 Whelp, here's where you learn a little bit about me whether you like it or not. Hi! You can call me Effie or ineffable or basically whatever you'd like but welcome to my little corner of the guild! I've been here for about 5 years, starting on my adventure in roleplaying in a free roleplay and moving my way up towards more high casual roleplays, which is what I'm working on right now. You can find me a lot in Slice of Life roleplays and every so often in Fantasy or Sci-fi. As for a little bit about me: I love 80s era movies and music and play an inhumane amount of video games. I am also kind of low key addicted to Dungeons and Dragons and a total bookworm with a favoring towards contemporary fiction. Well we just sent off a few people on a quest, so they're gone. There were some new additions who are a bit confused by their surroundings. A girl and a boy who are just chilling as of now and a shady guy (Suliss) who wants to go on a quest as well though Skylar is skeptical. Have fun! :)

Laina decided to get some sleep after all the action that had happened and headed back to her room, settling down on her bed. Her fingers reached out towards a framed picture of a family, smiling at the camera with the least care in the world and she lifted it so it faced the bed. Her pale fingers ran over the shiny glass and she sighed, giving a small sad smile before drifting off into a dreamless sleep.
The next morning Laina stood over two stones, one black, one white, both leading to a fate for this poor girl. She gently caressed the stones and looked deep into the girl's eyes. She could feel the pleading radiating off of her. She wanted to live. Laina closed her fingers over the white stone, said softly "Mercy"and placed the stone into the bowl, sending a fleeting but warm glance over to the girl and backing up.
