She has an unparalleled mastery over space, matter and gravity, being able to do things such as summon black holes and teleport at the snap of a finger. A S-Class threat to be handled with great care if she's ever spotted on a field engagement.

Knowing some general notes about the others' secret tactics is possible (things like spies, legends and info leaks, exist after all) but precise information about their capacities is not able to be acquired unless they are used, or you can extract the info during the battle.

Think of it kinda like a NP on of the Fate Franchise and you'll be on a good trail.

Just a notice to everyone, people. You can do your planning, obviously, but do it IC. We had a lot of trouble early on the RP because of OOC planning (secret one, even).

For future reference, could one person potentially have two characters in the battle and one outside of it interacting with other non-combatants? For example, Torag and Sliske engaging an enemy while Marquis talks with the four he's currently with?

Yes, as long as it's only talking that will not interfere with the battle under anyway. This has been decided by the three of us just now.

So, with this system, if a factions gets reduced to one agent left, they really can't do much of anything but try to kill enemy agents, yes?

There's no way this can happen, since characters revive 04 posts after they were killed (this ruling never changed officially). Unless of course people drop the RP again, then we can't do much about that.

Name: Cecile "Ciel" Etoile.

An astrologer from an unknown world where the night is eternal, Ciel came to the Nexus at a very uncommon age. Originally she just followed the instructions in the star charts left behind by her master, after he disappeared, following the legend of an eldritch beast.

With those instructions in hand, Ciel attempted to reconstruct the travels of her master, ultimately arriving at an ancient temple carved with imagery of all kinds of weird and twisted beings, though the one that called most of her attention was the giant statue of a vaguely canine being, bound by chains, that laid over a map of a sky she had never seen before. Curiosity bested her and when Ciel touched the stone chart, she found herself transported to an observatory under the most awesome sky she had ever seen.

From that day forward, Ciel has dedicated her life to try to locate her master, as well as decipher the mysteries of the Nexus' skyes.

Good thing, I was starting to worry that 00017 would be the sole girl of the whole squadron.

Edit: However, I noticed that she's the only B type pilot around. That seems curious, to say the least.
