After my own Superhero roleplay fell through due to personal problems on my part, I've been meaning to redeem myself and get back in the game. You've got a great premise here and If you'll let me, I'd be happy to at least try to be part of things as best I can.

Is 'Can mimic the abilities/biology of sea life and communicate with/command them' too broad? Would I be better choosing specific traits like my previous 'mostly cephalopod-like traits?'

Consider this a tag... I'm choosing between an Armenian that escaped the Armenian Genocide that the Ottomans wrought upon them, or a White Russian that left the Empire as it fell into the chaos of the civil war that eventually birthed the Soviet Union.
I love both ideas and Either would work fine for the game. :)
