuckin' people, you're gonna have to make some changes to the basement layout.

*sound of bullet penetrating skull*

Thank you, God. That is better. Barely. There's a toilet there too. No, God would not make you go without hygiene.

Harrison Academy is a school in Bellmonte, only a short walk away from the place the 7 are staying at. It's a rather good school, and the people who go there are reputed as 'goody-two-shoes'. Most of them, anyway. Harrison is not a boarding school- students must find their own places to live (assuming they aren't with their parents for some reason.) They teach normal subjects: math, science, social studies, etc.

Sloth doesn't have to be dozing off every 2 seconds, but are generally more lazy than the rest and are procrastinators.

Pride
Pride is very confident, but also very overbearing and arrogant. As such, they'd probably assume a leadership possition. 

Envy
Envy is a very jealous type and doesn't like seeing others top them. Very competitive, but also spiteful. 

Greed
Greed wants everything. Kleptomaniacal and posssesive. If they see something they don't have, you'll be damned that they're going to try and get it.

Gluttony and Greed can get confusing sometimes. The difference is: Greed wants everything, Gluttony overdoes something. That can be eating, but I like to think of it as drinking. However you interpret it.

Lust
Lust is promiscuos and flirtatious. They want love and attempt to seek it at all times. They're cunning and not unwilling to use their charms to get things they want.

Some people like rules. I don't, but some are mandatory. Here we go. Read 'em please. 

1. Don't godmod. I understand they're demons and shit, but don't be super overpowered. 

2. You have a degree of freedom, but don't abuse it. No crazy universe-destroying stuff. 

3. When posting, stay within reason. Try not to go under a paragraph, but not above 8. 

4. PG-13 is a solid rating here. No nudity or excessive gore. 

5. If anything else occurs, my word goes. Suuuck it. 

6. Most importantly, enjoy yourselves :)
