Personality & Bio: Rise is kind of a show-off, with a bit of an ego problem, though most of these traits can be attributed to a condition very commonly spread between people of her age range, the Second-Grader Syndrome, better known as chuunibyou. She's been like this ever since her family transferred to Japan because of her father's work as an automation engineer at a major multinational German automobile brand.
She was a Burst Linker even before coming to Japan, though the number of Burst Linkers outside of the game's apparent place of origin is small to say the least. Which deterred her progress quite a bit. Coming to live on the heart of the Accelerated World was a blessing that she could not have imagined at first but, now she's making the best of it, to show that non-Japanese Linkers can be good as well.
Usually, Rise spends long hours online, flaunting her avatar that she built after countless hours collecting prizes from the many games that the youth of today like to indulge it. Playing games that cater to her strong points, such as quizzes, puzzles and other intelligence based games but, she's also very good at a the batting cage and volleyball (despite not being particularly tall). Even with the amount of time that she spends online, Rise tends to have above average grades at most subjects, because of her liberal usage of Brain Burst to study and during some harder tests, though she never uses it to cheat, just getting more time to thinker the tough questions while the world around her is frozen. To complete her experience with the Japanese school life style, Rise has joined the Sciences Club of Umesato Junior High School as well as become a class representative for two years. This semester Rise is been thinking of applying for the Student Council, but first she'll need more support if she ever thinks of winning.
Recently, Rise has developed a certain interest in another student of Umesato Junior High School that had rather poor academic records for the last year, while being very dedicated to gaming and has been thinking of offering him a chance of joining the Burst Linkers as well. That is, if he is willing to go with it...

Blue Lancer's looks remember Eins' to a great degree, though the Avatar is slightly taller thanks to its heeled greaves. It does have a lithe shape with armor resembling a classic Valkyrean armor, including "feathers" made out of blue glowing energy decorating her ankles and helm. The Avatar's eyes are covered by a sapphire-tinted crystalline visor, much like a motorcycle helmet, but her mouth is lacking any definition, again, like most Duel Avatars.
Probably the feature that that stands out the most on Blue Lancer is the one from which she derives her name. Her Enhanced Armament, Valkyrie Lance, which looks like a cavalry lance slightly longer than Blue Lancer is tall. The Lance has a design that closely resembles a rocket, or jet, including being fit with booster engines that allow for Blue Lancer to reach extreme speeds or even, jump to heights impossible to other avatars and perform aerial maneuvers that are a hair's breath away from true Aviation. Overall, it's a very efficient weapon that the Blue King dedicated years to master, an effort that paid off very well, in the end.

Personality & Bio:
Enyo Reinhardt (or "Eins", like how she likes being called) is the older of a pair of twins from Germany (though their home is actually located on the Austrian Alps) that were some of the first Burst Linkers of Central Europe. From the moment they were born, the two sisters received a neurolinker and were put on a wired connection, as part of a medical research on the cognitive development of siblings that were connected and those who don't. As a result Eins and her sister became pretty much inseparable and, up to this day, have a habit of cabling when any of them is feeling distressed.
As a general rule, Eins is a soft-spoken person that carries the air of a refined lady, perhaps because her family own a private security company whose roots trace all the way back to a Medieval European mercenary company (at one moment being under the employment of none other than Empress Maria Theresa of Austria), meaning that her family does have the pedigree to back such education. However, Eins does have her tease streak, like any other girl should have, as well as being a highly competitive person when it comes to her hobbies (she never goes overboard because of them, though).
Eins is an incurable romantic, with a tendency to what other people might call "shipping" those pairings she's fond of (sometimes even going as far as giving them a gentle push, when things aren't looking good). She's very tolerant to other people's views and opinions, despite being hard to convince to change her own, unless some given some good reason for it. However, not all of her traits are good, Eins is very insecure about her appearance or better, about her cybernetic prostheses, actively dodging people's sights if she thinks people are staring at her because of them. As a result of this Eins pretty much never comes to swim classes on school and avoids wearing revealing clothing.
Said prostheses were acquired after a traffic accident where the autonomous car she was in crashed against a wall to avoid running over a kid that had just crossed the red light (a terrible AI failure that had very a bad impact on the car company's public image for months). The accident caused Eins to lose her left arm and eye, some ribs as well as seven vertebrae, all of which were substituted with the best cybernetics as part of the car company's indemnity to Eins' family (including the surgeries to heal any leftover scars). Even today Eins keeps her insecurity and is visibly uncomfortable whenever she's on an autonomous vehicle that has no one behind the wheel. As a side effect, she has acquired a passion or motorcycles, because even today they still have to be controlled by the rider, instead of relying on AI.
Lastly, ever since Eins came to Japan, following her Pupil (who surprisingly happens to be the daughter of the engineer responsible for the Ai of the car that nearly killed Eins back on Germany), she became absorbed on the local culture. Perhaps, not as much as Rise but, Eins' became so smitten with Japan's pop culture that she got a part-time job at a Maid Cafe on Akihabara, which quickly became the Event Horizon's headquarters. She's also a member of her high school's News Club, using it as a platform to secretly publish "Accel Press" an underground Burst Linker biweekly magazine that she produces along with some other collaborators (no all of them from the Blue Legion).

Other: -Exchange student/Burst Linker from Germany, Rise's Guardian and Blue King. Suffers from mild algophobia (fear of physical pain), ever since the accident, using Brain Burst as way to cope with that, by experiencing pain without getting hurt on the real world. Has a desire to reach Level 10 and know what lies at the end of the Accelerated World but, isn't very willing to kill the other Kings, tryng to find an alternative way to do that.-
